Good list, Leonardfan. Not to nitpick, but Colorado's TE is Nick Kasa (not Case).

There's also DE Ben Gardner of Stanford that should definitely be on this list.

I think Baylor S Mike Hicks is one that could be on this list...as well as Baylor QB Nick Florence.

I believe Florence is leading the NCAA in total offense and in total passing offense stats. His stats are better than Gremlin's were. Funny (or not) how this has pretty much gone unnoticed and unmentioned by the Caste media.

Here's is an article, however, from a couple weeks back that actually compares them:

Baylor QB Florence has comparable numbers to RG3

WACO, Texas (AP) — Take a glance at the total offense leaders in the Bowl Subdivision and there is a Baylor quarterback at the top. Same for passing yards per game.

Without looking at names, it'd be easy to think those are leftover lists from last season, before Robert Griffin III won the Heisman Trophy and left early for the NFL.

Nope, those are the latest statistics.

While Nick Florence has never tried to be like RG3 — "I'm not 6-3, 6-4, and I don't run a 4.3," the 6-foot-1 senior said — his numbers this season are very comparable to what Griffin did with the Bears.

"He's been masterful quite honestly, and not surprisingly to us because of his personality and his demeanor and his mindset," coach Art Briles said. "We didn't ask him to be Robert, because nobody can be. What we asked him to do was just take his drive and his talents and fit it into our system."

Through nine games, Florence has more yards passing (3,191 to 3,093), one more rushing touchdown (six to five) and has been sacked five times less than Griffin at the same point last season. The wins just haven't come as frequently for the Bears (4-5, 1-5 Big 12), who are still trying to get bowl eligible.

They play Saturday night at home game against second-ranked Kansas State (10-0, 7-0), the No. 1 team in the BCS standings. It is a matchup of the quarterback who replaced the Heisman Trophy winner against Wildcats quarterback Collin Klein, this year's Heisman front-runner.

Griffin, the Washington Redskins rookie starter, said he's proud that Florence is having his chance this season as Baylor's quarterback.

"He's put in a lot of hours. He was there just as long as I was, so it's good to see that," Griffin said. "They've got K-State coming up, so it'll be interesting. I look forward to seeing him go and be successful."

While Baylor has certainly made some changes in an offense that lost Griffin, along with the leading rusher and leading receiver from a 10-win team that sent five offensive players into the NFL draft, the basis of Briles' system stayed intact.

"It's little things here and there that we've changed and morphed," said Florence, who averages 395 total yards per game. "It's not drastic, there's all these little things that make other things better now. ... We still do a lot of the same stuff, but it's just adding different wrinkles and shades to it."

Florence started seven games as a true freshman in 2009 after Griffin sustained a season-ending knee injury.

The original plan was for Florence to redshirt last season and have two years of eligibility left. But when Griffin had concussion-like symptoms against Texas Tech, Florence threw for 151 yards and two touchdowns after halftime as the Bears won that game.

"Just knowing him as a person and knowing where his mind is, I think that he was probably one of the few candidates that could come in and have done what he was asked to do, which is replace the most prolific player ever in the history of this school," Briles said

Like Klein, Florence has accounted for 31 touchdowns this season. Florence has thrown 25, with at least two in every game until last week, and run for another six scores. Klein has 19 rushing TDs, including two last week at TCU, and 12 passing scores.

"He has experience, that's what gets overlooked. He has so much experience in that system and has been through it year in and year out, he understands the system, he manages the ballgame quite well," Kansas State coach Bill Snyder said. "He's a very balanced quarterback. He can run it, he can throw it."

Even after receiver Kendall Wright was a first-round draft pick, Baylor has the nation's leading receiver in Terrance Williams (159 yards per game).

"Nick has handled himself very, very well, because to me, I don't really see a big drop off from Robert from the passing standpoint," said Wright, who worked several days a week with Florence this summer after they had been on the second-team offense in practice in the past.

Florence, sporting a beard that he started growing in May and hasn't trimmed for two months, is working on a master's degree in business administration that he's scheduled to complete in December 2013.

As far as his Baylor football career, he has at least three games left. Hopefully four.

"The fans here have been great, I don't think they've compared me to (Griffin) once. I'm different," Florence said. "If I try to compare and try to be like him, I'm going to fail completely. ... It just comes from my faith and my identity in Christ. For me, whatever I do on or off the field, I'm a winner in Christ, so I think that's the way I approach the game."

I'm wondering about the total number of white WR's who will likely get drafted. Swope and Vernon for sure, but anyone else likely?

McGuffie might get some looks especially if he gets to showcase his speed and agility in a combine setting. He also has a 40 inch vert and is versatile(Devon Wylie did get drafted by the Chiefs last year). I think Shanahan is an interesting prospect because of his size, I'm interested to see how well he runs.

I haven't seen much of Brent Leonard but I know he's a slot guy. Probably a late round guy in the mold of Bret Swain.

Eastern Washington's Brandon Kaufman should get drafted. He's been dominant at one the better FCS teams in the country. He has great size and speed!

TJ Moe was terrific with Gabbert as QB but his draft stock has slid this year with an afflete at QB for Mizzou. Zach Rogers might get a look.

**Agent Kelli Masters announced Georgetown linebacker Rob McCabe plans to participate in the East West Shrine Game.

S.M.U. defensive end Margus Hunt has accepted an invitation to play in the Senior Bowl

Scouts from at least 27 N.F.L. teams have visited Chadron State to check out left tackle Garrett Gilkey.

*** In-depth look at athletic Army quarterback Trent Steelman, who has caught the eye of N.F.L. scouts.

Framingham State senior defensive lineman James Muirhead hopes to impress scouts at D-III All-Star Game.

*** At 6'3", 280 and looking like Brett Keisel, Chadron State defensive end Keifer Burke hopes for a chance to pro football.

N.F.L. scouts have been checking out TE/FB/H-back Nathan Jones from Marion University (N.A.I.A.) who reportedly runs a 4.6/40.

DD.comment
: Based on the videos we've seen and his reported numbers (size & speed), he looks a lot like James Casey of the Houston Texans.

We all had such high hopes for McGuffie. Few players in college football have his speed and athleticism. He'll most likely be stuck in the slot if a team gives him a chance.

This year is a very good year for white pass rushers, and it will be even better if Bjoern Werner declares early.

Werner, Chase Thomas and John Simon all have first round potential imho.

You've also got Chris Jones, Travis Long, Margus Hunt, and Travis Johnson (I think he'll be a pass rushing linebacker at the next level a la Clay Matthews) who should all be drafted in the first or second day.

My favorite has to be Chase Thomas, that dude literally cannot be blocked, ever. He probably would have had about 20 sacks this year if he was a bit more nimble on his feet. That's probably his greatest weakness - he has good straight line speed for a 3-4, but he's not really good at changing directions or moving laterally. That limits his effectiveness somewhat against both the pass and run. But he's incredibly disruptive just the same. His 7.5 sacks this year doesn't even begin to tell the story of how often he's in the backfield blowing up the play.

White players that have accepted invitations to the senior bowl:

Mike Glennon QB
Tyler Wilson QB
Margus Hunt DE
John Simon LB (listed as a linebacker even though he plays DE in college)
Kiko Alonzo LB
Ricky Wagner OT
Brian Winters OT
J C Tretter G
Vance McDonald TE
Ryan Ott TE

Not bad so far, they're still filling out the list. Hopefully they'll invite Travis Johnson, Rex Burkhead, Chris Jones and Ryan Swope and/or Connor Vernon

Thanks for that list KS. Zach Line also deserves an invite.

It's a shame that Line will end up at fullback. Every source I have seen has him running a 4.6 40. They aren't going to let a white guy with that speed play running back. I certainly hope he times in the 4.5 range. At least he should be used as a Mike Alstott type but that's wishful thinking.

Iowa State's Jake Knott and A.J. Klein were both named to the All-Big 12 first team. These are two guys that I think are going to rise up the boards the closer we get to the draft. Hopefully one or both will be invited to the Senior Bowl.

http://www.timesrepublican.com/page...Knott-are-first-team-all-Big-12.html?nav=5010

AMES - Five members of the Iowa State football squad were selected for recognition on the all-Big 12 Conference first or second team by either the league's coaches or The Associated Press, led by senior linebackers A.J. Klein and Jake Knott gaining first-team honors on both.
The duo was joined on the coaches' first-team defensive unit by senior defensive lineman Jake McDonough, while strong safety Durrell Givens was a second-team pick on both squads. Punter Kirby Van Der Kamp was lauded by the coaches' second team.
Klein was a unanimous selection to the AP first team. He leads Iowa State with 98 tackles heading into the Dec. 31 Liberty Bowl, and has 342 career stops. His four career interception returns for touchdown tie him for the NCAA record for linebackers.

The incredible thing about Klein's defensive TDs is that three of the four runbacks were for more than 60 yards. He has some serious wheels for a linebacker.

Kiper still touting black quarterback Logan Thomas as a 1st round pick after a terrible year. This is how obvious the agenda is. This guy is out there pimping a black quarterback that isn't even a viable college QB as a potential first rounder.

The comments are pretty humorous - lots of DWFs just blindly supporting their beloved black quarterback

At least the Geno Smith freight train has slowed down if not derailed. But it looks like if Smith can't be an early first round pick then no qb can either.......http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/NFPS-Top-200-Draft-Prospects-5904.html

Matt Barkley was supposed to be a top 5 pick last year, he had a stretch of bad games but didn't he injure his shoulder? the same injury Bradford had?

Coln Klein should definitely go higher, I think he should at least be viewed on the same level as Ryan Tannehill last year.

I don't know about this list, Michael Burkhead?

Todd McShay just came out and said Geno Smith would be the only qb he would have go in the first round and both he and Kiper talking about moving Klein to receiver or h-back for the pro level. At least McShay said the only reason for Smith in the first round was "it didn't feel right not having one go in the first round".

Wow, Kiper just say Mike Glennon might jump to top 10. McShay says Chiefs should get Lotoleilei DT, I haven't paid much attention to the guy but that would be too much to have another bust at the position. They need a real coach.

Margus Hunt has been invited to the senior bowl.

He was a beast last night. His first sack of the night he beat the Poly Right Tackle of Fresno and leveled Derek Carr for a strip sack. His second sack of the night ended with a safety. He wasn't done though he finished the night strong with another forced fumble on Fresno St. RB. I think Margus has proven he is a first round pick. Potentially giving us 3 white DE's who could go in the first round.(Werner and Simon being the other 2)

this "complimentary" profile on Bjoern Werner illustrates just how flimsy a thread the opportunities for a White athlete, even one as incredibly gifted as Werner, hang from ...

Werner's rise to German All-American status took long, winding road.

you'll note when reading the profile that it uses castespeak requisite "compliments" throughout. who knew the incredibly raw Werner is a "gym rat?"

*********************************

i'm sure he's been mentioned and i've just missed him, but Oklahoma offensive tackle Lane Johnson is considered a "physical freak when it comes to athleticism" by his head coach.

here is an interesting profile on Johnson in which Stoops claims the 6-foot-7, 300-pounder will run a 4.7 in the 40: Johnson eager to show skills at bowl.

Johnson, a former quarterback and tight end, is in just his second year playing on the offensive line, yet he may have a chance to be drafted in the first round.

one wonders how with his physical gifts that Johnson was wasting away on the sidelines until last year ...

Geno Smiff, despite looking very pedestrian in that bowl game against Syracuse will be the #1 overall pick. Bank on it. It seems just about every year, a black quarterback balloons to the top of the draft without fail. First Jamarcus Russell, then Cam Netwon and RG3 (who would have gone #1 had Luck not been a generational prospect) and now Smiff. The hype train never seems to end with these black quarterbacks. Next year it will be Teddy Bridgewater.

Good news, both Ryan Swope and Connor Vernon have accepted invitations to the Senior Bowl. NFL scouts help pick the Senior Bowl participants so this means they are likely to be high draft picks.

That's awesome news. I posted the same news in the College Football thread. Still waiting for Burkhead and Line to get invites

Burkhead and Line are playing in the East West Shrine Game, which is the second tier showcase after the Senior Bowl.

It's nice they are invited to the second tier game but both deserve the invite to the senior bowl.

Is it just me or does it seem like this draft might have way more white players than usual? The offensive line, LBs and even safeties have more whites, especially when you look into the mid rounds.
