No surprise at all here. The way this crime was committed, it was all too obvious from the get-go that this had angry black man written all over it.

On the one hand, I'm glad this human waste has been caught and will hopefully be executed. On the other hand, my anger cannot be explained in words. To think that a no-good negro like this brutally murdered this young white woman with so much promise in her life, it's truly sickening. As the police said, it seems that he just saw her and killed her.

Being from Michigan, there has been a few recent gems.
1. A fight/incident between Michigan State football and hockey players. Two football players were charged today, with one getting kicked off the team. From the reports and rumors there was a lot of trash talking between the two teams at a party. Eventually one of the football players sucker punched a hockey player.
http://noise.typepad.com/hey_joe/2008/12/winston-still-on-te am-white-not.html

2) The great Grand Valley State running back Jimmy Berezik was arrained for resisting and obstructing a police officer and a misdemeanor count of being a minor in possession of alcohol. When it first happened, a news station said he hit a cop. This one sucks because he's an NFL talent (4.4 40) who was completely screwed by the caste system. Who knows what will happen to him now.

3) Plaxico Burress (former MSU reciever) got into an accident, is being sued by the woman he hit, but didn't have insurance for his 140,000 dollar Mercedes-Benzand! WTF?

Former LSU player booked as fugitive

Former LSU quarterback Rohan Davey was arrested Tuesday and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a fugitive from justice count.

Deputies with the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office Warrant Division picked up Davey about noon, said Casey Rayborn Hicks, a Sheriff's Office spokeswoman. Davey, 30, 24696 Plank Road, Slaughter, was wanted by authorities in Maricopa County, Ariz., she said.
Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Detective Aaron D. Douglas said Davey is wanted on a probation violation that stems from a theft charge. Details regarding the charge were not available, he said.

Davey was released from Parish Prison on Wednesday on his own recognizance, booking records show.

The former quarterback played for LSU from 1998 to 2001, when he led the team to its first SEC championship since 1986.

Davey went on to play for the New England Patriots and Arizona Cardinals, as well as two Arena Football League teams, the New York Dragons and the Cleveland Gladiators.

Just months after he was charged with rape, former RB Dave Meggett is charged with rape again.

Read this article. Charged with soliciting sex back in 1990 -- acquitted.

Charged with sexual assault in 1998 - charges dropped.

Charged with sexual battery in 2006, gets off with two years probation.

Thanks, justice system, for letting this animal roam the streets all these years.

Meggett charged with rape, denied bond

Several months after he was charged with raping a South Carolina woman, former NFL running back David Meggett was in jail Wednesday on allegations of another sexual assault.

Meggett, 42, was arrested and charged with raping a 21-year-old woman in her North Charleston home, authorities said.

The woman told police she woke up at 1 a.m. Tuesday and found a man she knew as "Mike" sitting on her bed, according to an incident report. The man demanded that she repay $200 she owed him and raped her when she said she didn't have the money, police said.

Afterward, the man told her he was sorry and that she didn't have to repay him. The woman drove herself to the hospital, where Meggett later met her and was arrested, according to police records.

Meggett, who is listed as living in North Charleston, had been out on bond in connection with another sexual assault charge.

In September, he was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct after a 17-year-old North Charleston woman told authorities she was raped by a man she knew as "Michael," according to police records.

Both South Carolina arrests occurred while Meggett was serving out two years' probation for a 2006 sexual battery charge in North Carolina. Authorities there allowed the Charleston native to serve his sentence in South Carolina and have been notified about both of Meggett's recent arrests, said Pete O'Boyle, spokesman for the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services.

North Carolina probation officials did not immediately return a phone message Wednesday.

The running back played for the New York Giants, the New York Jets and New England during his 10-year NFL career.

He was denied bond Tuesday night on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and first-degree burglary, said Spencer Pryor, spokesman for the North Charleston police. He was being held Wednesday in the Charleston County jail, and it was unclear if he had an attorney.

Meggett has been acquitted on sex-related charges in the past. In 1990, while he was with the Giants, Meggett was found not guilty of soliciting sex from an undercover police officer in Baltimore. Eight years later, he was charged with assaulting a woman in a Toronto hotel room after she refused to continue having sex with him, but that charge was dropped.

The Patriots released Meggett in 1998 after the Toronto charge.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A man accused in the slaying of a television news anchor has pleaded not guilty in the case but tells news reporters that police have the wrong person.

Curtis Lavelle Vance, 28, appeared in court Thursday and entered the plea through his attorney to capital murder and rape charges in the October death of KATV anchorwoman Anne Pressly.

As Vance left the courtroom, escorted by sheriff's deputies, he told news reporters he was innocent. His family shouted "we love you" as deputies escorted him back to jail.

Also Thursday, Circuit Judge Chris Piazza lifted a gag order in the case, but said police case files would remain closed.

Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, cried on the stand, as he did when he testified during his trial, and said he couldn't forgive himself for what happened to Jessie Davis and her nearly full-term fetus.
He begged jurors to have mercy and give him life in prison instead of sentencing him to die.
"Ladies and gentleman of the jury, I'm asking you to spare my life," Cutts said, calling the situation a "nightmare."

He read from handwritten notes on yellow legal-pad sheets, his voice shaky. His mother and Davis' mother both wept along with him during his testimony.
"Perhaps the hardest part is the knowledge that I left Blake, my son, alone in my moments of panic and selfishness," Cutts told the jury. "I will never be able to forgive myself."
Cutts' testimony came Monday afternoon on the first day of the sentencing phase of his trial.

Earlier in the hearing, which could last for several days, his mother testified that Cutts was a devoted father and hardworking patrolman.
"Having my son in my life means a lot to me," said Renee Jones, whose voice trembled as she testified in front of her sniffling son.
Prosecutors called no witnesses to buttress their case for imposing the death penalty.
Jones, twisting a tissue between her fingers, testified that Cutts was a fun-loving youngster and a serious, gifted student who sometimes cried over his class work.
"He was a child who was always happy," she said.
After his parents divorced, Cutts had a rocky relationship with his father, who sometimes failed to show up as promised at his son's games, Jones said. As a police officer, Cutts watched out for seniors and sometimes took curfew violators to their homes instead of jail, she said.
Cutts was convicted Feb. 15 of aggravated murder in the death of the nearly full-term fetus and of murder in the death of Davis, 26.
He could receive the death penalty, life in prison without parole or life with parole eligibility after 20, 25 or 30 years. If the jury recommends death, Common Pleas Judge Charles E. Brown Jr. can reduce the sentence to life, something that has happened just seven times in Ohio in 27 years.
The trial's sentencing phase could take several days. Attorneys are under a gag order. Jones was the first witness for the defense, which is trying to spare Cutts' life.
Under cross-examination by a prosecutor, Jones said she loved her grandchildren. Asked if she loved Chloe, the name given Davis's unborn baby, she responded, "If she was my grand baby, yes."
Cutts sobbed on the witness stand during the earlier trial as he testified he had accidentally killed Davis with an elbow blow to the throat during a disagreement and dumped her body in a park in a panic.
Prosecutors told the jury that Cutts killed Davis and the unborn baby last June at her Lake Township home to get out of child support payments for a fourth child.
The couple's 2 1/2-year-old son Blake, who was found home alone, gave investigators their first clues to his mother's disappearance when he said, "Mommy's crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy's in the rug," and later, "Daddy's mad."
For more than a week, Cutts denied knowledge of her whereabouts as thousands searched in the area. He finally led authorities to the body, wrapped in a comforter.
Cutts, who also was convicted of abuse of a corpse, burglary and child endangering for leaving Blake by himself, resigned from the Canton police.

Chicago Public Schools no longer allow visiting students at basketball games. needless to say, the areas are all-black.

CPS: 'No students from opposing schools' at games
CPS hopes to prevent problems by banning visiting fans
Kara Spak and Steve Tucker, Chicago Sun-Times, January 24, 2009

The home-court advantage has grown significantly stronger at Chicago Public Schools basketball games.

CPS officials don't want students rooting for their teams at away games unless they are traveling with a specific, chaperoned group, like cheerleaders. This comes after four violent incidents at recent CPS basketball games, two involving gunfire ...

*Jan. 9 Five teenage boys were shot outside Dunbar Vocational Career Academy after a Friday night game against Hope College Prep High School.

*Jan. 20 A game between Simeon Career Academy and Bogan Computer Technical High School ended with 5:55 left after a fight erupted in the stands.

*Jan. 20 Jermaine Winfield, a North Lawndale College Prep senior on the basketball team, was shot in the thigh outside Collins High School following a game. Winfield was trying to break up a fight.

*Jan. 22 Two teenage girls reportedly started an on-court brawl after North Lawndale College Prep's win over Marshall Metro High School. Security escorted players into the locker room for safety.

All varsity start times have been moved to 4 p.m. to try to stop the violent brawls marking crowd behavior at several games.

Davis wouldn't specify which schools the policy targets but said most CPS basketball games are incident-free. Michael Vaughn, CPS spokesman, said "everyone knows where the issues are" when asked which schools were affected ...

"I don't think this is a sports problem. I think it's a community problem," he said. He later said he thinks the incidents this year stemmed from "pre-existing conflicts in the community." ...

in Miami-Dade county, negroes can't get along with each other even after a game of craps!

Liberty City numb over weekend bloodbath
BY NADEGE CHARLES
ncharles@MiamiHerald.com
In the schools, churches and the streets of Liberty City, the weekend massacre that left two teenagers dead and seven others wounded has left a dazed neighborhood thirsty for answers.

But the task is proving difficult for law enforcement authorities, who have few tips about a bloody event that unfolded in front of several dozen people late Friday.

Police say one or more gunman sprayed bullets into a crowd of 50 people who had gathered outside a three-story apartment complex for a game of craps.

According to witnesses, the gunmen interrupted the game at Northwest 15th Avenue and 71st Street and told everyone to lay flat on the ground. As people began to run, at least one started to shoot, killing 16-year-old Brandon Mills and 18-year-old Derrick ''Termite'' Gloster. Seven others, some of whom remain hospitalized, were injured in the violent attack.

By Monday morning, police had dispatched more than 20 police officers to Northwestern High School, where both Mills and Gloster attended as students. By mid-day, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Audrey Edmonson had declared ''a moratorium on crime'' and promoted a series of pre-planned anti-violence rallies at a press conference.

At Northwestern, most students refused to speak to reporters, fearful to become involved in the investigation. Some, like high school senior Alexandra Andera, said they even feared retribution from others involved in the gunfight.

Other students expressed shock at what had happened. ''Now that we have a new president, things should be getting better not worse in the African-American community,'' said Jessica Vireus, a junior. ...

so, these stupid, thug negroes (i daresay i repeat myself) expect Obama to make them stop shooting at each other?

also, i didn't realize craps was such a spectator sport! i mean, 50 people watching a game?!?

another stupid white female activist is attacked by one of her beloved, misunderstood negroes.

A white professor and anti-racist activist has been savagely beaten by an African-American man on the streets of Washington, DC just days before the inauguration of Barack Obama.

62-year old JoAnne Silver Jones was mugged on Jan. 16 while on her way to see her adopted daughter. Jones was beat on her head, arms and hands with a brick by her African-American male assailant during the attack, according to long-time friend Patricia Romney. "He beat her face so badly that she was unable to open her eyes, and one eye socket was torn by the blows," she said.

Jones is an associate professor in the School of Human Services at Springfield College and director of the social work program. She has co-authored a paper titled, "Feminist Strategies for Teaching About Oppression" and was involved with "cross-cultural issues" including a 1999 incident at Amherst Regional High School where Puerto Rican students protested the school's production of "West Side Story".

Jones is still recovering at George Washington University Hospital after undergoing surgery on her skull and eye, but may be released this weekend, Romney said. "She can walk a little but is nauseous and headachy," she said. "She's a tough cookie, but this is totally traumatizing. It's going to be a long way back." Jones will need additional surgery on both hands, which are still bandaged from her elbows to her fingertips.

Romney said she is struck by what she termed the "paradox of it all" - a white anti-racism activist, the first African-American president and a mugger identified as African-American. To test Jones' brain, doctors asked her the name of the new president, and she answered correctly. "This won't shake any of her political activism," Romney said of Jones. "She's clear about what the issues are. This won't sway her desire to keep fighting for social justice."

and a brief bio from her business profile:
Dr. JoAnne Silver Jones has worked as an educator and consultant throughout North America and Europe for the past 30 years. She is recognized for her skill in facilitating cross-cultural dialogue, diversity education and organizational change. Her clients include public and private post secondary institutions, not-for profit organizations, and state and local organizations and corporations.

Dr. Jones received her Ed.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She has served as full time faculty at The University of Calgary and Springfield College. She is also a fellow in the Center for Reflective Community Practice at M.I.T. She is the author of numerous articles and book chapters, primarily focused on the application of multicultural knowledge in various workplace and educational settings.

That last story is a really good one, and one that whites everywhere should learn a lesson from. Of course, stories like this will never be reported by the national news, as it would crack the facade of cultural Marxism that we have been told works so well.

The photos of the "Romney Associates Team"show the kind of "diversity" or "full integration"desired by the Cultural Marxist haters-- one with no white men.

<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1"><STRONG _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">CANTON, Ohio â€â€Ã‚ A former Canton police officer convicted of killing his pregnant lover and their unborn child took the stand Monday to appeal for his life before a jury that must decide whether to recommend the death sentence.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, cried on the stand, as he did when he testified during his trial, and said he couldn't forgive himself for what happened to Jessie Davis and her nearly full-term fetus.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">He begged jurors to have mercy and give him life in prison instead of sentencing him to die.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">"Ladies and gentleman of the jury, I'm asking you to spare my life," Cutts said, calling the situation a "nightmare."

<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">He read from handwritten notes on yellow legal-pad sheets, his voice shaky. His mother and Davis' mother both wept along with him during his testimony.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">"Perhaps the hardest part is the knowledge that I left Blake, my son, alone in my moments of panic and selfishness," Cutts told the jury. "I will never be able to forgive myself."
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Cutts' testimony came Monday afternoon on the first day of the sentencing phase of his trial.

<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Earlier in the hearing, which could last for several days, his mother testified that Cutts was a devoted father and hardworking patrolman.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">"Having my son in my life means a lot to me," said Renee Jones, whose voice trembled as she testified in front of her sniffling son.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Prosecutors called no witnesses to buttress their case for imposing the death penalty.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Jones, twisting a tissue between her fingers, testified that Cutts was a fun-loving youngster and a serious, gifted student who sometimes cried over his class work.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">"He was a child who was always happy," she said.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">After his parents divorced, Cutts had a rocky relationship with his father, who sometimes failed to show up as promised at his son's games, Jones said. As a police officer, Cutts watched out for seniors and sometimes took curfew violators to their homes instead of jail, she said.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Cutts was convicted Feb. 15 of aggravated murder in the death of the nearly full-term fetus and of murder in the death of Davis, 26.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">He could receive the death penalty, life in prison without parole or life with parole eligibility after 20, 25 or 30 years. If the jury recommends death, Common Pleas Judge Charles E. Brown Jr. can reduce the sentence to life, something that has happened just seven times in Ohio in 27 years.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">The trial's sentencing phase could take several days. Attorneys are under a gag order. Jones was the first witness for the defense, which is trying to spare Cutts' life.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Under cross-examination by a prosecutor, Jones said she loved her grandchildren. Asked if she loved Chloe, the name given Davis's unborn baby, she responded, "If she was my grand baby, yes."
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Cutts sobbed on the witness stand during the earlier trial as he testified he had accidentally killed Davis with an elbow blow to the throat during a disagreement and dumped her body in a park in a panic.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Prosecutors told the jury that Cutts killed Davis and the unborn baby last June at her Lake Township home to get out of child support payments for a fourth child.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">The couple's 2 1/2-year-old son Blake, who was found home alone, gave investigators their first clues to his mother's disappearance when he said, "Mommy's crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy's in the rug," and later, "Daddy's mad."
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">For more than a week, Cutts denied knowledge of her whereabouts as thousands searched in the area. He finally led authorities to the body, wrapped in a comforter.
<P _extended="true" itxtvisited="1">Cutts, who also was convicted of abuse of a corpse, burglary and child endangering for leaving Blake by himself, resigned from the Canton police.

How did this POS even pass the psychology test to become a policeman? Or did they wave it because he is an "oppressed" minority. May he receive a nice prison beat down for his troubles..

I read about this during the case, he shouldn't have even been allowed to be a cop, he already had a restraining order issued against him for one of his earlier white woman beat-downs. He was clearly picked because he was black.

Another crime of white on white violence---white people allowing savage negroes to be put into positions where they can prey on other whites. There should be other people on trial for this murder--the a-holes who let this scum roam free AND be a cop.

The LAPD has been hiring gangbanger types for years. The Rampart scandal was a result.

Man Scared Woman to Death, Police Say

RALEIGH, N.C. (Jan. 29) -- Larry Whitfield was on foot, his getaway car wrecked, his rookie attempt at robbing a bank thwarted by a set of locked doors, according to detectives. Looking for a place to hide, police say, he found himself inside the home of a frightened old woman.
There's no evidence Whitfield ever touched 79-year-old Mary Parnell. Authorities say he even told the grandmother of five he didn't want to hurt her, directing her to sit in a chair in her bedroom. But investigators have no doubt he terrified her so much that she died of a heart attack.

one of the comments on the story:
She is white, he is black....he didn't get all the chances at a good life that she did. And Darwin would say..."survival of the fittest"...she was too weak to survive the rigors of life...so no loss there. What is really sad is that the white man forced this poor black kid to have to steel. Shame on white people!

Hate Crime: Pregnant White Woman Murdered by Latino While Vacationing in Puerto Rico
http://news.aol.com/article/pregnant-american-tourist-murder ed/329926

It's unbelievable how many times these race based killings occur. Yet, if you bring up the race in this situation you must be a racist because what about all the other people that are killed in PR every year? If anyone ever accuses me of being racist, I simply say that I don't want to see any race based killings, and if you don't have sympathy for this situation, you must be a heartless thug.

Man stabbed to death for "showing disrespect" (link shows photos of the 4 perpetrators.) take a wild guess as to how many of those involved were non-white? and black?

if you guessed "all five," you are a winner!

and if you guessed that the comments section would include posters who said the murderers were "good people who just made a mistake" take a bonus point.

Four women who allegedly killed a man on the South Side for "disrespecting" them by throwing a beer bottle were ordered held without bond today for the weekend murder.

The womenâ€â€￾Tiffany Cox, 25, Carmelita Hall, 25, Roslind Ball, 22, and 25-year-old Miesha Nelsonâ€â€￾were playing cards with Morris Wilson in Cox's apartment early Sunday when Nelson and Wilson started bickering, according to Cook County prosecutors.

Although Assistant State‚s Attorney LuAnn Snow wouldn't say what prompted the fight, a source close to the investigation says an argument escalated over a broken cigarette.

Wilson, 30, was asked to leave Cox's apartment in the 8200 block of South Drexel Avenue and, as he walked out the door, he allegedly threw a beer bottle at it, Snow said. Nelson, who felt Wilson "disrespected" the women through his actions, told the others they "need to beat him up" and promptly went to the kitchen to grab a knife, Snow said.

The women left Cox's apartment and found Wilson a few blocks away in the center of a courtyard apartment, in the 8100 block of South Drexel Avenue. There, Nelson stabbed Wilson before passing the knife to Hall, who repeatedly plunged the knife into him as the others kicked, punched and stomped on him, Snow said.

Wilson, of the 500 block of East 80th Street, staggered to the door of the apartment building when the women were diverted by neighbors, but the four soon continued their attack, Snow said.

Hall stabbed Wilson a few more times and Nelson then yelled that Wilson might have some money on him, Snow said. The women, according to Snow, then dug through the man's pockets and took his coat. It appeared as if Wilson was stabbed more than 20 times, according to a source ...

Wow, what a pathetic people to do something so animalistic. And yet society excuses such "behavior" routinely.

16 illegals sue Texas rancher; he violated their "civil rights" by stopping them from crossing his land.
smiley5.gif
smiley7.gif

An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Roger Barnett, 64, began rounding up illegal immigrants in 1998 and turning them over to the U.S. Border Patrol, he said, after they destroyed his property, killed his calves and broke into his home.

His Cross Rail Ranch near Douglas, Ariz., is known by federal and county law enforcement authorities as "the avenue of choice" for immigrants seeking to enter the United States illegally.

{snip}

The lawsuit is based on a March 7, 2004, incident in a dry wash on the 22,000-acre ranch, when he approached a group of illegal immigrants while carrying a gun and accompanied by a large dog.

Attorneys for the immigrantsâ€â€five women and 11 men who were trying to cross illegally into the United Statesâ€â€have accused Mr. Barnett of holding the group captive at gunpoint, threatening to turn his dog loose on them and saying he would shoot anyone who tried to escape.

The immigrants are represented at trial by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), which also charged that Sheriff Dever did nothing to prevent Mr. Barnett from holding their clients at "gunpoint, yelling obscenities at them and kicking one of the women."

{snip}

Mr. Barnett told The Washington Times in a 2002 interview that he began rounding up illegal immigrants after they started to vandalize his property, northeast of Douglas along Arizona Highway 80. He said the immigrants tore up water pumps, killed calves, destroyed fences and gates, stole trucks and broke into his home.

Some of his cattle died from ingesting the plastic bottles left behind by the immigrants, he said, adding that he installed a faucet on an 8,000-gallon water tank so the immigrants would stop damaging the tank to get water.

Mr. Barnett said some of the ranch´s established immigrant trails were littered with trash 10 inches deep, including human waste, used toilet paper, soiled diapers, cigarette packs, clothes, backpacks, empty 1-gallon water bottles, chewing-gum wrappers and aluminum foilâ€â€which supposedly is used to pack the drugs the immigrant smugglers give their "clients" to keep them running.

He said he carried a pistol during his searches for the immigrants and had a rifle in his truck "for protection" against immigrant and drug smugglers, who often are armed.

{snip}

His sprawling ranch became an illegal-immigration highway when the Border Patrol diverted its attention to several border towns in an effort to take control of the established ports of entry. That effort moved the illegal immigrants to the remote areas of the border, including the Cross Rail Ranch.

"This is my land. I´m the victim here," Mr. Barnett said. "When someone´s home and loved ones are in jeopardy and the government seemingly can´t do anything about it, I feel justified in taking matters into my own hands. And I always watch my back."

edited to add: this guy has turned over 12,000 illegals to the Border Patrol since 1998, yet "he" is the bad guy.

where the f@*k is the Border Patrol if this guy by himself has had this many problems?!?
