Absolutely horrid & disgraceful ongoings in the degenerate cesspool of "NOLA". The vile, unGodly, unAmerican, cowardly scum of the earth Marxist manure are removing statues of great Southern heroes like CSA President Jefferson Davis! The brave men depicted in those statues were 100x the individuals that the current inept, corrupt NOLA (mis)leadership could ever be! :mad: :cursing2:

I don't live in any community where Confederate monuments exist or existed. But, if I did, I would do the following:

1-a) Before anything, i would make a claim for the monument; the makers of most of the monuments are long gone, so the Public takes possession; but, someone has to come forward as the proprietor;

1) write notices to all of the jackasses involved informing them that i am the proprietor of the monument and they may not remove or alter it without my permission;

2) if my public servants ignored my notices, and removed or altered the monument, i would order them to restore it;

3) if my public servants ignored my order, i would would sue the man or woman who actually took the monument down, and i would sue their company, and the municipality;

4) i would get my order witnessed by a public magistrate and jury, then i would issue a writ to take possession of the monument; the writ i would have enforced by a local sheriff;

These are some of the steps a man takes; the trouble is, so few know how to make their public servants serve them as man and, instead, get served as subordinates.

Eventually, and sometimes with surprisingly little resistance, the monuments can be had and re-erected on private property somewhere or re-located on public property in a location of mutual choice. The monuments do not have to be destroyed or locked away.

Outstanding idea. We've a bevy of CSA statues & memorials here in NW GA. Beyond the scumbelt of Atlanta, there's been no legit threats (to my knowledge). Georgia is an open carry state, so those gutless SJW snowflakes would have a serious issue if they try to openly vandalize any Confederate Memorials here in northern Georgia...sans Atlanta ( which Sherman burnt about 150 years too early ).

Lexington mayor says General Morgan and Secretary Breckinridge statues will be moved. Now he has a plan to move them from the courthouse to a city park, which I guess is a small positive, but again, this is unnecessary pandering.
Doesn't this idiot realize this is what led to the Charlottesville rally, and eventual violence? Looks like Mayor of Lexington is also looking for some press coverage for his town...

On a side note. Mayor of New Orleans Mitch Landrieu announced that the pumping system in the city is broken. The pumps transport rain water out of the neighborhoods, as most of which are below sea level, and they're broken.... and oh look, it's hurricane season. Good thing some genius just wasted $2.5 million on removing Civil War Monuments. Meanwhile, the city is virtually bankrupt, and somehow, the crime is getting worse.

What did the smart whites in Detroit do during the 1960s and '70s??? Well, they packed up and left and settled somewhere better. The dregs kept Detroit -big deal- some prize. Smart whites in New Orleans can always do the same. The land is far and wide. Let the destructive, unproductive, and lazy to their demise. If anyone really wants those old monuments enough they can always claim them and move them to private property somewhere else. There are so many ways to solve this monument controversy, but, the best way to deal with all of this hate against whites, and challenges to our way of life, is to punish these by not letting them benefit from our economic and social endeavors.

Hopefully an F5 will level downtown Lexington & "Katrina 2.0" will finish off that cesspool of NOLA.

"The law" has their hands tied by the PTB. However, let those chicken$#1t commie pukes try that mess somewhere other than a large to medium size city. There's still a few (real) men around that won't sit & watch that treachery!

You are 100% correct in your post, the chief of police said since the statue was on county property it was up to the county sheriff to protect the statues. To me, most of the protesters looked liked the ugliest crowd of lesbians I have ever seen. I hate Durham and Chapel Hill they are full of left wing commies . It easy to say this now but 20 yrs ago they would have been a lot of busted heads and people ass locked up!

Of course! And all our holidays and all our monuments, and all our history books will have to be , and all "racist" (meaning, of course, White) place names and streets will have to be changed. With this and the Mohamedan and black african immigration invasions the leftists are trying to erase America and all the white western nations.

It's not as difficult to stop as some may think. It is not inexorable. We write our own history; we name what we will; we do what we will; we make our proper fortunes. Changes don't happen by "corporations". Changes happen because man or woman makes changes. If we don't like a proposed change to the public place, or a change to the public place, we can hold man or woman accountable for their acts. We can also order our public servants to not cause an act.

I don't understand your post. Who's the "we" that is writing history? How does an individual change the course of history? How do you hold accountable the actions of man or woman? Why haven't they been held accountable yet? How does one "order" public servants. I've been issuing them orders for years and they don't listen. I agree that it would be nice, but it what world does any of that happen?

"I don't understand your post." I know Flint, thanks for the questions.

"Who's the "we" that is writing history?" Every action past is an act of history.

"How does an individual change the course of history? " Whatever act a man or woman does to alter an existing course of events is an act that changes history.

"How does one "order" public servants?" My post can be pointed to Public government -just one example of too many to mention. It is a way of life. I'll explain by example. A few years ago in the city i was living in, the City Council was taking steps to close a major street for a day or two a week permanently for bicycle and pedestrian travel only. I wrote a Notice and Order (not a complaining letter that has no standing) to every member of that Council (cc'd, of course) reminding them that the road in question was built more than 200 years ago, long before the present group of trustees came into care of it, and that it was not their property but only theirs to keep in trust. I ordered all of council to keep the road open as it is presently. I wrote to each council member by their name, and under each name I wrote man or woman as applicable, and, there under, I wrote "acting as Councilor". I signed each Notice above my calling (what some see as name), under my calling I wrote man; under man I wrote Grantor. At bottom of Notice I wrote "Compensation for order given is salaries to good servants of i, grantor". The proposal was dropped silently without record. I received no written reply. I think their legal department told them all to leave well enough alone and keep quiet.

"Why haven't they been held accountable yet?" We hold so many Public servants accountable every day. It is just not something that the old broadcasters and old media want to mediate and the Public servants are not going to talk about it publicly or loudly and always keep records of.

"How do you hold accountable the actions of man or woman?" The whole purpose of a corporation is to avoid responsibility and accountability. Corporations have officers. But corporations do not act -only man or woman acts as an officer as a corporation. We don't hold officers accountable, we hold the man or the woman accountable for their actions. How to do this? We talk, or preferably, write to the man or the woman telling them they are causing, or have caused, I a harm. If the man or the woman who has caused the harm, or is causing the harm, does not stop, we make a claim against them in a claims court. Do not make complaints.

I put my Public servants to work for I -not the other way around. I do it without vexation and malice or hostility. I grew up in Northern Michigan where my father -though he had little money- just knew what government was and what government was not. Man created government to serve him -not the other way around.

One more example (though I have hundreds).

My father all of my family and i went to Grand Rapids to visit an uncle in late October. My uncle had a washing machine cut in half as a fire pit. That evening we were there my uncle had built a crackling, sparking fire, but one that was no taller than his waist. Someone called the fire department. Three firemen walked up from the street and told my father and uncle they can't have a fire and had to put it out. My father is very calm by nature, and smiles with self assurance, so he asked the crew leader: "Is this your property? Are you ordering me what to do with my property? Are you a public servant?" The crew leader said something like "Well no, I'm not telling you what to do with your property but you can't have a fire." My father asked him if someone else's property was burning right now or in danger of being burnt?" This was a long time ago, and I can't recall the precise words for certain, but my uncle and father talked to the firemen for awhile and then the firemen left with my father saying to them "Be safe. Take care". The firemen just said "Good night".

Translated from the Orwellian doublespeak: "Now more than ever before, we must stand united and committed to communism and intolerance and hatred of Whites and anti-communists as we all attempt to heal from the tragedy in Charlottesville by eliminating all vestiges of America's past that reflect White and Christian values as we march forward into the glorious communist non-White future."
