This thread is to chronicle any college basketball news regarding White athletes. It could cover players transferring, high school recruits choosing a program to play for, coaching changes or just general events affecting our favorite players.

In college basketball news, top talent forward Austin Nichols is planning to transfer from coal black Memphis. Nichols was an All American high school player who could have went to any college of his choosing. He elected to stay local (he's from Tennessee) and went to Memphis. He's played very well his first 2 seasons but wants a change. Here's where it gets messy. The university, at least so far, has refused to grant his release.

http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/13217060/memphis-tigers-forward-austin-nichols-said-intends-transfer

We'll have to see how this plays out but a transfer to a more White friendly program like Marquette or Notre Dame would be great. Apparently Wojo (Marquette's head coach) recruited him at Duke. That would be a great landing spot.

Also, I wonder what was Nichols real reason for transferring? Sure the program had a bad year but I wonder if it's more than that? Could it possibly be that Austin got tired of the "black culture" that surely permeates the locker room? I'd love to hear his candid thoughts on the matter.

He probably grew tired of the caste "treatment" from the coaches & endless TNB from the afroletes.

Nichols is a solid player. I remember seeing Memphis in the NCAA tournament two years ago when he was a freshman. Nichols got a lot of minutes and I couldn't remember the last time Memphis had a White player that got any meaningful minutes at all. If he ended up at Duke or Marquette it would be great.

Marquette has done a 720 since caste slut Buzz bozo Williams has left!! That cunt refused to recruit Wisconsin. Wojo seems to be real deal!! Been a long time since I could cheer for Marquette (10-15) years ago I was a boy watching Travis Diener and Steve Novak!

Tyler Lewis, the diminutive white point guard who held distinction as the only white "McDonalds All-American" all-star of 2012, sat out last year after transferring to Butler.

He's eligible starting this fall for two more seasons and might in fact crush it there.

Butler, go figure, so racist.

Austin Nichols is transferring to Virginia!!! A GREAT decision for Nichols. Bennett actually plays and develops white players. All 3 of his commits for 2016 are all-white! And if it stays like this, their front court will be entirely white after next season.

As with football, I think overwhelmingly black recruits from the scouting services will blacken up the sport to a lesser degree. 2016 isn't bad, but the "2017" recruits are nearly devoid of white players. Hopefully, the few schools and coaches that are actually fair to white players will keep going against the grain and letting our talented guys shine, like Davidson, Notre Dame, etc.

Another basketball update: former Texas A&M guard Peyton Allen will transfer to Wichita State. The Shockers have success with white players, so I feel it's a good choice for him.

What's not a good choice: talented SG/SF Maverick Rowan commits to NC State as a 2015 recruit, rather than a 2016. Dumb move. Gottfried will probably bury him the same way he buried Tyler Lewis, who's now at Butler.

Wisconsin has signed a pair of 6'10 guys. Belgium forward Andy van Vilet and Minnesota PF Alex Illikainen for their 2015 class!

Cullen Neal is transferring from New Mexico. He received death threats from Lobo DWFs. Imagine if a black player ever received death threats. It would be national news for weeks. It's absolutely appalling that we live in a world where a college kid receives death threats for not playing a sport well. Good riddance to New Mexico. Hopefully, he's smart about where he transfers; he's a grad student with two years remaining.

A lot of high profile white transfers are going to be getting high major attention this offseason.

New Mexico combo guard Cullen Neal
Ohio State SF Mickey Mitchell
Columbia G Grant Mullins
Charleston SF Canyon Barry
USC G Katin Reinhardt
Tulane PF Dylan Osetkowski
Michigan PG Spike Albrecht
Harvard F Patrick Steeves
Milwaukee G Austin Arians
Purdue PG Grant Weatherford
Michigan C Ricky Doyle
Western Michigan PF Connor Tava has recent committed to Boston College.

Also, in a bit of a Duncan Robinson move, Max Strus, a 6'6 SG from Division 2 Lewis College, is receiving interest from a lot of high majors so far.

Plus, there's a few high profile white recruits left out there.

PF Nick Rackocevic has offers from a LOT of schools, and still hasn't chosen a school.
Also, Turkish center Omer Yurtseven looks like he'll be playing college ball next year; he's got a lot of high major interest.
Aussie PG William McDowell-White has gotten interest from Michigan State and Kansas, but no idea where he'll end up, if he even comes to the states.
I'm sure there's a few more international guys I haven't heard about yet.

Excited to keep an eye on where some of these guys transferring end up!

In unrelated news longtime Wisconsin Badger assistant coach Gary Close is resigning after13 seasons in Madison. He was responsible for recruiting the state of Iowa. Some of his notable recruits: Jarrod Uthoff, Jason Bohannon, and Ethan Happ(Quad cities). I'll post when they announce a replacement.

** Also if anyone remembers Wisconsin Forward Joe Krabbenhoft from a few years back, he's now an assistant coach at South Dakota State.

* They hired Krabbenhoft!

Sucks for Spike (or rather, white-friendly Michigan fans) that he gets squeezed out for his fifth year of eligibility, since he was arguably better at his job than the permanently-anointed starter Derrick Walton (whom assistant coach Lavall Jordan once dubbed "Spike Albrecht on steroids"). White-friendly coach John Beilein has turned Michigan around completely after its Fab Five scandal in the mid-90s, succeeding affirmative action coaching disaster Brian Ellerbe (now an assistant at an HCBU) and affirmative action mediocrity Tommy Amaker (now presiding over Harvard after their worst athletic academic cheating scandal and immune thanks to powerful wife on the board of affirmative action representation). Some cuck Michigan fans would put him on the proverbial hot seat for not following up on his championship game/elite eight pair of seasons with a flurry of one-and-dones. Beilein needed to recruit a point guard and got stuck at the scholarship limit.

Rickey Doyle leaves the program too. He has to sit out a year with two seasons left. Doyle looked very promising last campaign but lost his spot in the hierarchy to German teen Moritz Wagner. Doyle is strong and bulky but not particularly a leaper, and his stone hands pushed him out of Beilein's motion sets on offense. Hopefully he can find a good landing spot for 2017.

The Wolverines will return all contributors to a borderline tourney team. With monumental overachiever Duncan Robinson hopefully securing 25+ minutes as the incumbent swing forward, Michigan should play 2 whites for the majority of their games next year. I would love to see Wagner develop into a 4, since that seems to be his pro projection (and facilitates a 3-whites lineup). Doyle's attrition is being replaced with two new white big men (Jon Teske and Austin Davis), one of whom will probably redshirt.

Good for Robinson didn't realize he had another year of eligibility! Beilein has been one of our best coaches at D1 level even going back to his days at West Virginia, he deserves a lot of credit very disciplined and fair(caste wise) coach.

**Canyon Barry has narrowed his list to 7 schools: Cal, Florida, Kansas, Louisville, Miami, Northwestern, and Ole Miss.

http://247sports.com/Bolt/Canyon-Barry-transfer-CofC-star-narrows-list-to-seven-schools-44635044

** After a few quick Google searches a lot of these guys are garnering high level interest! I mean even Xavier has offered Max Strus and they never recruit whites.

I hope Barry doesn't go to Cal, Florida, Miami, or Louisville. I wouldn't mind any of the other schools; I saw Ole Miss actually has two white recruits for next year, which shocked me somewhat. I even wouldn't mind Kansas; it'd help him get to the NBA if he played well with the Jayhawks, that's for sure.

Wow! Chris Mack usually does have a pale face or two on his team, though. For years, it was Kenny Frease and Brad Redford, then it was Matt Stainbrook, now it's J.P. Macura and Sean O'Mara. Although he doesn't recruit many, Mack usually has 1-2 whites on scholarship in a given season.

A few transfer/recruit updates:

6'9 Spanish forward Eric Villa will be visiting Texas A&M, Missouri, and Wake Forest. He plays for the best non NBA team in the world in FC Barcelona, so he's gotta be pretty good. Hopefully he comes over to one of these schools; every white player helps.

2016 wing Matt Chastain, out of Illinois, will be taking an official visit to Utah in a couple of weeks. That's easily his biggest offer. Utah also has freshman C Jayce Johnson, who should take over from Poeltl next year, as well as two more commits: JUCO PF Tyler Rawson, and Utah State transfer David Collette, as well as SG Parker Van Dyke returning from an LDS mission. If things play out right, the Utes would be watchable again next year.

I felt the need to mention Virginia: they have three top 100 white recruits coming in next year, and that doesn't even count 5 star PF Austin Nichols, who'll also be eligible coming off of his transfer year; it looks like Virginia will be a good team to cheer on next year.

I see transfer Max Strus is visiting Butler this weekend. Out of the teams that are looking at him, Butler would be his best bet for a landing spot, especially with Dunham graduating, and the probable starting backcourt next year graduating as well before he'll be eligible.

Former New Mexico combo guard Cullen Neal will be visiting Ohio State; he's already taken a visit to Ole Miss as well.

Columbia grad transfer guard Grant Mullins is looking at Michigan and Syracuse for his last year of eligibility. I'm sure Phall would be pretty happy if he chose to play for Michigan. I haven't seen him play, but he sounds more than capable of possibly starting or playing big minutes. With Aubrey Dawkins transferring to play for his dad, it should open up a spot for Mullins to get some big minutes.

Marquette is looking at USC grad transfer Katin Reinhardt, as well as VCU(!!!!), Alabama (!!) and UTEP. I'd actually want to see him go to VCU; I'm sure their DWFs would be left speechless seeing a white guy on the team, let alone starting for them.

Also, this is speculation, but it looks like Harvard grad transfer Patrick Steeves may be pursued by St. John's. The Red Storm wouldn't be a bad spot; they have Federico Mussini as well as 6'8 German SF Richard Freudenberg coming in.

In coaching news, South Dakota State's Scott Nagy surprisingly jumped ship after 20+ years as the Jack's head coach for Wright State. Also, Joe Krabbenhoft went back to Wisconsin as an assistant coach, which should make Celtic happy. Hopefully, SDSU keeps doing what they've been doing.

Valpo's Bryce Drew also was named Vanderbilt's new head coach after Kevin Stallings went to Pitt.

Yes Michigan has reached out to Grant Mullins and also Valparaiso's Alec Peters. Peters could try his hand at the NBA draft, follow his coach Bryce Drew to Vanderbilt, or give Michigan a big boost as an instant impact 4 (probably starting). Either player would allow the Wolverines to play 3 whites at a time!

I watched some of Peters in the NIT tournament against St. Mary's. Easily the best guy on the court. At 6'9 he has NBA skill set. I'd love to see him in a bigger conference next year!

Celtic will like this; Katin Reinhardt commits to Marquette!! Even with Ellenson leaving, Marquette will easily be one of our teams, with Reinhardt, Top 100 recruit Sam Hauser coming in, and fellow transfer PG Andrew Rowsey becoming eligible as well.

Max Strus visited Butler this week (I'm assuming he got offered; haven't heard anything though). I'm hoping he goes there; if he could succeed anywhere, it'd be at Butler.

Good for Marquette and Henry Ellenson who should be a lottery pick. Looking forward to seeing the above guys you mentioned plus great leaper Wally Ellenson(RS SR)getting more comfortable on the court! Marquette also has C Matt Heldt(6'10) who will be a Sophomore next year.

Well, Mykhailiuk should just turn pro or transfer, because Kansas just over-recruited him again, nabbing the "top senior" in the country, which happens to be right at the position he plays. Screw Bill Self!! I hope Kansas never wins anything again. Like Roy Williams, Self has raised the middle finger to white athletes, several of which have helped him win. Lightfoot should also get the hell out of Dodge, so his career isn't wasted playing bench minutes.
