Amazing win for Northwestern. Get rid of the black quarterback and they have 13 white starters and a shot at a solid season.

So sorry, Leveon Bell. You're not going to lead the nation in rushing this week.

Cody Getz, Air Force
17 carries, 218 yards, 3 TD (so far)

Burkhead out with a sprained knee, MCL. What a shame. He was running so well and looked a step above from even where he was last year.

As bigunreal has said, "Is there any justice in this world?"

EDIT: Starting slot receiver, Marlowe, out with a separated shoulder and is getting X-rays to confirm the extent of the injury.

The media spent most of the offseason telling me that Montee Ball was a Heisman frontrunner.

Colorado "Possession-receiver type" Nelson Spruce with a nice 15 yard TD grab against CSU.

CSU's defense looking pretty SEC-ized.

Colorado's other "Possession-receiver type", McCulloch, with a body-twisting one-handed TD grab from 9 yards out to put CU up over CSU 14-3.

McElwain has SEC-ified CSU's offense, too. All WR's, the RB, and the TE are black with White OL and QB.

Didn't take him long, did it?

This injury to Rex better be minor. Like you guys said, our guys have the worst luck and are always targets for cheap shots. We have so few players at these caste positions that it just hurts that much worse when they get hurt.

This could really hurt his run for the Heisman. I hope he can play next week. Damn this sucks.

Go Huskers.

If Nebraska would have made those 2 field goals the score would be 47-17 right now.

I am pretty sure I heard the announcers say that Pelini said at half time it wasn't that serious, just being extra cautious so he is healthy for future games. They have an entire month before they play big 10 opponents, which is what they need Burkhead for, that little guy Abdullah isn't going to cut it. That gives him 8 games to make an impression against tough opponents. At this point I am not worried about the Heisman, I just want him to be healthy enough to return to form so he has a better chance on draft day. I am sure he can crack 1k if he comes back for big 10 play, it would be 9 games with a bowl game, plus the yards he has now.

I am not saying Go Huskers though, I am rooting for their runningbacks to get stuffed every single carry while Burkhead is out so they don't do more of a timeshare when he is back and haters can't say that there was no drop off while he was gone. With Martinez playing like this they don't need a strong running game anyway, it will probably be more important as the schedule gets tougher. He had 221 touches the last 8 games of last year.

a grade 1 mcl sprain is said to be 2 weeks recovery at the most, grade 2 is 4 weeks, when he walked off the field it didn't look that bad. He might wear a brace like Gerhart did his final season to be extra cautious.

here is something I read that made me remain optomistic.

"The University of California at San Francisco reports that a grade one injury to your MCL can take as little as a few days to a couple of weeks to repair. A grade two tear can take up to four weeks to heal and a grade three tear can take up to eight weeks. In some grade three cases, your ACL may be damaged and require even longer recovery time."

Since it didn't look that bad it is probably a grade 1.

McElwain actually worked true frosh Colorado native, WR Joe Hansley, into the rotation and he promptly makes a good catch and then runs for a 32 yard TD, showing some serious athleticism.

Nice, Nevada defeats the Cal BlackBears.

Like Riddlewire mentioned, Soph QB Cody Fajardo, looks very good. Very smooth and athletic dual-threat QB.

He finishes with 329 total yards: 25/32 for 230 passing and 20 rushes for 99.

Picking up right where his predecessor left off, QB Jordan Lynch of Northern Illinois has run all over Iowa today. 17 carries for 121 yards and a touchdown. The Huskies lead the Hawkeyes 17-12 with four minutes left in the game.

What a coal black affair the Clemson vs Auburn game is. When Auburn is on offense and Clemson on defense, I don't think I saw a single white player out there on either team.

Florida only narrowly beat Bowling Green today, and Nevada, Wisconsin, Nebraska and Northwestern all win.

Has anybody noticed that many broadcasts now do not introduce the starting lineups with photos? For example, the Alabama-Michigan game simply had "impact players" for each team listed.

I wonder if this is because they fear losing non-black viewers who may wonder what the %&# they are doing watching a game that doesn't include people who look like them?

In any event, it makes it much harder to count the starters to see how racist each team is. Still, looks like Michigan had 5 whites on defense (!) and 4 whites on offense. Bama had 3 on offense and 1 paleface on defense.

Watching the Alabama vs Michigan game. Denard Robinson has killed Michigans first two drives by overthrowing 2 wide open receivers on third down.

Robinson is terrible - he is a gimmick QB -will be interesting to see how many DWFs will want him to be drafted as their teams future QB.

McCarron on the other hand looks great.

Looks like a white back up QB for Michigan is getting warmed up.
