College Football News

On my X feed this issue keeps coming up, and what is surprising is that most of the comments are positive in the sense we can be for ourselves and not the old time wasting mental health outlets of typing "nagger" over and over. Now I'm sure the fat multi-chinned Southern Courtney's at the behest of their wives will cuck to this pressure campaign but it is a good start.

https://www.profootballrumors.com/2026/05/qb-brendan-sorsbys-injunction-hearing-date-set

Sorsby's hearing is scheduled for June 1st. I think his decision to gamble compulsively over many years was a poor one, his stint in rehab is for publicity and to save face but it also just allows the hypocrisy of the sports media and society in general to once again be put under a limelight. In the era of Chud I fully support Sorsby regardless of the situation. If he is found eligible to play for Texas Tech it will open up the floodgates and legal gambling will be another major issue upon many others the NCAA currently faces (NIL, zero actual academic standards, criminals on rosters, conference realignment etc) and if not I hope he gets selected in the supplemental draft.

Sorsby has been one of the better college QBs over the past 2 years, one of my personal favorite QBs to watch but my bias these days is more along the lines of just supporting Whites and thinking tribally. The justice system is heavily rooted in anti-Whiteness, tribalism, making black predators victims of non-existent White supremacy. Several high profile cases this year highlight this. I do not think the court will look favorably upon Sorsby because he is White so I am not optimistic.

Seems like Sorsby is done. I am rooting for him to somehow be reinstated to cause even more chaos in a continually destabilized NCAA. The hypocrisy around legalized sports gambling, the commercials on sports networks prompting the gambling is comical at this point along with the corrupt NIL throwing 6-7 figures at many “student” athletes that have no business being in school.

From what I skim read on an ESPN article he only bet a dollar to 100 dollars on games. I don't see how any gambling syndicate could get their hooks into that level of gambler. I know rules are rules but this is the corrupt NCAA who have moved their goal posts continually for years on gambling and recruiting and various other things.

He should receive a ceremonial suspension that's it. Kayshon Boutte bet and lost 90K sports betting, does anybody think it was just on the NFL, basketball, baseball and other sports and he never bet on NCAA football or his own team?

Nestor will get drafted, for sure. I’m hoping Carson Hansen rips it up at Penn St.

After this ruling some are mad claiming "College Football is becoming a joke"...well it already was after the granted QB Trindad Chambliss another year of eligibility. Hopefully Sorsby has his mind right ; the microscope will be on him for sure.

100% AGREED! Was waiting for someone to reply....CB Nestor is next on the 2026 DB List...
call it the New Fab Five; Finally Bust the 4 White DB (since 2000) NFL Draft Glass Ceiling WIDE OPEN in 2027!

CB Chance Gamble (Ga.Southern) is another that should be Drafted ; a bit on the thin side ; but if his name was Javondrick he'd likely be at least a Day 3 selection.

And how about Strong Safety Preston Zachman now at Indiana!

Stoked to see Penn State with a White RB ; nostalgia from days past! Hansen has got to be on the NFL Radar!
Also speedster Aidan Laughery needs to stay healthy...would like to see him get a NFL Combine invite to Indy!

THANK YOU Truthteller for all of your stats for this College Football junkie

I was a big Penn State fan for many years, going back almost to the time Joe Paterno became head coach, and for a long time they had White running backs and White fullbacks who got to run. And PSU cranked out lots of White LBs who went on to the NFL. Nostalgia for sure, hopefully considerably better days are ahead post-Franklin starting with Hansen.

The bloviating over the Sorsby ruling is hilarious. We have seen academic standards for college sports - namely basketball and football completely disappear for schools to bring in thousands of kids over decades that had no business being in a college setting. This goes hand in hand with NIL where players are now somehow magically compensate where they were not before (but they were because of athletic scholarships wasted many times on players that had no business being on a college campus due to low intelligence). To paint Sorsby as a figurehead of what is wrong with the college football is absurd. He didn't seek out the mob to make bets or throw games, he used apps that were legal and readily available to the public.

College football "leaders" - Conference Commissioners, ADs, Head Coaches crying about the Sorsby decision have no problems with games broadcast on TV with sports gambling sites/apps putting up commercials for ad revenue. This doesn't even mention the jock sniffing journalists that have advocated for years that college sports profit off of athletes while they are modern day "slaves". Again, an absurd point because as mentioned above the "student athletes" at these schools for decades were given athletic scholarships that would amount to 6 figures over the course of a typical college career. Somehow that was not enough so players were able to use college football to make money for themselves. Now their are next to no academic standards, players transfer 4-5 times, the DWFs and media protect their beloved affletes.

This doesn't even scratch the surface of the corrupt tampering during the NIL era along with decades of shady, degenerate boosters paying off players under the table while coaching staffs ensure the stupidest players get away with drug use, violence and academic dishonesty. Head coaches jumping ship and abandoning teams for more money and now bringing over a double digit number of players from an old team to a new team. Let's not talk about the colleges/universities themselves with back door deals to make super conferences. All of this is ok.

But Sorsby is being painted as the villain. It sounds like a lot of the hypocrites in college football (with sports journalists support) are trying to find ways to punish/blackball Texas Tech because of this ruling. I wouldn't be surprised if the NFL also tries to blackball Sorsby to "punish" him. The media loves painting White people as villains and Sorsby has now taken on that role.

Regarding Chambliss, his eligibility argument was a joke.

"Among the arguments Chambliss’ side made on Feb. 12 were that bouts of COVID-19 and mononucleosis, ongoing sleep apnea and tonsillitis contributed to him being “incapacitated” for the 2022 season, a year in which Chambliss did not play a single snap for Ferris State."

https://cdispatch.com/sports/state-...mission-to-appeal-in-trinidad-chambliss-case/

I always assumed medical redshirts were for injuries on a football field that caused them to be ineligible - not COVID-19 (a joke in itself), mono, sleep apnea and tonsillitis all somehow are medical hardships for a football player.

I 100% agree with Leonardfan, the "outrage" regarding this Sorsby case is total nonsense, considering how broken these college sports have been for decades. Plus, the fact that he used apps that were legal and readily available to the public had to be considered.

Pat McAfee nailed this over a month ago -- Sorsby was absolutely (100%) going to be granted an "injunction", because the case was being arbitrated in Lubbock, Texas. Did anybody really believe the arbitrator would rule against Texas Tech, with tens of millions of dollars and a potential national championship on the line?

I saw this coming a mile away. I never fretted Sorsby being kicked to the curb, as the "locals" would make sure he'd be back -- same thing happened with Chambliss in Mississippi. Also, I assumed the arbitrator would tack on a "suspension" to help "kosher-ize" his ruling. My guess was it would be between 2 and 4 games (first month). I think Sorsby got lucky on the lower end -- just 2 games.

Thanks Twenty-Two. Not sure you saw it, but I responded to an earlier post of yours last month. Iowa CB Zach Lutmer (<link), right now, is probably getting more draft hype (by some) than Koi Perich, which I find hard to believe. That said, I hope both go as high as possible.

I posted this last month in this thread (post #77):

Yes, SneakyQuick, sure does seems that way. Iowa's Riley Moss (2024) broke a drought of White starting CB's that spanned well over two decades. Then Iowa's Cooper DeJean comes along the next draft and makes All-Pro at CB in 2025.

Now, both Lutmer and Nestor are considered possible NFL picks at CB. Lutmer, rated higher, plays at Iowa; Nestor spent 2 years at Iowa, before leaving for Minnesota. Yes, this is getting really weird? :copas:

What I meant by "weird", in that post, was if Nestor and Lutmer are properly drafted as CB's, they will join Moss and DeJean as the only drafted White CB's since the 1980's (Sehorn was drafted as a free safety). All four played at Iowa.

There are 138 FBS schools and 127 schools (ex-D1-AA). That's a total 265 Division 1 schools -- Yet all 4 CB's began their careers at 1 school -- Iowa :copas:
