With all the “diva” talk around Rodgers and Brady I would say Watson has them both beat. Curious to see where Mayfield ends up - New Orelans, Seattle and the Colts seem the most likely landing spots.

I've seen a lot of DWF posts on "mainstream" sports boards trying to slam Rodgers as Favre Diva 2.0. While I'm not the type to shy away from letting white players have the diva label when they truly earned it (like Favre did with his years-long retirement and un-retirement drama), neither Rodgers nor Brady has done anything remotely close to "diva" behavior. Seems to be more of a case of white athletes being attacked for not embracing the "aw shucks" stereotype.

Your second paragraph is especially true. We don't have any ground to concede. Look at how much demographics in this country has changed since Civil Rights movements. Whitey is disappearing in the Great Replacement. Sports usually ahead of the curve compared to rest of society. Same thing happening with Euro National Teams.

Good to know he was “surprised” that 22 women were aggrieved by his conduct. Not to worry, though, because he is “innocent” and has “never disrespected any woman.” It’s a common misunderstanding and could have happened to anyone.

I've heard this as well, Watson is the missing link for a Super Bowl! Not buying how good their roster is either. Amazing Watson is considered an upgrade over Mayfield, when he may not be eligible for 6-8 games! Hopefully Brown's tank during that time and when Watson is finally eligible.

She did it because of the numerous accusations of sexual assault against Watson.

Even though I stand by my views regarding his politics, Mayfield absolutely is a starting caliber QB. That's one of the many, many things that makes us morally superior to our enemies: We give credit where it's due and don't falsely accuse athletes of being worse than they are just because of politics or skin color. Meanwhile, the average woke "sportswriter" will try to smear every White quarterback with right-wing views as another Ryan Leaf.
