Nesta Carter and the Jamaicans
quoting from a track forum:
"At this point, the number of "coincidences" and "accidental events" among the Jamaican 100m crew has IMHO passed some sort of a credibility threshold.
We start with a crew of 6: Frater, Carter, Mullings, Blake, Powell, Bolt.
Events, in chronological order:
Mullings - tests positive
Powell - bails at the last minute from his best chance ever
Frater - 6th in his heat, beaten by Ndure and Kimmons, doesn't even advance to semi's
Bolt - false-starts in the final
Carter - trots the final to finish last after a good start
5 of the 6 represent total failures, in a year in which they were expected to sweep the medals.
Sorry, but for me it adds up to suspicion.
So what excuse has the team given for Carter's performance?"
