I really hope McCaffrey stays healthy. The word is he is jacked up ( strength ) and though he will be on the field less he is expected to get many more touches coming from multiple sources. I think he has a legit shot at running for over 1,500 yards. The receptions are probably coming down from last year but he has an outside chance of being the NFL MVP this year. It won't be Barkley of the Giants though they are of similar talent.

I would love to see this. Cmac could have led the league in rushing last year if they let him run the ball more. The guys above him had 50 to 100 more rushing attempts. I know some of this is because they pass to him alot. I'm would be ok with less passes and him leading the nfl in rushing. If not I hope he gets the 1000 rushing and 1000 yards receiving this season.

I don't care about leading the league those guys outside of Peterson just get used up, I want to see a great solid 16 + game season used in all facets of the game on a winning team. Of course since I won't pay for the Sunday Ticket ripoff I wont see him play much but I can catch the highlights.

It’s a redundant post, but felt obligated to post it on here as well.

We’re living in a time that an 18 year old Mathew Boiling is the fastest U20 sprinter in the world and one of the best leapers too. Will Shipley is widely considered the top HS RB recruit coming out of the class of 2021 and Christian McCaffrey is widely considered a top 3-5 NFL running back.

What do these three athletes have in common? They are all White Americans!

When was the last time this occurred? 1960s? The simulation is breaking!

128 yards rushing, 2 touchdowns and 81 yards receiving in loss to Rams today. Here we go.

Meanwhile Leonard Fournette, the upsider Jacksonville drafted ahead of McCaffrey, had 66 yards rushing and 28 yards receiving. Not terrible but not in McCaffrey's class.

Fournette did poorly in the pre-draft athletic testing in 2017 while McCaffrey aced it. But Jacksonsville, no doubt, thought Fournette was a better athlete because Fournette is black and McCaffrey is white, even though Fournette ran slower and jumped lower before the draft.

Best possible result for us. McCaffrey has a great game, but the Rams (most white-friendly NFL team this year, 10 white starters/20 whites on roster) win.

Before Monday Nights games McCaffrey is 2nd in the nfl in rushing currently after one game! I've said it before that the 1000 yards rushing/1000 yards receiving would be cool but I would
prefer to see him lead the nfl in rushing. That would piss off alot of people. It would also make alot of people here and around the country happy. It would say F.U. to the anti white running back
stereotype. I have no doubt he could do it if he got enough carries. It just depends how much they throw to him or use him as a decoy. Cmac is headed for a monster year for sure!

From http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...concedes-its-tough-to-sit-christian-mccaffrey :

Sunday, McCaffrey led Carolina in both rushing and receiving, taking 19 carries for 128 yards and two TDs and 10 receptions for 81 yards. McCaffrey is just the second player in NFL history to catch 10-plus passes in a game in which he gained at least 125 yards and two TDs on the ground. The first was LaDainian Tomlinson, who ran for 220 yards and three TDs and caught 11 passes for the Chargers in an overtime win over the Broncos in 2002.

It marked McCaffrey's third career game with 100-plus rush yards and 10-plus receptions (most since 1950). He's the only player since 1950 with multiple such games in his career -- only 11 others have accomplished this once in their career.

It is interesting to read a lot of the posts following the video posted by Jimmy C. . A good number of the comments said C-MAC will wind up as the NFL MVP. Some compared him to Marshall Falk and Barry Sanders. Many others think he is better than Barkley and Eliot which I happen to agree with.
A long time ago I called it the Sehorn effect but I assumed white kids seeing a white corner dominate the position ( mostly 97' ) that they would grow up wanting to play corner. I am wondering how much the McCaffrey effect will make young white American boys want to emulate him or will the caste coaches just slot them as they always do?

I do think that CMac will have a big impact on the number of white kids playing or being "allowed" to play RB in high school ball, which will lead to more (not sure how much) opportunities at higher levels. But that will depend on how much pressure the all-powerful scouting services feel to include them in their rankings. Right now, they just plain don't exist to the services, so they are not recruited at all.

Another funny thing that I've observed is that DWF's I've been around LOVE the guy, you can see a certain amount of pride that the "white boy" is kicking ass at a premier position. But when other snubbed backs who could have similar impacts are brought up, like ZZ2K, Nall, Laird, etc. they revert to the "best players play", they-must-not-be-good-enough propaganda. It's very frustrating.

I'm thinking C mac is a one off . Nobody followed Sehorn or Hillis. And as a legacy kid with a vocal mother and father its hard to see that happening again

AGREED!!
Just think of the odds of ever making it to the NFL period. It's like .oo2 percent. Now the odds of a white player making it to the NFL. Then the odds of a white lineman making it to the NFL. You see where I'm going?
The odds of white RB making an NFL roster?
The odds of a starting white RB in the NFL are astronomical! It's like .000001 percent.

Christian McCaffrey is better off being used in a Marshall Faulk role. He's more like Faulk, a runner-receiver, than Barry Sanders.

The odds of a White running back starting for an NFL team breaking from camp is probably longer than somebody trying to be a billionaire. If you do the Hillis way or a spot start from a fullback then it's still long but not these odds, maybe it's similar to winning a state lottery 1million dollar prize.....

PS, I thought about this further and if you take the arbitrary date of 1990 the number of starting White running backs who were the main ball carrier breaking training camp have been similar numbers to the amount of Presidents of the United States in the same time period, while the billionaires have multiplied probably 10 fold, so its easier to become a billionaire .

Note I included a few listed fullbacks like Vardell who was the top back for Cleveland out of the fullback spot in the early 90's.

Who has a chance of getting drafted in 2020 other than Carney?
He’ll be a late rounder, if lucky....
Borghi in a few years...
Will Zane Dudek have a strong finish to his career and get drafted?
Most everyone else is such a long shot.....
Someone needs to step up and wow the world....

Epstein if he can get over the injury bug is dynamic enough to be a draft pick and maybe a middle round one and if he has a spectacular season as an upperclassman he could be an early draft pick.

I hope you’re right.....Being second on the depth chart doesn’t help....He will end up being there six years with his injury red shirts.....I’d like to see him transfer for his last two years of eligibility......

After week 4, he is leading the league in rushing with 411 yards.

Carolina is being forced to rely on him because they want to win.
