Why did he grab his forehead when he got hit in the chin? Strange. And one of Dirrell's guys (maybe his brother?) almost created a melee in the ring. I imagine Abraham and his buddy Marco Huck would have taken care of themselves if that happened.
It's kind of sadistic, but I was actually elated when Abraham knocked him out. I jumped out of my seat! Then I learned that he was DQ'd. Oh well. It actually doesn't bother me too much. A loss is just a loss. Unblemished records are overrated. I just wish I could have seen the last round and a half. It could have been fun.
I was elated too! I was surprised Dirrell was able to land punches through Abraham's normally almost invincible defense. Also we have to remember that Abraham didn't lose a belt because he came up from middleweight so he didn't have one.
