Andrew Luck may be the one guy in America who can handle the unenviable task of following Peyton Manning.
Don't worry, Colts fans, Luck already in command
It's not necessary for them to eliminate the white QB from the NFL. They just have to remove the white QB from the collegiate ranks, and then the former is attained. To do this, the godlike scouting services just need to conveniently overlook most white HS QB's and to mostly give high "star" ratings to black QB's and the rest takes care of itself. If you look at Rivals, Scouts, ESPN et al, you can see the strong shift in this direction the last five years or so.

27/40 were white for 2013 class..although black quarterback Trayvon Chapman has since been kicked off Pitt for criminal activity. A couple of the black quarterbacks were also signed in classes that contained white QBs as well. 34/40 in 2012 were white and only 3 of the 6 black quarterbacks remain playing that position at a university. There really aren't as many as they make it out to seem, it's just the ones that are there are disproportionately hyped (even at the HS ranks; like 5/8 of the Army All-American QBs being black a while back..)I just looked at Scouts.com. Of their top 40 HS QBs for the class of 2014, 25 are white, which is 62.5% That's significantly better than half; almost two-thirds. So not as good as it was 20 years ago, but not as bad as some people on here are making it out to be.
