I just realized something. Check out the following piece from the opening paragraph on the About Us page:

There are zero starting white tailbacks. No white running back has run for over 1,000 yards in nearly a quarter of a century. Only about five percent of starting wide receivers and safeties are white.

It makes me very happy that the first sentence is no longer true.

Don, are considering perhaps a revision here? In fact, I'm very much hoping you'll revise/remove that 2nd sentence as early as this Sunday, 4PM EST. A huge burden is about to be lifted from our shoulders.

Actually, I can't change it due to the way the site was built without going through a lot of hassle, including paying someone to do it. I'm in the process of having Caste Football re-designed, andthe rebuild (which has to be done for several reasons) will give me much more flexibility to make changes on the homepage. This project is just in its early developmental stages and I'll reveal a lot more at the proper time, as I hopeCF supporters, posters and lurkers alike, will pitch in and help out financially.

But yes it's great to see changes in a positive direction and taboos being challenged and broken down.

In fact, there are no
white cornerbacks in the entire league.

This statement are no longer true as well. Jason Allen played CB for the Texans against the Eagles, and he played quite well, coming up with an interception against Convick. Lets hope that he continues to play well and he becomes a starting CB for the Texans.

I don't think we can say we have any "true" white corners in the league. Eric Weddle played the position in college and could play it in the pros but was moved to safety. I believe Steve Gregory and Tom Nelson were also college corners but now play safety. I think the last white corner that was allowed to play the position for a long time was Jason Sehorn but when he got older was also movedc to safety.

This post was an implausible gaffe...especially for someone who posted endlessly about the mediocrity of the Texans' secondary players in the Weekly forum.

If a white athlete line up at cornerback for a single play in the NFL, castefootball would have covered his every movement.

Considering he plays for the lowly Texans' pass defense, if Allen was white, he would've been benched a month or two ago.
