I believe the point is that offensive passing (and receiving) statistics are wildly inflated in today’s NFL.

That being said, someone still has to win and Mahomes has been the best. No question.

Which means they're inflated for White QBs as well. Let's check the "all black QBs suck" stuff as well as giving them derogatory nicknames. We don't need to discredit the site when many black QBs are struggling big time this season. Who doesn't know by now that all it will result in is pushback by me? I don't want that to happen. We've been doing great in the weekly threads this season so far, let's keep it going.

That is my point exactly. Every passing and receiving statistic in the modern NFL is inflated. As much as I like Goff, does anyone think he or Darnold is as talented as Favre or Elway or Marino?

Yet they put up numbers that fit right in.

I agree with your point and was using it to respond more broadly to the poster who cited Mahomes' stats. He's a three time Super Bowl winner, just let him and Jackson be. It's the large group of ones that are playing poorly to varying degress that help make our case for us.
 
Best news today is the Giants upset of the Chargers with Dart and Skattebo sparking the offense.
 
QB Will Levis is looking better and better every week as well. Curious to see where he ends up next year as it becomes apparent he was not the issue with the Titans.

Give it a few years and we'll be hearing about a "Will Levis career resurgence" a la Mayfield, Darnold, Jones, and before them Gannon, Garcia, Smith, and so many more.
 
QB Drake Maye also seems to be coming along quite nicely. Looks like he is neck and neck with Nix as the best QB from the 2024 draft at this point. The Pats absolutely embarrassed the perennially "restocking" Panthers.

The Panthers are a lost cause. 2015 was their franchise's high point and they could play for a hundred years and never achieve that again. Crazy.

Good why shy away from it. I personally have never heard a sumo dominated OL be called out in mainstream. Only here!

If the 25% racial black quarterback can never be shifted what’s the point? Lose ground, one position, gain at another. Break even. Lose more.

The"aw shucks" routine just doesn't cut it anymore. We're seeing White athletes who are more confident and swaggering than ever, and a lot of them are thriving about as much as they possibly can in the caste system. If you want it, you gotta take it. That's how the magical athletes see it and that's how White athletes ought to see it.
