Will Floyd of Canada (he's also listed as Tyler Floyd), came 2nd in the 400m at the SEC Indoor Championships. (There were 4 white participants in the final!). His time was 45.24, one of the fastest of the year.
As a reminder, he won the 400m at Pan Am U20 Championships in 2023, and won the bronze at the World U20 Championships.
He looks ready to go sub-45 come the outdoor season.

Floyd was the 2nd fastest qualifier for the 400m finals at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
Antonie Nortje and TJ Tomlyanovich also qualified for the 400m finals.
A good showing already to have 3 guys in the final.
