2025 NFL Week 12

Rams look like one of the best teams in the league. Very impressive, Stafford is playing at an elite level.

Stafford has had one of the best pure passing seasons of the past decade or so. He’s been nearly perfect this year and I imagine the Rams are looking like one of the best Super Bowl bets for this year.

Amazingly, Stafford only recently became a winning NFL quarterback at age 37. He had so many wasted years on inept Lions teams.

Mayfield injured too after a stupid hail mary at the end of the half. Hopefully, Mayfield is ok long term.

The way they talked him up he was expected to descend from the heavens in a cloud of victorious glory but too many turnovers and stalled out drives have disproven his divinity.

But every now and then, between bouts of stiffness and hesitancy, he's shown flashes.

I suppose that could be said of every QB disappointment. But in his case the hype was so over the top.
He is one of the rare hyped white QBs to fail. It disappoints. I have seen brief flashes but those are the exception, not the rule.

The Stafford-Goff trade was one of the best things in recent league history. Both QBs have thrived on their new teams.

Going over the game PDF the Packers put out and it looked like one ST tackle and fumble recovery and a couple of catches by TEs. Van Ness was substituted in but no stats. Cashman though had 8 tackles and and 8 assists, maybe we can come up with a special designator along the lines of our WSTD maybe WTM or something snappier.

Keep that kid talking, what a walking talking millstone in the making.

That play should have never happened. The stoic dunce of a HC once again showing his incompetence.

And speaking of incompetence, Bridgewater had an entire half of garbage time to move the offense and produced zero points. What’s the point in having this guy? Also, I will not be convinced that he’s more talented than Kyle Trask who was caste aside. Just another black collecting “welfare” via the NFL.

It was a rough week all around. I’m also frustrated that the loathsome (albeit talented) Myles Garrett is going to break the single-season sack record unless he gets injured. He is at 18 sacks with six games to go…

Mayfield has a mild sprain on his non-throwing shoulder. He may be able to play next Sunday, and even if he's out it shouldn't be more than a couple of weeks.

Christian with 9 touches on the opening drive that ended with Jennings TD catch. So far, so good!

it’s clear that San Fran knows what they have in McCaffrey. the Panthers are keying on him, and that opens up everything else.

on a different note, i haven’t watched any NFL action in several years, but it’s hard to believe that three highly-paid professionals don’t know how to wrap up when they tackle. thus, the touchdown by Jennings.

Here’s hoping he has a big game, going over 100 yards tonight.

11 total touches in the opening stanza. I like it, but also want to see Juice, Kittle and Pearsall involved.

A lot of black defenders make no attempt to tackle, only to try to punch the ball out. When they do try to tackle they mostly throw their body in front of the ball carrier with no attempt to wrap up.

Shanahan out to use Robinson for the 3 and 2 dives… save that wear and tear on CMC.
