The Raiders have been trending in the right direction since bottoming out in 2016-2017 under the dark reign of HC "Black" Jack Del (Neg)Rio and black supremist GM Reggie McKenzie. In the last season or two, we've seen a notable uptick putting the Raiders in the upper tier of palatable teams. Will that trend continue...

There is still alot to like on the 2025 Raiders but they do take a notable step back, especially with overall starters. New head coach is the wily old Boomer Pete Carroll, returning to haunt us after a brief hiatus from the NFL. Plantation Pete is an all-time villain here at Caste Football, lording over extremely black teams for his entire tenure in Seattle. Well suffice it to say that 16 or 17 Whites, depending on how you view Brennan Jackson, is probably a high water mark for this elderly cretin to coach. There are already signs that Ol' Wigger Pete is trying to make his mark on this team over the wishes of also 1st year GM John Spytek. Tommy Mellott was drafted in the 6th round as a WR after playing QB at Montana State. It was known that this pick was a development one, with the idea that Mellott is a great athlete who could be molded into a weapon. Well after Mellott was cut and not even added to the practice squad, the GM had this to say. “I still believe in Tommy,” Spytek continued. “I think he’s got a really bright future, and I really hope that he finds a place where he can find maybe a little more patience from a roster standpoint.” Since John drafted him, one would assume he would have the patience to develop him on a team that is rebuilding. Then we can only conclude that maniacal Carroll pushed for this, deluding himself to believe this team can compete right away, since at 74 years old he's not planning to stick around long term. This just shows that the signing of HC and GM was not a harmonious one and that falls at the feet of incompetent owner and Lloyd Christmas lookalike Mark Davis.

Most of the positive attributes come from the Raiders offense. It starts with 1st Team All-Pro Brock Bowers, who broke the NFL record for a rookie TE with 112 catches and 1,194 yards held by Mike Ditka. He also set the reception record for any position, breaking the recent record set by Puka Nacua. And finally he set the Raiders franchise record for receptions in a season. Simply an otherworldly debut that will live on in the record books. So far his yards per reception are up a good deal with his yards per game holding steady. So there is alot to build on here in year 2. Expect continued excellence. Next we look at 2nd round rookie out of TCU, Jack Bech. Bech was an early star for LSU before needing to transfer to reestablish himself as an NFL prospect. A huge senior season and a break out at the Senior Bowl (game MVP) rocketed his status up. Considering the high investment and the open receiver spot, it looked like Jack would be starting right away. However, 4th round rookie Dont'e Thornton leaped frogged him. Hmmm, I wonder if this is another example of Pete cucking one of John's picks and of course favoring a black player over a White one? Purely speculation on my part, but one that is consistent with decades of monitoring this anti-White creep. Next we have RB Dylan Laube returning after making the cut after speculation that he wouldn't. I think the Long Island native won the spot by being a superior Special Teams player than his competition and offers the team a primary kick returner and a backup punt returner. The surprise from Monday night was that Dylan actually got involved in the offense, getting 12 snaps and catching 2 passes! He appears now on Ourlads as the #3 back. This bodes well and hopefully he can establish himself as the passing down compliment to rookie RB1 Ashton Jeanty. Other Whites of note are backup TE Michael Mayer. As a talent out of college, he had the misfortune of having a generational star drafted over him. I could see him emerging as a starter some day if he chooses to leave the team for greener pastures when he hits free agency. WR Alex Bachman has been jerked around on a level of Tom Kennedy, Michael Bandy and the countless other WRs who are not "star" players. Alex has been elevated from the PS and active each week. We'll have to see what the Raiders do after they elevate him for the 3rd and final time. Will he get added to the 53? At QB, not much to hope for this year unless Geno Smith is injured. Kenny Pickett was brought over after Aidan O'Connell was lost to injury. I would expect the Raiders to draft their QB of the future next year in a "deep draft".

On the offensive line, we see a decrease from 4 to 3 White starters. Kolton Miller returns as the anchor at LT. Miller has started every game since being selected in the 1st round of the 2018 draft. He's consistently rated on of the better tackles in the league. Jordan Meredith elevates from a reserve guard to the starting center. JPJ was drafted highly out of Oregon last year as a center but now pivots to starting RG. Veteran Alex Cappa comes over after years of starting with Tampa Bay and Cincinnati and offers good depth. Putnam was an UDFA last years and moves up this season after a year on the PS.

On defense, Maxx Crosby is the name to know. Crosby's NFL accolades include four Pro Bowl selections, two Second-Team All-Pro selections, and being voted to the NFL's Top 100 Players list four times (2021-2025) with a highest ranking of No. 10 in 2024. He was also the runner-up for Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2019 and has consistently performed at a high level, leading the league in tackles for loss in 2022. He'll look to build on his career totals of 59.5 sacks, 9 forced fumbles and 105 tackles for a loss. He's simply a wrecking ball on the edge. With Robert Spillane's departure, the Raiders don't have a starting linebacker for the first time in awhile but have 2 promising youngsters. Tommy Eichenberg of Ohio State fame and Cody Lindenberg who excelled at University of Minnesota. Let's hope they both move up the depth chart.

This is a tough team for me because I want to root against Pete Carroll but want to support all of the White talent. I'm hoping that the Carroll experiment is short lived and in the time he's here he doesn't kill the careers of the more fringe White players on the roster.
