Today was a good day at the track. Femke Bol is a legend the way she chased down the three negresses ahead of her to win gold in the mixed relay. Richardson not getting gold was a big deal because the US media were ready to crown her one of the faces of these games. And then the young Norwegian Rooth takes gold in the Decathlon!

But the highlight of the track events for me so far is Grant Fisher’s bronze in the 10k. I’ve watched this clip several times, notice the commentator Kara Goucher is not able to compose herself at the end. I hope Fisher can medal again in the 5k.

It was also a bad day or good day, depending on how you interpret it for this Frenchman poll vaulter that got eliminated by his own dong. https://x.com/cilcomlfc/status/1819758286163382600/mediaviewer

That was really incredible. Thanks for sharing.

For me, the moment I’ve enjoyed the most so far is watching Femke Bol run down 3 negresses to win the 4x400 for the Dutch. I’ve watched her leg about 4 or 5 times. Just phenomenal!

(Need to watch on YouTube as well)

Only disconcerting part about this were the black men passing off as "dutch" at the end.

We had a clean sweep for the medals in the womens high jump with 2 Ukrainians and an Australian!

The Mens 1500 Meters had all 3 favorites finish 1-2-3 and the finals is going to be epic.

In the mens 100 meters semifinals Louise Hinchliffe fell short despite running yet another sub 10. At 22 years of age the future looks good for this young man. Coaching along with desire and hard work can do wonders. He is only 5'9 so short guys can sprint too!

Tentoglou leads all long jumpers with an 8.32 qualifying mark! Juska, Ehammer and a few others join him in the finals.

The Mens 400 Meters is looking great with all of all guys safely through. There is gonna be some serious fireworks in the finals.

Femke Bol had the 2nd fastest time to move through to the finals of the Womens 400 Meter Hurdles.

Keely Hodgkinson is into the finals of the womens 800 meters!

I so glad Shacarri lost. The media never stops talking about her or Lyles. They are both demonic in my opinion like most of Amerikka/USSA

Yes she is a clear PED villain and has a boorish personality but she was beaten by a woman who has the tell tale signs of doping with big traps and a very lean physique. I wish somebody else would have given Richardson a taste of humble pie.

Also Lyles who is just as boorish in a nerdish way with his Pokemon displays beat Thompson in a photo finish who looked like an IFBB competitor I guess radioactive Yams are still grown in Jamaica.

PS Luckenkemper raced to the max of her abilities once again and was only denied a finals spot by 0.02 of a second. It seemed like the moment got the best of Leduc she will need to chalk this up as a learning experience and store this away for future world championships and an Olympic appearance.

I also think Sydney is on the special yam diet and wont be caught by Bol in the 400m hurdles...however it will be very close...

This 24 year old Phenom broke his world record yet again. He is a superhero at such a high level of athletics that the world has never seen
anyone like him. Even Usain Bolt, Carl Lewis & countless others did not have the top 10 times ever in their sport. This is the 9th Time that Mondo Duplantis has broken the world record!

Mondo Duplantis has the top 10 pole vault performances ever! Legend who doesn't get near the praise because of this white skin!

To win a medal in the 400 meters currently you will most likely have to run in the high 43 second range to about 44.00 seconds flat.

Jeremy Wariners personal best in the 400 was a 43.45! It will most likely take a time like that or in the high 43 second range to medal.

However Alexander Doom with his 44.15 and Charles Dobson with his p.b of 44.23 look ready for the challenge of running a 44 flat and
quite possibly a time in the high 43 second range. If either of them do they should win a medal in my opinion. Hoping they rise to the
occasion. I really like the 21 year old Italian Lucas Sito who already has run 44.75! He isn't ready yet but in the future he could be another
guy to watch very closely!

Have you guys ever heard of Erik ERLANDSSON? He's some 20-year-old Swedish kid who made it to the next round of the 200 meters.

The above pic of Hodgkinson is quite amazing when you consider the ethnic profile of all the participants trying to chase her down.

Doom had to pull up in his semi final when they hit the final 100 meters. Looked like a groin pull. It's sad because he was right there with the leaders. Dobson ran a nice 44.48 but it wasn't good enough to qualify.

That’s been one of the most abhorrent thing about these olympics. The vast majority of “frenchmen” I see are african imports. Have the men in that country become so brainwashed by the caste system that they don’t even try to participate in athletic competition anymore

That is a great pic. There are still 5 more Diamond League events to be held this year. I am hoping Tentoglou will compete in a few of them and get a new PB.

American runner Rook comes in 2nd with a massive PB in the Mens 300msc! An Ethiopian steeplechaser took a nasty tumble over the last barrier and was taken off the track in a stretcher unconscious...hate to see that happen to anyone..... Alysha Newman is a definite hottie and can pole vault as well! Grabs the bronze..

That men's 200 was strange - Tebogo won in a canter, slowing near the end for that 19.46 and Lyles leaves stadium in a wheelchair gasping for air. We thought that would one day happen to Lemaitre after every 200 he ran

I'm so happy for L. Tebogo. He is a classy guy for the most part. Yes he could have possibly hit the high 19.30's if he didn't celebrate early. I'm also happy Bednarek beat Lyles too. I was 100 percent rooting against the demonic Noah Lyles.

As it says in the Holy Bible.

James 4:10

"Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up",
