Why do you think that is? It is not that Sub-Saharan people are naturally genetically superior at all.

Slavery meant too tiered black genes were bread which is why (obviously rampant drug use is also a huge factor) sprinters from the U.S. and Jamaica, for example, tend to do well.

It behooves white people to breed with other strong and athletic whites.

I strongly reject that Africans have better genes as we would then see them dominate. They don’t.

I agree Warhawk_46. I've never felt that whites are inferior! Too many factors at play including less participants, racial slotting and weather advantages to name just a few things.

Sam Blaskowski went sub-10.
He ran 9.99w in Long Beach. He is the first D-III athlete to ever go run sub-10.
However, the wind was very strong 5.5w

It really makes me angry that Brody Buffington has not got to run even a single 100 or 200 meter races outdoors. Georgia has had a couple
of other freshman sprinters running the 100 but no Buffington. Complete b.s. as he had a good indoors & especially for a freshman. He could have very well had a nice outdoor season so they decide to sit the kid. You have to wonder why?

looks very nice up there on the scoreboard. I'd sure take a snapshot if it was my time.
This translates to about a 10.23 still wind at sea level - which is still quite ok early in the season

I would never use the term "naturally genetically superior" since that term can be then too loosely or mischievously used.
I do believe we have all been prepared to do things well after many years of natural adaptation/selection and the physical characteristics we then use and perfect as time goes on. Long history of cultural predeliction for those practices serves to enhance those talents.

And of course breeding the biggest and fastest will serve to give us desired results. That's why animal husbandry is applied to raising all forms of stock.
You yourself have sometimes wished aloud and tongue-in-cheek on this forum, W/L, that a certain fast white female athlete would marry a certain fast white male and have lots of (or at least 1 or 2) little sprinters.

There is no doubt that if a fast and strong man and woman reproduce that it will usually produce good stock. One thing people forget is everyone has been slaves at one time or another. Every ethnicity has been slaves. Yes whites have since the Biblical Days and even in the that 1800's and 1900's they were. All races have. China will do what they need and maybe someday Russia will possibly if they rise up economically. If you build a program it can yield very good results but these things take money. China will prove what can be done in the
long term. I see them being a powerhouse in the future. So much talent to pick from.

All these things being said but the anti white stereotypes and lies are still not true. John Entine tried to say no white sprinter would ever go sub 10. We've had more than a handful and there will be many more. It's just hard with not a huge participation as whites focus on so many other sports, music, arts, scholastics, business, etc. etc. Where as the majority of blacks look at sports as their only chance. Things are changing however. I see a bright future for white men and women in the sprints. Young kids are starting to get their confidence back. A white man led the NFL in rushing and it wasn't even close. A white guy led the NBA in scoring and won the scoring title easily. There will be more Lemaitre types but I just hope they have the desire to get better as they age along with the right coaching.

One last thing. Just in America in the last few years we saw 2 white high school kids run wind legal times of 10.15! Then we had a white female sprinter go 11.00 flat. Things are changing and I see it growing with whites making the anti white skeptics look like fools.

Yuki Koike of Japan behind him in 10.13.

Audrey Leduc of Canada, just lowered her PB to 11.08 in Florida.
Great time, and another women's sprinter to keep an eye on.
Audrey Leduc continues to be the breakout sprinter of the early season.
Today she dropped her PB to 10.96 (0.5w) - wow!!

I must say I'm shocked to see Boling run two 100 meter races in 3 weeks. I hope there are some videos of this race soon. The wind
obviously helped alot but he probably would have still been around a 10.10 to 10.14 without it. Very good with all his endurance training.

Leduc is the FIND of the SEASON so far! So happy for her and Canada. It's been minute since they had a world class female sprinter.

Here's the race. The kid had an awful start, but came back on everyone.

Go White Canadian Go!!!
She just set a Canadian record and she is probably the first White woman to hold the record since the 70's. Angela Bailey had this record for decades,10.98 which was awarded to her after the Dubin inquiry disqualified all of the results of Angela Issajenko who doped under the coaching of Charlie Francis.

Does anyone know if Marybeth Sant Price retired? I'm assuming she either took off a year for maternity leave or retired. Either way she
will be missed. Thanks for the memories!

Yes, she is retired and started her own track club. So she is, or should be, coaching now.

some exciting results there guys. Thx Jacknyc and W/L.
Audrey LeDuc 10.96 - just wow!
And after years off Amy Hunt comes back with a great 100 PB of 11.12 - remember she is a 200m specialist who at 17 and 1 month in 2019 ran 22.42 which is number 2 under 18 WORLD ALL-TIME

Australians are happy that Torrie Lewis won the China Diamond League, just edging Sha'Carri Richardson. What's good is not the time but
her showing at her first international meet - this race was the reason she didn't run the 100 at the Australian nats 2 weeks ago

The cold shoulder she got from the others in the race was painfully conspicuous.
