The stars of the game were Hendrickson, Burrow, Chase, Gesicki, Freiermuth and Payton Wilson. Did I miss anyone? But lurkers please don't notice the pattern that seems to repeat so often.

Good to see the Bengals finish 9-8 after a 4-8 start, though as I've written I think this season will be "peak whiteness" for them demographically as their White stars are getting older with no replacements on hand though Burrow is just entering his prime. Maybe they'll have a good draft in April. But they're still a team to root for, especially compared to the rest of the AFC North.

The Steelers limp into the playoffs and have a good chance of playing the Ravens in Baltimore depending how tomorrow's games turn out. Most likely will keep Tomlin's streak going of not having won a playoff game since 2016.

Epic night for Hendrickson!

I like the Bengals more than the Steelers, but I also like the Broncos more than the Bengals (because they have a white CB).

Personally, I harbor this irrational grudge over Charlie Jones ("Chuck Sizzle") never getting any real look as a possible professional. Despite the fun cockiness of Burrow and the undeniable force that is Hendrickson, I don't like the Bengals as a franchise for screwing over a guy. It's obviously irrational, but that's my inclination at the moment!

Looks like he had an easy night abusing the Pittsburgh sumo. At least that fella can scratch his knees without bending over.

At 17.5, I think it’s safe to crown Hendrickson the sack king for this season. Great player!

2 years in a row overachievers lead the League in sacks! Of course NFL will go out of its way to find the next Hendrickson and TJ?! Right?! Right!

More like go out of their way to make the next great White talent undergo a racial apprenticeship like Hendrickson endured his first three seasons with the Saints. Lukas Van Ness may be that player right now, a Packers tradition going back at least 20 years to Aaron Kampman.

Did TJ Watt play yesterday? I missed the games and don’t see a single stat of his in the box score.

If he played and didn’t record a single statistic, there’s no possible way he’s going to win defensive player of the year.

Watt played and put up a goose egg. Too many weak games this season, and as discussed before he seems to be too set in his ways as far as where he lines up and a good tackle can sometimes stymie him.

Alex Anzalone is supposed to play today, which is good news. But looking at the inactives I see Micah McFadden, Pete Werner (again), and Josey Jewell (yet again). This season has been a continuous horror show for White LBs, so disappointing to see.

He did have a sack/forced fumble called back due to penalty.

Supposedly Cooper Rush would get a $500k bonus if he played 55% of the snaps this year. He currently sits at 52.5%. Rush actually outplayed Prescott and the thanks he gets is being out $500k and letting Jerrah get his negrah QB out there. Rooting for Lance to cement himself with Jamarcus Russell and soon to be Anthony Richardson as the worst picks of all time.

GBs Van Ness and Anthony Nelson of the Bucs could be next up. When apprenticeship is over.

That’s absurd that a billionaire can’t let his 31 year old backup get a well deserved bonus. Jerry Jones is an odious human. If this were a black player, I bet Jerry would NOT dare take money out of his pocket.

If there’s any karma, Lance will be removed early with a minor injury and Rush will come in to earn his reward.

Did not realize Clyde Edwards-Helaire was with the Saints now. Good news for Carson Steele’s job security in KC.

long TD for Pierce!!!
Flacco already throws a long TD over the top of the defense to Pierce. 40 yards, all in the air.

That’s unfortunate, but a player of his caliber needs to show up. Inexcusable. I understand he will be double-teamed, chipped, etc. But he needs to figure out a way to overcome. Or stop complaining about being overlooked.

I am hoping Bresee puts up a big game today; he won’t reach 10 sacks on the year but if he go 8 or 9 that is huge production from a defensive tackle. Right now he, Zieler, Fiske and Phillips are playing very good ball and Graham out of U of Michigan is likely a top 10 pick. Great to see excellent young defensive tackle talent.

Whooohooo. That puts Pierce over 800 yards and up to 7 TDs. Great 3rd year and could really breakout into a star with a good QB and proper WR1 or 2 targets.

Nice day of work for Josh Allen! One handoff and that's it. Keeps his starting streak alive.

Titans are wearing their old throwback Oilers gear in the matchup in Houston. Very appropriate. Too bad they suck.

Flacco is just a temporary band-aid. Richardson is the future! Just think how awesome he'll be when he learns how to play QB with all of that mouth-watering athleticism!! ;)
