2024 NFL Week 17

Fantastic games by Zach Allen and Riley Moss (11 tackles and very little given up in coverage).
 
As I mentioned before, the best games are between teams with topnotch White QBs. What a contrast this game was compared to for example the Seattle-Chicago horrorfest of the other night.
 
Zach Allen beast mode, 3.5 sacks, plus 7 tackles. Riley Moss played very well, only an anti-white racist could think he sucks. Joe Burrow showed once again why he's an elite QB. Bo Nix has a bright future ahead of him, he's played very well this season for a rookie QB with a mediocre supporting cast.

Another brilliant matchup between two great White QBs. I did not think Nix was going to have such an impact in year 1. Burrow is the best QB in the game. It's a shame that defense has let the Bengals down this year despite his elite play. I do hope the Bengals defeat the Crawfords next week and I would think the Chiefs will rest their starters. I believe these two teams are fighting over the final playoff spot in the AFC.
 
2 sacks for Braden Fiske in the first half. He has 8 on the season. He is listed as a DE on Ourlads, but I swear he was a DT. Either way, great season so far.

PFF has him as a DT. He's currently only one sack away from Aaron Donald rookie DT sack record for Rams.
 
Cooper Kupp eliminated from the passing offense again. He has 1 catch so far while Nacua is over 100 yards. That's 0, 3, and 1 catch over the past three games for Cooper.

What is Stafford doing?? He has targeted Nacua 10 times in three quarters versus 3 for Kupp…

Of course Kupp’s one reception is for 29 yards… but nah, let’s not get a man just two years removed from a dominant season the ball.
 
Manlet leads the Cardinals to another losing season. He has led the Cardinals to one playoff berth during his career. Here is his record by year:

2024 - 7-9 (one game left to play)
 
Pickett will get the start today against the Cowboys. The drop off between Cooper Rush and Prescott has been minimal, absurd that the Cowboys really invested so much money in Prescott. Both Rush and Prescott are the same age - 31 as well. My guess is Rush will remain the long term back up for Jerrah over the next few years as Prescott continues to underachieve without the dominant running game and o-line that helped inflate his early career.

What a change in Bryce Young?
 
Buff-NYJ has potential, all-time great Aaron Rodgers near the end of his career vs. the best current QB in the league in Josh Allen.

Allen just ran in a short TD. MVP MVP MVP!!

I think Thielen’s return from injury gave Young a big boost. To be fair, it seems like he’s learning the position unlike his peers Richardson, Williams and Murray.
 
Alec Pierce with 2 catches for 39 yards already with a real QB under center this week. Last week he had a donut.
 
Pierce also just drew a big interference call. he is very present today!
 
31 year old Ameer Abdullah still trying to tap into that upside for the Raiders!

O'Connell is a solid QB. Hopefully he gets Bowers more looks.
