Falcons' Penix 'almost flawless' in starting debut

Quarterback Michael Penix Jr., the No. 8 overall pick in April's draft, authored a solid performance in the Atlanta Falcons' 34-7 rout of the New York Giants on Sunday afternoon at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, throwing for 202 yards with one interception.

I've seen more mystery flags thrown from refs today than I have in a long time as well as some obvious missed calls.
 
Bowers with 11 receptions to go with 99 yards goes over 100 receptions for the year as well. 1067 yards receiving.
 
Props where props are due. Deebo runs fuggin hard! Gotta love how he finishes runs, punishing smaller less physical CBs!
 
A little concerned about the Bills game. No way they should've had that much trouble with NE. Hopefully it's out of their system!

Drake Maye is at least emerging, have to wonder if Allen sees the similarities between both of them. On a side note Rooting for Riley Leonard to have a strong playoff run and predraft process. He needs some polish but he has the physical attributes comparable to both Allen and Maye.
 
Well, we can finally put a fork in the Niners. Purdy should get a middle of the road deal (think Baker Mayfield). Everyone else is under contract and they have tons of cap space. The window closes after next season, let's hope they can reload and stay healthy.

Kittle goes over 100 yards receiving with 106 on 8 receptions. Gives him 967 total with 4 games left. Will easily go over 1,000 for the second year in a row.

I'd hope Purdy gets more than Jordan Love did as he has done a lot more. Purdy to me has proven himself as very good QB, not elite but certainly a franchise type.

Also with the Seahawks losing, Geno Smiff back to his old form with a beautiful game losing interception.

Rams play Cardinals and Seahawks in their final two games, they're in control of their own destiny.
 
Mayfield hit Shepard right in the chest with the ball and he can't catch it. So much of this in The NFL. I hope he'll target Furman rookie Ryan Miller tonight.
 
At this point, it looks like Cooper Rush is a legitimate side grade to Dak. Especially given the injury history.

LOL. Don’t forget they were facing the league worst Giants who are merely a punching bag and have mailed it in. Cousins would likely have had 300 yards and 2 or 3 TDs.
