Bingo! Excellent post.

Another words its an affirmative action money grab for universities to fill their DEI quota on the football field since 99% of the hood would not be accepted into the university without some athletic loophole. If each of those rural schools would have a race conscience billionaire booster then this could be avoided and a school like Wyoming would always have a football/basketball team that is 100% white and be very competitive. Obviously wishful thinking but it could give the white youth that hasn't been brainwashed some motivation.

I asked myself this question when I started to follow college football. Always baffled me how schools in Idaho, the Dakotas, Montana etc. could find blacks to fill certain positions rather than just recruit in state. The only answer I can attribute it to is the caste system and as @Bucky stated it is something that defies logic so their is no way to rationalize it.

A few years ago a nice white girl in Montana asked why they did not recruit the local white players, and of course what was a mole hill was blown up by the evil doers as the worstest thing ever. And from what I gather she only said this because she lived there and knew of the players not even given a look.
