I know Georgia isn’t bad for SEC but it is nice to see their teams in the playoffs dwindle.

Yeah and Texas is 2 years removed from the Big 12. Fans rooting for a conference like those in the SEC are clowns. SEC has the best marketing department and a partnership with BSPN. This site has been great in pointing out the anti-Whiteism in the “feeder league” to the NFL for years now.0

Riley leonard going airborne to secure the win was great. A clone of Josh allen…I believe kiser, burnam and hinish all got a sack too. Congrats to ND on a solid win

The announcers openly praised Leonard’s speed and athleticism on that play. Refreshing to see.

Kind of related... anyone else remember when the NFL hosted a "Veterans Combine" back in 2015? They apparently turned down thousands of applicants but couldn't get interest in any of the players who they eventually screened through due to their lackluster measurements (despite old CF favorite Adam Carriker racking 40x225 on the bench). They never ran another one.

The running back candidates were particularly brutal:

A classic quote from Michael Bush:

Again, to be fair, none of these unsigned players got picked up to my knowledge. I still think about this though every time some re-tread bum (who is black by default) gets a new shot. What drills exactly did they do to impress the front office? Did they perhaps lay down on a couch and be told to relax?
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Combine times were inflated purposefully for some players.

And deflated for others (Andy Isabella, for example). The proliferation of 4.3 times is difficult to believe as that is world class speed.

I think it is a way to pump up blacks as to normie DWFs and scouts the 40 is the only thing that matters when it is actually one of the tests least likely to indicate success.

Jaxon Dart is a great example of the absurdity in the modern NFL draft "industry". Virtually any criticism of him can also be levied onto Shadeur or Ward - hasn't beaten an elite team, padded stats, air raid type offense etc. I'm not even arguing Dart is better (although a case could certainly be made), but the gap, if it exists, is much smaller than the experts say. I would even make a case he's being undervalued relative to other White QBs simply because he wasn't on anyone's radar as a prospect coming into the season.

Another dime from Dart for a TD.

He currently leads the country in passer rating, yards per attempt, air yards per attempt and yards per game. He throws downfield more than anyone in the country and still registered a 68% completion percentage, good for 10th in the country.

As an aside, Rourke and Will Howard are 2nd and 3rd in passer rating.

beat me to it. Dart has certainly flown under the radar and treated as an afterthought by the draft industry this whole season. Glad he is ending his underrated career with what looks to be a big game.

And of course the narrative is this year is not a good QB year except for the magical blacks. This despite Riley Leonard, Will Howard, Jaxon Dart, Kurtis Rourke and presumably Quinn Ewers being in the upcoming draft.

If I was drafting for a QB I would draft any of the 5 top notch white QB's available as I would never draft either of the magical upsiders Ward or Milroe.

I agree, based on talent and production alone he should be considered a potential star.

But if he doesn’t run at least under 4.6 I can see him being told to be a fullback. We have seen it before many times.

Gerhart was even talked about as a FB prior to him running in the 4.5 range… and he narrowly lost the Heisman.g

You’re right if he runs a 4.6 he’s screwed even if he sets records in all the other drills. I think he may be a little too small to be converted to a “versatile te/hb/fb” so if his forty sucks he will probably as footballdad said earlier be “Schradered”. To me he looks much more explosive than Schrader and can pull off a 4.49.

Like I said, he needs to be with a speed coach and work on the technique. The 40 is such a fake metric as a great deal of the time is all in the start. Proper starting technique for the 40 is nothing like a normal football play or even track when you are in blocks. You can have a top speed of 23 MPH but if you don't start correctly you'll run 4.6 or worse. At 50 years old I could run close to a 5 flat 40 just because I was working starting technique with my son. He improved his 40 from a high 4.8 to a mid 4.4 in a couple of weeks just by working on the start. It's so dumb.

Wow. FootballDad! That's exceptionally fast! I would guess that's less than1% of all men run that fast. Matter of fact, I would cut that to .05%. Just my opinion.
As you said the start is very important. Also, I would add that if you're very muscular/thick, you had better get really loose by stretching and warm up as long as it takes. I've seen 4.5 guys run 4.7 and higher simply by not warming up properly.
Hopefully Skattebo understands this as he looks like a muscular/thick young man.

Sir in an effort to promote human equality would you please hit the coach in front of the TV with plenty of beer and snacks to munch on, thanks in advance.

Back to football, was the Cash Jones TD catch perfect form or not? I bring that up from remembering the old story spinner Art that ESPN used to bring out to tell about the days and one of his teammates was Raymond Berry that kind of turned catching a football into science. Berry claimed there were 6 ways or techniques to catching a football and he practiced them like a monk practices his prayers according to Art.

I'll have you know that although I'm still slim and muscular, I'm now well into my 60's and my drive phase is not what it used to be. I would probably now struggle to beat the sumos that we make fun of.

In regards to the game last night, Coach Kirby sure came across as a whiner in the post game press conference. Bitching and moaning about the punt/not a punt trickery by Notre Dame that resulted in a GA offsides. Dude, you only scored 10 points. This one play didn't stop your offense for the rest of the game.

Lincoln Pare is a name that has been on our radar for years. He’s playing for Texas St and th game is on now. Haven’t seen him play in a couple years....North TX has a kid named Shane Porter that wasn’t known to me. He’s had a couple monster games this year. 95-643-5/6.8 ypc
They just said that Porter entered the transfer portal. He’s a junior.
Any of you know this kid. Maybe you had him on your wrap ups and I just wasn’t paying attention....

Lincoln Pare just busted a 73 yard run to the house. Nobody was catching him.

Great run.... He has another year of eligibility too. Mahdi, has moved on and another guy is a senior. So hopefully Lincoln gets a lot of carries next year and can get 1000 yards

Anyone interested in making an "All Bowl" team? This would be for teams not in the college football playoff. Would be a good way to highlight individual performances by White athletes during bowl season.
