just turned 17, Sebastian Sultana (NSW, Australia) is "raisin" the bar in the 100m sprint.
He just ran 10.27 (0.8) to break Australian under 18 record of Jack Hale and under 18 state record of Rohan Browning.
That puts him in an equal 20th world all-time. He's trained by Greg Smith, an American turned Aussie some years ago.
He dragged another young man, Carl Coorey-Ewings along with him for a 10.29 PB.
