If teams were smart, they wouldn’t have a lotHow long have fullbacks been referred to as a "dying breed"?
Darren Waller is so over-rated. He's become injury prone and peaked several years ago.
The nerds on duty at Weenieworld were not impressed with Brock Purdy's big night. It's fair to say that had a black QB put up those numbers in an easy win, the summary of his play would have been diametrically different:
Brock Purdy completed 25-of-37 passes for 310 yards and two touchdowns in the 49ers’ 30-12, Week 3 win over the Giants.
It was another “point guard” performance for the 49ers’ second-year starter, one where he was very lucky to escape without any turnovers. As seemed to often be the case last season, Purdy had several dropped interceptions in the first half, though he was far crisper after the break. He also got the ball to his play-making weapons more than enough times in space, allowing them to rip off chunk gains and tack on major yards after the catch. Purdy’s main skill seems to be his quick processing, though his physical limitations do occasionally get him into trouble. He’s probably overdue for a multi-turnover performance, but he is doing his job in this execution-based offense. He’s a solid QB2 streamer, one who catches the cellar-dwelling Cardinals in Week 4.
What an extreme downplaying of a great game and of a 2nd year player who’s season is off to a phenomenal start. Purdy has been nearly flawless and has easily lead his team to 3 wins. Unbelievable, but par for the course for these anti-Whites.The nerds on duty at Weenieworld were not impressed with Brock Purdy's big night. It’s interesting because “Herbie” a few weeks ago was stating on qbs now should be more like Steph Curry. The nerds on duty at Weenieworld were not impressed with Brock Purdy's big night. I like Purdy for a number of reasons but primarily because he smashes the narrative around the “new look” quarterbacks. It’s interesting because “Herbie” a few weeks ago was stating on qbs now should be more like Steph Curry.
The full cultish indoctrination of the “experts” at weenie world is the perfect summation for the programming of all the NPCs that buy into the bread and circus of the NFL and college football. It’s essentially a coping mechanism, they have to fall back on the programming instilled in them when things don’t go the way they were told they should go. Purdy doesn’t look like what they expect QBs to look like moving forward, Lance was supposed to be a dominant generational qb (of course there is a generational qb every year now), Purdy with his football experience, intelligence, accuracy, nimble athleticism was not supposed to be better than Lance and his untapped “upside”.
Sam Howell is another to keep an eye on. He also completely eradicates the supposed new template for black quarterbacks.I like Purdy for a number of reasons but primarily because he smashes the narrative around the “new look” quarterbacks.
He was successful in college, didn’t have the elite measurables that a Lance or Fields (which means running and jumping… he is far more elite when it comes to actual quarterbacking skills).
He crushes the narrative and I love it, the same way McCaffrey is crushing the narrative and Jordy Nelson crushed the narrative as a deep threat.
And now C. J. Stroud will be "limited" all season due to a right shoulder injury. Three "revolutionary" Black QBs taken in the first round, all three already dealing with injuries. And it looks like Young has already been all but ruled out for Week 4:Bryce Young the first overall pick won't play this week because of an ankle injury. Andy Dalton will start.
Anthony Richardson the fourth overall pick has been injured in both of his games so far and may miss this week's game with a concussion. If he does Gardner Minshew will start.
Apparently the latest batch of quarterback "revolutionaries" aren't durable, even at a young age, whereas most great White quarterbacks were Ironmen during their careers.
And now C. J. Stroud will be "limited" all season due to a right shoulder injury. Three "revolutionary" Black QBs taken in the first round, all three already dealing with injuries. And it looks like Young has already been all but ruled out for Week 4:
Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik said C.J. Stroud is on an “arm management program.”
Stroud entered Week 2 against the Colts as questionable after missing some practice time with an injury to his throwing shoulder. He played well against Indianapolis, throwing for 384 yards and two touchdowns in a loss. Slowick said the team would be careful with the rookie quarterback’s workload throughout the season. “It may be some days he’s limited on throws, it may be some days he’s not limited on throws, but he’s limited on other stuff that’s not team-period related,” Slowik said. “And that is kind of a week-to-week thing and it’s an individual thing as we go through the year. So he’s always going to be on an arm maintenance program every quarterback is it’s just what we’re doing that specific week.” If Stroud were to miss time, Davis Mills would presumably start for Houston. Stroud is a solid streaming play in Week 3 against the Jaguars.
So a rookie quarterback already needs arm load management… wow, how fragile is this guy? What happened to the new wave of black quarterbacks??And now C. J. Nick Bolton is out for the Chiefs this week and Willie Gay is questionable with a deep thigh contusion so expect to see Drue Tranquill and Leo Chenal on the field for basically the entire game on defense. We might even get to see preseason tackling machine WSTD Jack Cochrane out there now and again but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Peyton Hillis officially ended the fullback position in my opinion. How long have fullbacks been referred to as a "dying breed"?
This makes a lot of sense WL! His wrist flick, oily hips and thick thighs should more than compensate for a sore shoulder. He also a watermelon grin oops strike that I meant a room brightening smile that captivates the dwf’s and the cuck media making him immune to criticism. Not sure why C.J. Shroud would need his shoulders as all as the lame stream media tells us that all these guys do is flick the wrist and they
can still throw 80 yards from their knees. Just listen to cucked announcers like Chrissy and you always here the truth. Yeah right. So many of
these guys have fragile bodies to match their fragile egos but don't dare ever talk bad about them. No worries the media is in their back pocket.
