Moore sucked a big weiner and completed about one-third of his pass attempts. He also took sacks on 3 of the last 4 plays of the game to turn the ball over on downs. Absolute 'deer in headlights' and I have no idea how Chip Kelly explained to his two white 22-yr old quarterbacks that this 18 yr old black kid had beaten them out in a fair competition for the job.
ND’s oline dominated the black 5* dline all game. Even on defense I noticed 2-3 white dline on a lot of plays for the Irish. Sucks they lost of caste clown Ryan day, notre dames scrub #2 safety dropped a game ending int and their other safety just backpedaled on that 3 and 19 when he was already 15 yards off the ball! If he just stayed there he wouldv been in position to pick off that pass. But I’m told only blacks can play db smh. Last point and it goes to the joke that is recruiting rankings- ND’s 3 best players were all 3* Hartman, Joe Alt, and #20 Morrison the cb and Alt and Morrison were going against “5*” dline and wr from osu and got the better of them all night long.

Yes indeed! Saw some of that at Sacramento State (nice find by Leonardfan!); knew he had something "Extra" that should get him noticed by the NFL even with his pale skin condition! Actually his new listing is at 5-10" 225....It was funny last night(as Freethinker said) getting the "shorter Tayson Hill" & "Jacob Hester" comparisons by announcer Tim Brando.
I agree both are fully capable of producing big numbers. But for whatever reason, they are not. The last couple of games, for Shipley in particular, just not up to his usual level.
And I also think it goes to the running back position in genera. Most teams even with great a great rb will split carries up so one doesn’t monopolize all of them. I am sure Shipley and Steele get less than otherwise but as long as they get around 15 touches a game, 20 in big games preferably I am fine with that. I thought at this point Steele would’ve been railroaded so at least he is still getting a good amount of opportunities
