Jeremy Ruckert has the honor of being the first White player selected with a Rooney Rule (Resolution JC-2A) pick.

I think Chenal getting ignored despite his stature, production, and 4.52 40 speed is what is irking me the most.

Finally Leo Chenal to KC Chiefs! Throwback according to Kiper ...Fun player to watch ; creats havoc in backfield!

How is Chenal a throwback besides being White? He was better than every black ILB in this round by every measure - whether its physical traits or production on the field. Those kind of stereotypes kill White athletes chances.

Why do so many of our best guys almost always go to teams we can't stand. Almost like the Tom Iron Rule but in a different way.

Kiper also said nothing about his speed, while the analysts were raving about the speed of the Georgia LB picked right before Chenal. Kiper says Chenal would be a top 15 pick in 1985, what the hell does that even mean? The difference being what between now and then, his skin color? He has more than enough speed to be a three-down backer.

Someone on ABC said the exact same thing! Clearly a coordinated effort.

Anyway, we're at 21/105 honkeys. 20% on the nose.

NFL Network didn't even have any highlights when Chenal was selected! Also called him a "throwback" no mention of his elite speed at his size.

Had highlights of Bruss though. Clearly coordinated hit job on Chenal.

20% is right in that sweet spot for the early rounds that the draft ends up being year after year, decade after decade. The final percentage will likely be a little higher as the percentage of Whites taken in the later rounds is usually higher than the first three rounds, which of course means they're more likely to be cut without ever getting a genuine opportunity. Same old same old. . .

3 of the 7 Rooney Rule picks were White. Look for Jesse, Al, and Ben to march in protest.
