Trevor Penning is bigger, faster, stronger, quicker and more agile than Kenyon Green. Penning's RAS is 9.95 while Green's is 5.98. Penning plays OT which has more positional value than a a guard, which is Green's position.

The selection of Green over Penning is almost certainly because Penning is white.
