Perennially one of the NFL’s blackest teams, the Raiders took a bit of a different direction when Jon Gruden was hired as head coach and Mike Mayock as GM. It didn’t last long however, as while Mayock drafted stalwarts such as Hunter Renfrow and Maxx Crosby, he also made his share of quite dubious picks, while Gruden received “The Treatment” after some of his private emails were made public and he was fired despite having a lot of years left on the 10-year $100 million deal he signed to coach the team.

The Raiders had 4 White starters on defense one year during the shortened Gruden-Mayock reign, shocking to those who follow such things, but are now quickly reverting back to their long-time norm, though not yet to the levels plumbed by pioneer Caste Clown supreme “Black” Jack Del Rio, who stocked his 53-man rosters while coaching the Raiders with single-digit amounts of Whites, just as he had done previously as Jacksonville’s head coach. Somewhat ironically, Del Rio came under fire earlier this year by making some common sense remarks comparing how differently the January 6th protesters have been treated compared to those who rioted in countless American cities during the Summer of St. George Floyd. Just goes to show that many “conservatives” remain clueless, deliberately or otherwise, when it comes to racial and cultural issues.

Star receiver Hunter Renfrow was sneered at even as he was helping Clemson win two national championships, and then even more so after he was drafted by the Raiders in the fifth round in 2019. Seems Hunter “doesn’t look the part” and doesn’t run a 4.31 40. None of the “experts” foresaw him as any more than a back-up in the NFL and more likely a full-time special teamer if he was even on a roster. As it turns out, Renfrow is all but uncoverable, another White slot receiver who uses his quickness and intelligence to effortlessly find holes in defenses, and in 2021, the “waterboy” somehow surpassed 100 receptions.

Derek Carr is a very good quarterback, and now his former college receiver Davante Adams is on the team. There have been various viewpoints offered as to how this will affect Renfrow’s usage, but if the first game of the season is any guidepost (and one game rarely is), Adams may be targeted to an absurd degree to Renfrow’s detriment, but again it’s too early to draw definite conclusions.

LT Kolton Miller is the only White starter on the line. Second-string tight end Foster Moreau is very talented and the hope is that he will sign elsewhere to become a starter after his rookie contract expires after the current season.

On defense, end Maxx Crosby is rightly viewed as one of the very best at putting pressure on quarterbacks. Still just 25, he should have a number of peak seasons still ahead of him.

New head coach Josh McDaniels of course is from the Belichick “coaching tree,” the most heralded of any of New England's former assistant coaches. However in his previous head coaching stint, with Denver in 2009 and ’10, McDaniels benched Peyton Hillis after Hillis showed big-time star power both running and catching the ball after he “miraculously” outlasted six injured Black RBs in front of him on the depth chart during his rookie season in 2008, the origin of the “Hillis Curse.” After screwing Hillis over big time in 2009, Peyton was traded to Cleveland where he had his huge season in 2010 thanks to Browns head coach Eric Mangini recognizing Hillis’ talent and having the integrity to make the most of it. So given McDaniels' history and that of the rest of The Genius’s coaching tree it’s hardly a surprise that the Raiders open 2022 with just 13 Whites on the roster. Somewhere, Black Jack Del Rio is smiling.

Center: Andre James

Adams having a meltdown on top of his subpar '22 campaign.

Josh McDaniels infamously screwed over Peyton Hillis during his previous head coaching stint. One would think however, after all the success the Patriots had with White receivers that he'd at least be fair to Hunter Renfrow and take advantage of his talents. But no, McDaniels has pretty much phased Renfrow out of the passing game one season after Renfrow had 100 catches and over 1,000 yards.

After yesterday's 3/26 "explosion," Renfrow now sits at 21/192/0 for the season. He missed two games because of a concussion.

The Raiders are now 2-6. The Belichick "coaching tree" of nothing but Caste Clowns (Eric Mangini, now apparently blackballed from coaching, is the notable exception) strikes again.

We didn't realize how good we had it with Gruden. I guess the organization didn't either, as they fall back to a cellar dweller with this clown McDaniels.

"Divine Deablo" was placed on IR, which means he'll miss at least the next four games, leaving Blake Martinez as the starter. Of course with Josh McDaniels we can never be certain of anything but it certainly looks good for Blake.

Maybe Luke Masterson will play more too. He was great in the preseason.

Blake Martinez retires and Renfrow to IR.

Martinez was one of the best most productive LBs in the game when healthy.

Blake was screwed over pretty good after his knee injury. Don't know how much that factored into it, we'll likely never know as his retirement tweet took the high road.

He was a helluva good linebacker. Hopefully Masterson will get a fair shot now.

Absolutely! Sure was nice seeing the Packers defense fielding Matthews, Jake Ryan and Blake Martinez.

Sad that Martinez is hanging em up so early for whatever reason. Its clear he's got alot left in the tank and could easily be a high level starter for another 3-5 seasons. Whether it was Andrew Luck, Chris Borland or now Martinez, it always feels like a victory for the Caste System when our guys step aside ahead of their time...

Josh McDaniels started off his head coaching career by going 6-0 with the Broncos in '09. Since then, he's gone 7-23. His screwing of Hunter Renfrow is especially galling because of how well "Renfrow types" did the entire time he was with New England. I dislike him as much as any current head coach in the NFL.

Sounds like McDumbass went all in with the acquisition of Devante, clearly he's the focal point of a struggling, underperforming, overpaid offense. Renfrow getting phased out is extremely frustrating..

With perpetually injured Darren Waller finally placed on IR, Foster Moreau is now the clear-cut starter at tight end and has a lot of potential. One analyst I respect just called him a "more athletic Pat Freiermuth," which should be taken more as praise of Moreau than a dig at Freiermuth.

Moreau had 3 receptions for 43 yards and a TD against Indy on Sunday.
