I was just thinking that all of us long time observers of international football know not to depend too much on the all-white Polish team. And then right on cue Lewandowski misses a penalty.

Yup, Poland never does well in any big tournament. The good news for them is that a tie isn’t the worst considering Argentina already lost once.

Giroud with a goal. Rabiot with a goal and assist. Hernandez (the younger brother) with the other assist. The few Whites allowed to play for France are bailing them out.

I remember a French former player or coach said that French people are discriminated against in sports.

Denmark and Poland don’t look good but also neither gave up a goal so we will see. We still have Croatia and Serbia to come this week.

It's a small victory, but the French starting line-up is ~55% white (6 out of 11).

France's starting line-up for the Euro 2000 final was only ~45% white (5 out of 11).

That was more than 22 years ago!

in football the ethnic French rarely stood out, in the 80s many of the white players on the national team were of Italian or Spanish origin, including coach Hidalgo (Spanish origin) and the best player Michel platini (italian origin), Before Michel Platini, the best French player was Raymond kopa (Kopaszewski) Of Polish origin, the player of French origin who stood out the most is just Fontaine Who scored 13 goals in the world cup of 1958 Until today the record for the most goals in a single edition of the world cup

You omitted 1991 ballon d'or winner Jean-Pierre Papin who wasn't of immigrant descent.

Yes. We used to have a French poster here that documented how young players are systematically discriminated against. If you go digging through the soccer subsection, you can probably find some excellent information.

The best example I can remember is that even Griezmann, who is arguably the best French player, was not wanted amongst the youth teams. He was labeled too small, as the French system love those early maturing large black players who litter the national team and French league. So Griezmann had to move to Spain as a teen and developed into the star he is now. If he stayed in France, he probably be waiting tables at a brassiere right now.

also giroud is now the top scorer ever for france
i only watch the world cup because he plays
giroud turned professional very late and was not given a chance in his hometown, the coach said he was not good enough to play for grenoble, which is his city and also my city
without giroud grenoble established the world record for most league defeats in a row and was relegated
giroud got a chance to play in the lower leagues and when he got a chance to play in the first division of french football he became top scorer of the league and helped montpellier pull a huge upset against PSG, one of the richest clubs in the world, by winning the ligue 1

now he is in the national team for this competition because benzema got injured
soccer is a joke now so i no longer watch
very fitting that this world cup is in qatar

I forgot about papin, but papin had a bit of bad luck, he caught an unlucky French generation (late 80's early 90's, He played 86, but his peak was later) and made a bad career decision by going to Milan, and the following season he former team olympique de Marseille Being Champion of the Champions League, Another outstanding Frenchman would be Deschamps, Emanuel Petit is also a name, but none of the names equaled Platini, Zidane or even Kopa, the one who came closest was papin, unfortunately his bad luck in the French national team and not being in the champion team of the Champions league of Marseille Damaged his legacy a little

There is a high probability that the champions league final vs Milan was rigged. Good for him that he wasn't part of a cheating team.

Giroud he has a better goal average than Henry, and he is not much talked about, I remember that he was very criticized in the 2018 cup, for not scoring goals (I think he was greatly harmed by the team's system), happy he scored two goals today

now he has won over most people
when he is the top scorer in the history of the country there is no reason to act like he doesn't deserve to play

I guess Germany was totally demoralized by not being able to wear their tranny sodomy armbands. They lose to Japan. Domo arigato!

It was especially ironic that one of the main poo-pushing propagandists Leon Goretzka blew a few chances near the end. Maybe his mind was too focused on how he’d “own” the Qataris, FIFA, etc after he scored via celebration?

LMAO

Japan 2. Germany 1. However in virtue signaling, Germany is still undefeated.

Edit: I also found this beautiful statement. So the number 1 value for a German national football team is diversity? Explains why they aren’t very good anymore. I’d think unity, hard work, kinsmanship, teamwork, communication, etc would all be more important but what do I know….1669217899710.jpeg

Germany players placed their hands over their mouths during a team photo ahead of their World Cup Group E game against Japan on Wednesday as the row over FIFA's threat of sanctions over the "OneLove" armband continued.

All Germany players took part in the gesture in front of dozens of photographers on the pitch ahead of kickoff, after world football body FIFA had threatened seven European teams with sanctions if they wore the armband symbolising diversity and tolerance.

Germany interior minister Nancy Faeser, sitting next to FIFA president Gianni Infantino in the stands, sported the armband as she chatted with the football administrator.

Ruled over by women, obsessed with man-on-man anal is not the recipe for a multi-racial World Cup champion! Congratulations to Grorious Nippon!

I didn’t watch: did the non-German players for Germany stay mute during the national anthem, as is their custom?

Maybe Germany should worry about playing soccer and not the other BS. This is why they lost. Really sad to see what have they become.

i think it's time to recall that germany has strict laws against free speech in addition to having the media and politics controlled by people who think alike, so very few separation of powers
they are not that different from the USSR, which had freedom of speech guaranteed by every one of its constitutions

in austria ( a country with similar laws) a singer is serving more than ten years in prison, in europe you can be a serial killer and spend a similar amount of time in prison

There is more than one way for a homosexual to receive sexual gratification. By covering their mouths, the German team is signaling that they do NOT approve of mere oral pleasuring, but that true homosexual satisfaction must be granted through anal ramming.

It would be funny if the Qatar team posed for their next photo with one hand covering their mouths and the other hand covering their bum-holes. This could become a new frontier for virtue-signaling.
