Buffalo's D was garbage..

Allen was magical. Unbelievable talent. Mahomes is nowhere near him today

And the possession rule in OT is garbage. Coin toss basically decides the winner

No question, that was a HUGE statement game by Josh Allen, not that he hadn't already proven he's a great quarterback. I feel bad for him but he's still young and motivated. McDermott's a very good head coach, they need to do some tinkering but bottom line they went head to head with KC on their turf and should have won.

It was like Buffalo was playing with 8 men on defense. . . no coverage of pass catchers, no pressure on Mahomes. Maybe they were gassed but that's still no excuse for that kind of collapse.

The Bills used their first two picks in this year's draft on upsider pass rushers - neither played a role in the game tonight. Neither did the wildly overrated AJ Epenesa - he was overrated in college at Iowa and again did not show up tonight. The lack of pass rush is what killed them.

I don't have a problem with the OT rule. Games could go on forever without it, especially with the lack of defense in the current game.

Curious to see where Daboll ends up? Would like to see him go to the Giants - I am sure he could do many of the same things with Daniel Jones.

Damn, more Mahomes worship. I was hoping that would get slowed a bit. Looks like another Super Bowl
Well hopefully Burrow can out gun him next week if his offensive line doesn’t get him killed first. Hubbard and Hendrickson should be able hold the edges better.

Why wouldn't fans or the NFL want this exciting game to continue?

That's why I have never been outspoken in support for Kelce - I'd rather see a White TE be catching passes from a White QB. Let's hope the Bengals White edge rushes actually put pressure on Mahomes next week.
Agree. Would be so great to see Kelce team up with a good White QB.
Feel sorry for the Bills fans. Long time of suffering for them. I thought they deserved a better playoff run this year.

But until next week:
Ha det bäst!

This one hurt a lot, not going to lie. The only silver lining I can think of is Leslie Frazier’s stock has to be in the toilet after this.

I wondered about that too. Completely outmatched in the last few minutes and OT. KC players were blasting by them. Very frustrating to watch.

A very rational thought but we know the NFL is filled with the irrational! I do find it funny that no team has hired a coach yet. In this year of the most engineered "muh diversity" in the coaching searches and not one of them have been named head coach.

I can’t imagine Frazier is legitimately on anyone’s radar; Bowles neither. Those two were total failures as head coaches. The only real ‘minority’ candidates are Bienemy, Leftwich, and Flores... I wager at least two of those three will be hired..

Henrik being a long time Lions fans I feel very bad for Bills fan and you but at least the Packers and the Bills make the playoffs and are contenders. Maybe one day for me. Till then I’m cheering on the White players and hope for the best.

That was a Big-12 type game (defense optional).

Line drive squib kick with 13 seconds left and game is essentially over but Frasier calls for convential kick off and the rest is history....worst play call of the year so far.

McDermott is the head coach. That was his call. Frazier is the defensive coordinator

Unfortunately that's the biggest difference between the two teams and it's a huge one. Both have decent defenses (by NFL standards), great QBs and some excellent receivers. And Cincy has to play in Kansas City with a team that is new to the playoffs. The best-case scenario would be for the Bengals defense to press Mahomes and keep him contained, while Burrow manages to still keep making big plays in between sacks. I've enjoyed these playoffs a lot, but hard to see the Chiefs not going to the Super Bowl again.

Frazier isn't going to be hired by anybody as a head coach he had one bite at the apple and was found wanting and after yesterdays disaster that all but seals the deal for him.

Teams have been hiring increasingly younger coaches who tend to be offensive minded coaches as we saw yesterday in both games the team that has the ball last in a one score game has a very good chance of winning the game.

PS Josh Allen isn't like any qb I have seen before, initially when he was a rookie he was compared to Newton but he has so far and away exceeded the passing ability of prime Newton that the comparison now is faint praise at best. I guess you could compare the running ability and his ability to legitimately bowl over tacklers to Newton and his passing ability to that of any of the all time greats of recent years.

I hope his Bills teams aren't the 70's Raiders of this era who kept on running into dynasty teams and losing to them in the playoffs less the Sea of Hands game and the AFC championship game where the Raiders finally beat the Steelers and won their first SB title.

Fine points WIR, and agree on all points. If I'm not mistaken the Sea of Hands game was against the Dophins. Then as you said, finally getting past the Steelers.

And I am bummed out for the Bills. I liked them even more than the Rams this year.

Agreed. The Bills pass rushers did not get to Mahomes enough and when they did they missed tackles on him. It’s too bad they doubled down on affletic pass rushers last year as we are going to see three great White edge players in the 2022 draft. Ed Oliver is also overrated. Top 10 pick billed as a pass rusher. Hopefully Zimmer returns from a knee injury and Phillips continues to play a role.

It's a day later and I'm still so bummed out about the Buffalo Bills. I felt in my gut we were gonna see Rams vs Bills in the Super Bowl. A squib kick was a no brainer
but we all know in the NFL they always do things that make no logical sense. That's why they get paid so much money. To make bad game calls. :(

The main team left for us to cheer for is the Rams 100%. The NFL would hate that their top WR is white. Tight end and O line is almost all white and a few D players. This is our team guys let’s make the NFL look foolish.
