Unfortunately that's the biggest difference between the two teams and it's a huge one. Both have decent defenses (by NFL standards), great QBs and some excellent receivers. And Cincy has to play in Kansas City with a team that is new to the playoffs. The best-case scenario would be for the Bengals defense to press Mahomes and keep him contained, while Burrow manages to still keep making big plays in between sacks. I've enjoyed these playoffs a lot, but hard to see the Chiefs not going to the Super Bowl again.
Contained is what needs to be done against Mahommes. He has an uncanny ability read a pass rush and cut inside or outside the the edge and either rush find Kelce or hill who rivals Kupp afc. (The little sob cannot be tackled one on one and is explosive in the open field). It’s almost not worth rushing Mahommes and just maintaining the line of scrimmage and contain. Just keep him in the pocket in my opinion. Mahommes is great but he also has the benefit of a mostly white line, Kelce and a coach in Fat Bastard while being a terrible dad, is a genius offensive coach.

Frazier isn't going to be hired by anybody as a head coach he had one bite at the apple and was found wanting and after yesterdays disaster that all but seals the deal for him.

Teams have been hiring increasingly younger coaches who tend to be offensive minded coaches as we saw yesterday in both games the team that has the ball last in a one score game has a very good chance of winning the game.

PS Josh Allen isn't like any qb I have seen before, initially when he was a rookie he was compared to Newton but he has so far and away exceeded the passing ability of prime Newton that the comparison now is faint praise at best. I guess you could compare the running ability and his ability to legitimately bowl over tacklers to Newton and his passing ability to that of any of the all time greats of recent years.

I hope his Bills teams aren't the 70's Raiders of this era who kept on running into dynasty teams and losing to them in the playoffs less the Sea of Hands game and the AFC championship game where the Raiders finally beat the Steelers and won their first SB title.
I hope so to WIR because Josh Allen is a talent that cannot be wasted.

This one hurt a lot, not going to lie. The only silver lining I can think of is Leslie Frazier’s stock has to be in the toilet after this.
Unfortunately not good news for Josh Allen. Unless the bills fire him which is unlikely. That defense had to be gassed but to lose a game in 13 seconds not good.

Not even touched... quite possibly the greatest receiving TE in the entire history of the league and the Bills defense doesn’t lay a finger on him...

These are the type of things that make you scratch your head and say ....hhhhhmmmmmmmm. That makes no sense to not block him initially and then even with the tackling it's almost looked like they never touched him and he threw that ball to the ground & then Mahomes called the timeout. Very strange play.

I've watched the last 13 seconds of regulation many times now. It's almost like the Bills thought the Chiefs were down by more than 3 or that the Chiefs had only 1 or 0 timeouts. The defensive alignment just makes no sense. Why leave 7 guys hanging back 20 yards deep when all your opponent needs is two 17 yard plays to be in field goal range? The last plays of regulation don't really look like football as I'm used to seeing it. Were the Bills' coaches just confused?

Just came across this racist tidbit. The author's email address is given at the link if anyone wants to contact him:

The Rams win if: Linebacker Troy Reeder has the game of his life.

The 49ers win if: Troy Reeder plays like Troy Reeder

Shanahan will build an entire offensive game plan around attacking linebackers who are poor in space. Reeder fits that mold.

Reeder was one of the worst linebackers in the NFL this season — too slow to do much in pass coverage and not strong enough to be a true run stuffer. He’s a throwback to a bygone era. Shanahan will make it his mission to terrorize him with runs and passes.

Niners quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo almost exclusively throws between the numbers and the Rams have done nothing to stop it over the years. Los Angeles has allowed opposing quarterbacks to complete 77 percent of passes for nearly 8 yards per clip this season, per ESPN. Garoppolo completed 80 percent of his passes (29 of 36) over the middle against the Rams this season for 320 total yards and three touchdowns.

I, of all people, think he can have a big game on Sunday.

If Reeder can find it in himself to have the best game of his life; If he can stand up to Shanahan’s bullying, the Rams stand a chance.

This guy's words are false. Here's Reeder's RAS. He's athletic and fast. High end athletic.

Maybe big momma's boy Dieter Kurtenbach would like to get into the pit vs Troy Reeder for some Oklahoma Drills ? It would be a brutal beat down for sure!

Stoked to see the killer K's Kupp; Kelcie and Kittle showcase their Elite talents on the big stage!
.....Would be curious to see how past years compare??..Does anyone remember where 3 Receivers had 180+ yard games in the same season? Kelcie (10-191 vs Chargers); Kittle (9-181 vs Seahawks); Kupp (9-183 last week vs Bucs)

It is going to be extra tough for the Bengals to beat the Chiefs TWICE in LESS than a MONTH! But you can NEVER count out Joe Burrow!

I think the Chiefs win today but the NFC side Either Rams win favorite of CF or Jimmy G Bosa and Kittle go to SB. We can’t lose on the NFC side.

There's already a thread for today's conference championships, so I'm locking this one.
