Today's "Final Mock Draft" published at CBS has some noteworthy movement.

Josh Giddey, Franz Wagner, and Corey Kispert have been pegged in the 9-17 range for months now. Joe Weiskamp sneaks into this mock draft's first round at #30. They also put Matthew Hurt (Duke PF) at #38, Austin Reaves (Oklahoma SG) at #50, Filip Petrusev (Serbian C) at #53, Rokas Jokubaitis (Lithuanian PG) at #54, and Sam Hauser (Virginia SF) at #58. No Mac McClung or Luka Garza, though.

I'm less optimistic for the draft hopes of the American whites past Hurt. There will probably be a couple additional white Euros picked to "stash" overseas.

Would be awesome to see Wieskamp sneak into that 1st rd. Any of the teams sitting in that 20-30 range should take a serious look at him. Anything over 9 I guess would be great for tonight. It seems we have 3 1st round locks at the very least.

As recently as 2015 the NBA was about 25% white. That's 1 out of 4 guys. The trend has went down towards then but this is a white
heavy draft. Especially in the 2nd round. We all know many of our guys should go higher just like in football but that's life. I too am
optomistic about the draft. One great trend that I see is the rise of American Born White Players that are finally getting drafed. For
years we have only had the European Guys to root for.

Nice to see “overreaches” for Josh Giddey to OKC (6) and Franz Wagner to Orlando (8). Wagner’s brother Moe is also on the Magic, along with fellow ex-Wolverine Iggy Brazdeikas, who after two years of impressive G-League performances, may or may not make the roster based on the results of tonight’s draft.

Corey Kispert was drafted by the Washington Wizards. I think it's a good landing spot. Not my first choice but he should have the chance to
become a star there in the next several years.

The Houston Rockets made a trade and moved up to land big man Alperen Sengun. This guy is fundamentally sound and has alot of upside.

Santa Aldama gets drafted by the Jazz and sent in a trade to the Memphis Grizzlies. He was drafteed with the 30th pick which is the last pick of the 1st round.

The Oklahoma City Thunder just drafted another white guy. Rokas Jokubaitis is a very exciting player from Lithuania. He is a house hold name there. This
kid along with Josh Giddey will make the OKC Thunder a fun team to watch. I like both of these young guys games! :)

Joe Wieskamp gets drafted by the San Antonio Spurs at the 41st pick of the second round. The Spurs got a steal and he is probably the best shooter in the Nba Draft. To
go with that Wieskamp has elite athletecism with a 42 inch vertical.

San Antonio hasn’t been a good place for white players to land, but maybe if they hire that white woman coach, Weiskamp will get minutes

Filip Petrusev was drafted by the Philladelphia 76ers. I don't like this pic at all and he went way too low.

National Mens NCAA Basketball Player of the year for 2021 Luke Garza was drafted number 53 by the Pistons. Not sure
how I feel about this pic either but if they are smart they will play him heavy minutes. Garza has dropped about 30lbs since
the end of the college basketball season and is in the best shape of his life. He can score from anywhere on the court.

The Indiana Pacers selected Sandro Mamukelashvili. I know they really liked Wieskamp and Garza but I'm glad they got
another big man to go with Sabonis. Then with the 60th pick of the Second Round the Pacers drafted Georigios Kalaitzakis a 6'7 point guard from Greece. I really like the way the
Indiana Pacers are slowly building a good team with very talented European Players. This team
could be as fun to watch as the Mavs very soon!

Sandro Mamush... ok... he has a lot of swag to his game. He was the top guy for an eternally black Seton Hall team. I watched a bit of one game last season and was very impressed with him. He is lean and springy and all the things scouts wouldn't call white players.

I was suprised that both Matthew Hurt of Duke and Mac McClung didn't get picked. To be fair there are at least 40-60 players both black and white that
feel the same way. These guys are better off in the free agent signings. Don't be suprised if either NY or Indiana takes McClung very shortly.

Not what I would call a white-friendly draft at all. A little 'flurry' at the top, then seven others pushed toward the end of the second round.Below NFL levels, but as it's been said, there are more ways to make the league now. My favorite story is starting Heat SG Duncan Robinson, and there can be many others like him.

Mac McClung was signed by the Lakers. I hate this. They just traded for Russell Westbrook and they have Lebron and all of the other
ball hogs. He would never play. I know he tried out for them but I wish he could have just said he would think about it instead of signing
so quickly. McClung tried out for 6 or 7 teams at minimum and other teams wanted to sit down and talk to him. Our guys always have
poor judgement. Where you go to college and where you sign as a pro will be the biggest reason you make it or don't. The Lakers are
not where he needs to be as they would never play him.

I don't like it either, but the Lakers just shipped off a bunch of salaried players to bring in Russell Westbrook's huge contract. They will literally need bodies to fill their gameday roster for rookie minimums. It's not the worst place for McClung to try to carve out a tiny spot in the league, especially if one of the Lakers' old men get injured again (as usual).

From the article above about Matthew Hurt. He led the ACC in Scoring yet he is not worthy of being drafted. Only in anti white America.

Hurt, an all-ACC first-team selection this past season and the league’s top scorer at 18.3 points per game, will almost certainly now sign a free-agent contract with an NBA team. Plenty of examples exist over the years of undrafted players making it in the league, including Naz Reid of the Minnesota Timberwolves, who went undrafted out of Louisiana State in 2019 but is now a key piece for Minnesota.

Hurt spent two seasons at Duke before declaring for the NBA Draft on April 14. He had a fantastic sophomore year, shooting 55.6% from the field, including a rare 44.4% on 3-pointers. Hurt also averaged 6.3 rebounds per game

I like it when White players go to high profile teams, i.e. McClung to the Lakers. Even if Kispert or Wagner have good years, they will never be seen. LeBron likes Alex Caruso, and he has been vaulted into some notoriety with the Lakers. McClung has the same opportunity.

The Lakers also signed Austin Reaves from Oklahoma and two other undrafted seniors. McClung and Reaves will definitely get extended looks. Very possible that all four end up suiting up this season. I am guessing that would be a record.

Luka Garza signed with the Pistons. It seems like a pretty good fit in terms of his chances to stick, since Detroit is pretty lousy and doesn't have much of a depth chart. He'll definitely bring a unique set of skills there.

Matthew Hurt still hasn't signed. I suppose he can take his time.

Pretty much as expected! Overall I like most of the landing spots. Think it's ridiculous Weiskamp lasted until 41st pick, but whatever.

I saw a little of the 1st round while I was at the gym. The third overall pick averaged 10 pts a game. How many of these guys will amount to nothing?

Being a racially aware sports fan for almost 2 decades now the only way any of this changes is if White players who did not get drafted or were drafted very low start banding together and stating that the reason they are overlooked has a lot to do with the color of their skin. Beyond that White athletes getting recruited, under-recruited or outright ignored at the high school level need to do the same - parents need to get involved and conversations with recruiters/coaches need to be recorded and documented. This goes for both basketball and football.
