Saturday at noon is the CF Matchup of the YEAR with #9 Iowa traveling to Wisconsin. The Badgers are up to 4-3 and trending positively. Iowa needs to re-establish itself after a three-score home defeat against Purdue. These are the two whitest teams in the whitest conference. It's unfortunate that they have to cannibalize each other, but it will be a unique and fun change of pace to see two competitive white-majority power conference teams go at it. Iowa still has an outside shot at a playoff bid if they run the table and beat the Big Ten East champs, as long as that's Ohio State or an undefeated Michigan or Michigan State (a win against 1-loss Penn State or Michigan team likely won't cut it).
Also at noon is the aforementioned Wolverines-Spartans battle in East Lansing. Black head coach Mel Tucker has kept a white QB room and has found more paleface starters than ol' Wigger Jim. Aidan Hutchinson continues to be a terror on defense for Michigan.
I believe it was mentioned elsewhere, but an injury in Clemson's backfield means freshman RB Will Shipley is in line for an even greater role at home against Florida State's coal-black defense. That game is at 3:30pm.
Texas Tech fired its coach the week before going to #4 Oklahoma, so that upset seems even less likely. Black racist Booger MacFarland has used his ESPN pulpit to bash #18 Auburn quarterback Bo Nix this week, so Nix will be under scrutiny at home against #10 Ole Miss. Does Penn State even have a puncher's chance in Columbus against the Buckeyes? Not likely, even if Frames Janklin hasn't checked out mentally while negotiating for his next promotion.
The late game of slight interest is Virginia at BYU. Wahoos coach Bronco Mendenhall returns to his home state with QB Brennan Armstrong leading the nation in passing yards. Armstrong also rushed for 99 yards and two scores last week while beating Georgia Tech. If he looked like Lamar Jackson, he might be getting first-round buzz. As it stands, he's a legit Heisman candidate with likely another year to refine his craft.
