Me too my friend. I don't see it happening as it pertains to sports though unless white kids speak up during the recruiting process on their discrimination and it snowballs into lawsuits.

Why should winning matter? You have to look at their “upside” and being “coached up” because they are athletic with long arms and don’t forget that their 40 time is no true indication of how fast they are because they run faster on the field. And those character issues were “one offs” because they are truly “great kids”

Even stranger this year is typically white players who show up on middle round mock drafts usually do get chosen. We have a boatload of white defenders who fit that bill that are currently stranded at sea.

This has been a white castration draft. I am personally trying to rearrange my thoughts around this hellish moment.

I agree all the White Gms and Coaches in NFL should be replaced. Coaches should reflect the make-up of The League.

I spoke with a friend of mine who is a low level NFL scout for a mediocre franchise and he actually loves this forum but for obvious reasons won't comment on the state of affairs but in a nutshell he told me why this is happening. Many of these GM's and coaches want to draft white players but the pressure from ownership to remain "hip" is preventing this from happening. These owners are also in a position to lose money facing the possibility of no fans and or crowds with distancing. Ownership was told by their advisors to go the black route since they can be more marketable to the black community via social media, scandals, merchandise, etc... Lets face it, white players although better for on the field purposes just don't move the needle off the field like the brothers do. Its a similar theory as to why shows like undisputed and first take talk 95% black sports topics. The only way back is for the owners to feel it in the wallet and have white fans speak out in force about what is transpiring. It is truly nauseating but a lot of this we have our fellow DWFs to blame

I have to reevaluate my priorities and as a life long sports fanatic I have to think long and hard about what I need to focus on in life.

Absolutely this would be like swimming, golfing and hockey coaches all being black. Its the next logical step, these players don't want to listen to whitey. You’d also have to be mentally ill to want to coach people that are unrelateable. its happening and i cant wait.

Hopefully they can give us just one team to root for after its 90% non-white. I would be so much happier to have just one or 2 teams that had majority underachievers.
