I didn't even know Clay Matthews went to the Rams. Weird not seeing him on the Packers.

Nice to see Murray struggling early. Minshew fared much better as a rookie today getting playing time for Foles.

Second round draft pick Isabella forced to undergo a racial apprenticeship as the punchless Cardinals play their rookie 6th rounder Johnson and someone named Sherfield ahead of Andy. They also signed the washed up Michael Crabtree recently.

I hope Adam Humphries is happy with his decision to sign with the Titans for less money than NE offered him. One (1) catch for 5 yards in a day when they scored over 40 points.

If Humpries had signed with the Pats, they likely would never have pursued Brown.

What team is everybody supporting this year? Do the Vikings still have the most starting white players?

The Vikings and Rams seem to be the most popular. Green Bay is still better than expected, and with New England, we'll see. . . San Fran has a likeable offense when Trent Taylor returns, there's a few other bright spots.

I just saw a defensive play in which Hubbard, Glasglow, and Vigil were all playing for the Bengals. Reserve safety, Fejedelum, also plays.

Hubbard with 6 tackles and 2 sacks so far. The Bengals leading 17-14 in Seattle late in the 3rd quarter.

So blatant.

early in the second half, Detroit’s running blacks have a combined 14 carries for 34 yards, with a long run of 9. in fact, the leading rusher for the Lions so far on the day is their quarterback, Stafford, with 3 carries for 22 yards and a long of 12. good thing they don’t have Zenner around to mess up that all-star-level group.

Hockensen outstanding in his first game, over 100 yards!! He may turn out to be the best rookie TE in NFL history, a position where even the best rarely do well in their first year.

I think the theme of the day is coal black secondaries getting torched - lots of missed tackles and blown assignments for the world's best athletes.

On the other hand Hockinson and Amendola will both probably go over 100 yards for the Lions. Jesse James with a catch too. A poster on the Lions chat board wrote: hey Matt you don't have to only throw to the white guys.

You really can't make this stuff up. Similar to the Bears who couldn't run the ball to save their life on opening night last thursday yet have no desire or need for Ryan Nall.

This league is disgusting in it's treatment of our guys. Was hoping McCaffrey and a few others would help to give more or our guys a chance to run the ball. Boy was I wrong.

If the NFL and College keep getting worse & worse, I might have to find new hobbies. So sad. We need to keep fighting for our people

Cole Holcomb with 8 solo tackles and 1 assist today!! Fantastic debut, wasn't even listed as a starter so this took me by surprise.

Really good day so far for the guys in the white hats.
