He's as white looking as it gets. What the hell is that trend I'm seeing doubting certain players what, racial purity? Isabella now Cashman?

I don’t think it’s an issue. I have pointed out some non-whites who do appear white in certain pictures. The caste system uses melanin as a positive attribute so making sure the players are white and not mixed is something that is important IMO.

They are currently in the measurements stage at the combine and today it is the Saturday workout crowd of QBs, WRs and TEs. And like clockwork a lot of the black wide receivers have expansive wingspans as opposed to the shorter arms and wingspans of white WRs.

Neither Renfrow, Isabella or even Cody Thompson measured with good length or hand size but who gives a flying crap. Unfortunately the guardians of the gate think this stuff is important so it will likely adversely affect their draft status which has been a running theme for white WRs for ages now. Scouts are enthralled with long armed black WRs even if they can't actually run proper patterns or catch the ball with regularity. All the more reason I hope the white WRs run fast 40 times.

So as they measure the genital sizes--oops Freudian slip-- I meant height, weight, arm length, hand size etc. the moment everyone has waited for has arrived. They say Kyler Murray is 5-10 and 1/8 and 207 pounds. Plus his hand size is around average.

I have always felt they often cheat when it comes to the 40 yard dash for "certain" black players so I can't rule out these measurements being a bit suspect either. Because he doesn't look that tall to me. I could have sworn he looks about 5'8" plus and less than 200 pounds?

Be that as it may Murray will not throw or perform any of the drills at the combine. He will wait until his pro day to throw and presumably run but I caution all here that Oklahoma pro day times are the most notoriously inflated so if he runs a 4.3 you have to automatically add at least another .1 to that time. Trouble is the media won't and will take what he runs at face value. And the love affair will continue unabated.

Since he "passed" the measurement test ( albeit he is still undersized) rumors will fly even more. I think it is possible that Arizona trades Rosen and grabs him at number one which to me would be a relief because I don't want Nick Bosa landing on that stale team. And let Murray sink in that caste hole Cardinals team. Another rumor is the Raiders will nab him at three which means Derek Carr is out but I think that is less likely.

Other scenarios have teams trading way up to nab Murray.

I am watching all this on the sidelines thinking which team will be the biggest sucker and that alone is interesting even though the caste mind set of the media at these combines is hellish to absorb. The drooling and hyping is unfathomable. And it will be especially awful this go around.

There will be many black superheroes and one that is getting a lot of attention is bodybuilder/speedster WR DK Metcalf. The guy looks like he swallowed the entire steroid packet.
Everything Murray is doing is concocted. He probably slept until a half hour before his height measurement as that is when you at your tallest. I know because the only time I have ever been measured at 6' tall was when I took a physical at 8am and literally woke up 15 minutes before I drove to the medical office. I also drank a gallon of water one time when I had to give a urine sample at weighed in 10 pounds heavier than my normal weight. This is why he refused to exercise if he has water weight plus Creatine which can add a similar total if consumed over a few weeks, this would make his running times sluggish. Like others have stated he is much smaller looking than these measurements.

As for Metcalf he screams a man among boys and most of these players are busts to disappointments. He does things that he won't be able to get away with in the pros where guys won't be as weak as the players who tried to cover him in college. Interestingly his grandfather was another superman who was a minor NFL star who signed in the CFL with the Toronto Argonaughts in a period where there was a bidding war between the leagues for star players. As an Argo he was mediocre at best and wasn't even an all star in a 9 team league where there are two separate divisions.

Was watching Sills' highlights and he really has some hops; his 37.5" vertical at the Combine is no mistake. He also has superb timing and body control, similar to Jordy Nelson, who was the best in the league in those categories in his prime years.

At 6'4" Sills should be a no-brainer to plug in as a starting outside receiver, but of course this is the NFL. Maybe the best scenario is for Sills to go to the Patriots, who would likely use him properly, and for Isabella to go to a team that would use him all over the field as a weapon -- but the only possible teams that come to mind are the Vikings, and the 49ers under John Lynch and with Wes Welker as their receivers coach. Maybe the Rams under Sean McVay.

I had a very thorough physical at the hospital where my height was precisely measured at 5'6" and 1/4. A few months later, I had a morning doctor's appointment where I was 5'7".

It's interesting, in a disturbing way, to examine how this 5'8" quarterback somehow became a "serious" (LOL) contender for the #1 overall pick. Several months ago, Murray was a mid-round gimmick pick. The hype around him was built up gradually, artificially, and very cleverly by the usual suspects until we woke up one day and heard that Murray was now the guy who was going to turn a failing franchise around.

Hey sorry didnt mean to out Blake Cashman, that's why I asked y'all for feedback because I wasn't sure. But yeah he's clearly white with a tanned complexion, its just his wide nose throws me off, and how the media sucks up to him over his potential/athleticism.

I just didn't want another situation similiar too CAL WR Vic Wharton, and/or OREGON WR Devon Allen (the whitest mixed-black guy's alive) who fooled us for years, and also both resemble Blake Cashman a little

My question is how do they measure their, blacks, with the haircuts some have now, where there is a lot of hair on top of their head. Do they push the ruler down to the top of their skull or do they measure from the top their hair cut? If you look at recent picture of Murray, he has a lot of hair on the top of his head. Probably no way they could get all the way to his skull. Haircut cut could have given him and inch or so?
Anyone?

When I was watching combine coverage one of the ESPN people actually pointed that out that his hair could have made his height a little taller. Even then I don’t really understand how it’s a big deal if he’s 1 inch taller or shorter, if he can play then he’s gonna be good. If he can’t play like he did in his one year as a starter then he’ll suck. Evaluating Murray is really hard for me because obviously he’s got the talent but I don’t see how well it will translate. I could see him having enormous success and I can also see him fizzling out pretty quick. The NFL seems to have an obsession with him so even if he isn’t very good he will still bounce around because of his “potential”. Personally, I think he could succeed but if I were Kingsbury I would keep Rosen. People seem to think Rosen is the worst QB in the world and that’s it’s impossible to pass on Kyler Murray. They don’t even want to give Kingsbury a chance to work with Rosen (he’s only been in the NFL less than a year???), I think they should draft Bosa (or take Q. Williams so a better team can get Bosa) and pickup someone like Stidham in the 3rd round incase the Rosen situation doesn’t work out.

They know to push down an afro etc. when measuring height. That is certain. Put it in the books. Perhaps except for-------fill in the blank.

The two craziest strangest things I have seen at this combine is the "listed" height of Kyler Murray because like many here and even in the media he just seems smaller than that when you look at him on the football field.

The second one is the Andy Isabella 40 yard dash clock malfunction whereas all of the TV audience missed out on the commentators and sideline reporters like ex WR Stephen Smith having to explain, swallow and praise Isabella running it at 4.27 seconds which I believe is the number that would have flashed up on the board.

But all that was canceled out and then meekly and barely discussed later you saw Andy's time listed at the top with a 4.31 40.

Which by the way was probably bested today( and again my lie detector radar goes up) but whatever the case I still can't get over the fact they spoiled Andy's biggest moment and ruined the excitement that would have followed at that time.

Super fast times for white players ( had one last year with Apke) is a sad rarity at these combines yet when one like Andy finally burns a blinding 40 somehow a weird blackout occurs.

I just keep shaking my head.

Love seeing the slow plodding times by the DBs - especially when they are slower than white LBs who have 20+ lbs on them.

Who helped themselves enough to catapult them into the first round---at least in my humble opinion? I am not including the OL and QBs who are projected to go in the first round.

So below are first round talents who showcased well at the combine too.

Edge Chase Winovich who actually looks and plays like a young Clay Matthews. I like everything about this player but mostly his character and heart. I watched a lot of Michigan the past couple of years and he is the epitome of a hustler who never gives up.

WR Andy Isabella of course ran a fast 40 but followed that up with solid shuttle and three cone times and had a 36 plus vertical so he checked all of the boxes. But pure speed doesn't always translate into being a great player but Andy's college tape verifies he is a stud. I see him as a cross between Edelman and Tim Dwight. Which should make him a star NFL player. He is a much more polished WR than Tyreek Hill coming out of college and my guess is Hill has peeked ( most of his big plays are busted up type of things) and will start to falter. Andy will be a better player in the long haul. And they are two different people. One with character ( guess which one) and another one who is a punk.

DE Nick Bosa solidified his number one status. The 40 means literally nothing for DL but his 10 yard split was top notch and that is the true indicator of NFL greatness Quickness off the ball. He is a better prospect than his brother in my estimation and we all know how good Joey has played. Tremendous balance and quick twitch reactions to go with first class football instincts. Hope he lands on the 49ers though. He blows up plays.

TE Jace Sternberger is a field stretching TE that should cause havoc. Looked tremendous in the drills and his tape is electrifying. This white TE end class is loaded and two players I didn't watch in college because I rarely watch SEC games were Dawson Knox and Foster Moreau who were not big parts of the passing game. Yet here at the combine they really stood out. They should be easy day 2 picks. There could be a half dozen or more budding white NFL TE stars in this draft.

TE T J Hockensen looks like the second best player in the draft. He passed all of the athletic tests and his game tape is off the charts. He is a first class blocker too. One of the best all around TEs to come down the pike so look for him to destroy the NFL. If you need a TE pass on him at your own peril. He is a certified stud.

Three borderline first round types that include massive DE Zach Allen who ran an impressive 4.36 20 yard shuttle.

DE Anthony Nelson who at 6'7" jumped over 35 inches, ran a 4.82 and had a 4.23 20 yard shuttle.

These two big fellows are pure disruptors who can create havoc with their size and strength and what is most remarkable is their agility. They swallow offensive players.

Also Edge Porter Gustin. A true terror but the biggest concern is his injury history. Hopefully that is all behind him.

Maxx Crosby may have catapulted himself from a round 5-7 player to a round 3-4 player. People who didn’t know anything about him thought that he wasn’t very athletic and wouldn’t test well. Little did they know that he is a former basketball player who played running back/tight end/middle linebacker before becoming a defensive end. He ran as fast as some DB’s and RB’s at 6’5” 255lbs and he showed how quick is he is by being in the top 5 in almost every event for DL. He should be a stud in the NFL as well as Chase Winovich who the “experts” are not talking about very much for some reason.

As I mentioned previously a lot of the fast black runners for their position are undersized or as in the case of Noah Fant not a true TE. You see this with the DL and with the LBs.

For example even though all of the below played LB in college they are built like bulked up safeties and lo and behold they are the linebackers who ran the fastest 40 times. That would include Devin White, Devin Bush, Gary Johnson and David Long. They are all around or below six feet and look like safeties with a few extra pounds.

The media doesn't dare point any of this out and they have been drooling over these 40 times like crazy the past couple of days. You know wow a 4.42 for a linebacker. Kiss my ass.

A tall bulked up wide receiver build DE Montez Sweat ran a 4.41 and they simulcast his run with NFL wide receivers. Yes sure. This gangly clown is going to have the dexterity to cover wide receivers.

Truth of the matter is who the hell cares what a DE runs the 40 in? When do they run 40 yards? Like never. I am sure he is one of those workout warriors who will make some splash plays but at the end of the day he probably epitomizes why defenses suck these days. Lack of everything but straight ahead speed.

One other thing. What do they NOT TEST at these combines. Endurance. Just check out the Patriots melting the fast Falcons defense in the Super Bowl. Has anyone considered the fact that endurance affects the so called precious 40 yard dash times and that is never tested at combines. The 40s are run after full rest. Again these combines are catering to black players and mostly their training methods. Yes white players train for combines but black players start training for combines in grade school.

Height can actually vary over the course of a day. I once put up a chin up bar at night. I made sure that my head would clear it. The next morning I ran into it with the top of my forehead. The difference was significant. A smart player would want to be prone for most of the day before measuring. White players would be wise to tan before the combine; the homos who report on it just love muscle definition. They all know the trick of tucking their shoulders before the vertical. Lots of tricks for these tests.

A quick WR wrap up. Isabella--by the way that is the most Italian name in history---has been covered.

I agree with Don that Davis Sills really impressed here. As an ex QB I worried about his explosion to go along with his still learning on the job traits but at 6'3" 212 he ran a solid 4.57 and had a nice 37 1/2 vertical. He also showed agility in the 3 cone test. I still like the Drew Bennett comparison and maybe some Cooper Kupp. He will only get better and has shown the ability to win contested balls. He can get deep too.

Hunter Renfrow had solid if unspectacular testing results but displayed his quickness throughout including posting the best 60 yard shuttle. Also jumped 35 inches which shows some leg explosion. Expect him to be drafted in the 6th or 7th round. As we know white WRs usually slip down a round or two which is annoying as hell. A true slot who should become a solid pro.

Now I want to compare Cody Thompson a late round possibly fringe pick with media hero DK Metcalf.

Metcalf the poster boy for steroid abuse is 6'3" 228 with long arms and looks like a bodybuilder. Ran a very fast 40 in 4.33 and had a 40 plus inch vertical. The media has gone bonkers. It's Superman they exclaim!

Well not exactly. He ran a putrid 4.5 shuttle and a turtle like 7.38 in the 3 cone. So one way or the highway with this stiff. He can't shake his hips. And consider that the Patriots have won three Super Bowls on account of a player (Edelman) who can shake those hips why would anyone want this straight ahead speed and nothing else type of WR? And he might be injury prone. No Thanks.

So now we have Cody Thompson. At 6'1 205 but not extremely long arms he still has enough solid size to pass that test.

Ran a 4.57 and leaped 38 1/2 inches. Most importantly though he ran a blistering 20 yard shuttle in 4.03 and went through the other agility drills like a rabbit. Quite the indicator that he has what it takes to make it in the NFL. So the video tape should seal the deal as Thompson looks electric on tape.

So who would I prefer to draft? You are damn right it would be Thompson and not media hero steroid man.

Two defensive MAC players stood out. As mentioned above quicksilver DE Maxx Crosby blew up the tests here and helped his stock.

I was expecting Sutton Smith to be on the smallish size but damn this guy is built like a Mack truck. He looks like he can run through a wall. Looks like a situational defensive player and a special teams star. I will be disappointed if idiot teams pass on him.

DB Mark McLaurin just ran a 4.8 ....meanwhile announcers talking about QB position; never mentioned the plodding time; a white player that slow would have been laughed off the set!

Andrew Wingard just ran 4.59 (it did look like he was trotting)...announcers said "kid will make it up with Tackling". Other said "Kid Rock clone"

4.59 is a good time for Wingard. Seeing all of these DBs from big time schools run slow is hilarious - especially from the SEC who has the supposed best athletes.

What amazing "analysis" from the "experts".

I am really hoping to see Murray go to the Cardinals - I think that the whole thing is going to implode. It could all be smoke screen as well. Rosen (politics/religion and personality aside) is a prototypical white drop back QB - he was highly thought of last year and all of the sudden an undersized QB with avg arm is going to replace him. It's a great illustration of the caste system at the QB position. The rumors are that Rosen will now only be worth a 3rd round pick at best. He has a year of experience in the NFL (on a terrible team) which is invaluable. It will be interesting if the Raiders/Redskins pull the trigger on him. I am sure the Cardinals will try to do what the Chiefs did with Sideshow Mahomes but the tape is there now. Murray is a half of the field QB and then he takes of and runs - it's just a joke at this point that the NFL actually values QBs like this as we have seen time and again that they fail.

Sometimes I just wonder if Weenieworld doesn't understand the english language or math. According to them Moreau ran a 4.66 which is "respectable enough". A black TE runs a 4.70 and they indicate his speed is "adequate, if not spectacular".

LSU TE Foster Moreau ran the 40-yard dash in 4.66 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Moreau (6'4/253) coming in with a respectable enough time, fifth-best among combine tight ends. He does not carry the overt offensive appeal of the top tight ends in this class, but has the blocking chops to work in-line at the next level. When the LSU product does get the ball in his hands, he can be a load to bring down. Moreau is a likely Day 3 selection for the draft.

Notre Dame TE Alize Mack ran the 40-yard dash in 4.70 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Mack (6'4/249) is a tight end who has always intrigued -- he was a stud recruit coming out of high school -- but largely failed to impress during his time with the Fighting Irish. His speed is adequate, if not spectacular, and he's adept at extending for difficult catches when called upon. He remains something of a project, though. Not an adept blocker (though capable if he puts his head down) and raw on routes, with some questions about focus and attention to detail. Mack could push toward a Day 2 selection if a team falls in love with him, but he's more likely to be ticketed for Day 3 when all is said and done.

Yeah Leonardfan....we clearly see the double standard; the slow ingraining of indoctrination has dwf's in a zombie-like trance. Too bad TE Kaden Smith was unable to compete....Dunking Shot-puts in HS; Big time athleticism. A late 1st Round talent likely drops to 2nd to early 3rd Round.

https://whodatdish.com/2019/02/14/saints-2019-nfl-draft-player-profile-kaden-smith-te-stanford-2/2/

Delaware DB Nasir Adderly was just Compared to Eric Weddle in Football IQ & Range...Deion Sanders said "Eric Weddle is a Dog"...that's the ultimate compliment.

Another NFL Combine where ONLY one White DB is invited...Frustrating! Where was Chris Johnson & Parker Baldwin? Would it have mattered if Brandon Snyder had injuries or not? Chase Hansen & Drue Tranquil outgrew the DB position.

Some of these posts would be great if copied and pasted on the pinned Combine thread, especially some of Shadowlight's today and others from today and yesterday.

This New Orleans Saints Mock Draft has DB Chris Johnson(Northern Alabama) going in the 7th Round; would be a good fit after letting go of overpriced Kurt Coleman.

https://whodatdish.com/2019/01/30/saints-2019-nfl-draft-first-take-seven-round-mock-draft/5/

Chris Johnson – Free/Strong Safety – North Alabama
6-foot-2, 209-pounds

The Saints are going to need a little help at safety in 2019. Kurt Coleman is almost assuredly out the door as much as he underperformed and as little as he saw the field after signing a contract that will net him $4.25 million this season. There’s no way he’s worth that and the Saints will act accordingly.

Vonn Bell and Marcus Williams are sufficient. Sometimes good and usually better than average. But the Saints could use some depth at safety and, worse case scenario, you get a special teams body out of the deal.

That’s where North Alabama’s Chris Johnson comes in. And, let’s be honest, guys this low in the seventh round rarely even make a practice squad. There are the cases of players like Zach Strief and Marques Colston, but those are super rare.

But Johnson is a small school prospect with considerable upside. He can play both strong and free safety and is a thumper as well as a ball-hawk. He nabbed six interceptions in his 2017 campaign with the Lions and has legit 4.4 speed to go with a solid frame. ((((WHY WAS HE NOT INVITED TO NFL COMBINE AGAIN??)))

He’s the kind of kid who has special teams nightmare tattooed across his face and would stand a decent chance of cracking the 53-man roster with the proper coaching. You could do a heck of a lot worse this late in the draft.
