Michigan's poor offensive skill position players and poor play calling/offensive scheme are evident tonight.

San Jose State speed demon Bailey Gaither has 3 straight games with a 50+ yard catch. 4 out of the last 5 games he has a 50+ yard catch. He’s a legit deep threat, I wish the NFL would take a look at him. He reminds me of DJ Chark from the Jaguars, tall, skinny, and blazing speed.

Clifford looks good for PSU. Big play QB. The Wolverines DBs are slow as are their WRs. Nice recruiting Haurbaugh!

In Washington States big victory today Max Borghi did his best C.McCaffrey impersonation.

All he did was run 12 times for 105 yards and catch 9 passes for 57 yards with 2 touchdowns! :)

Patterson hit the WR right in the chest for the game tying TD and the upside laden WR dropped it.

Bama WR Slade Bolden threw a TD pass to TE Miller Forristall. I truly believe Bama will utilize Bolden in their offense in the coming years whenever Jeudy, Ruggs, and Smith are gone. The problem is that Bolden plays in the slot where Bama’s youngest receiver Waddle plays. They should move Waddle to the outside and let Bolden take over the slot position in my opinion.

Thanks so much TwentyTwo. I will go to bed in a little while with a smile on my face.

Josh Davis is amazing! What a shame he is not playing at a bigger school where he belongs! Huge props on a spectacular day! WOW!!!

Not sure where to put this but it's very exciting for Joe Burrow the heisman front runner!

https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nc...in-7-games/ar-AAJ2olH?li=BBnb7Kz&ocid=U506DHP

Burrow has been lights out all year. Shredding up the supposed best conference in college football. He should at this point be in conversation for QB1 in the draft and Heisman leader. BSPN will continue to spend more time hyping up Hurts now that Tagialova is injured and will be out for a couple of weeks.

Just looking over some of the late night games - I watched the first half of the USC - Arizona game - Slovis looks like the real deal at QB. I think JT Daniels is going to have to consider a transfer because Slovis really does look like the next great USC QB.

Utah St defeated Nevada. Both teams started black quarterbacks. The black HC made a mistake in benching true freshman Carson strong for at first a hispanic and then a full fledged black quarterback. The Utah St black quarterback is getting big time hype - according to some draft expert weenies he is "pat mahomesesque". He has been pretty bad this year after a good game vs Wake Forest to start the season. He has been touted as the possible 1st QB taken.

Jordan Love' s 2019 season: 59.6% 1506 yards 7 tds 9 ints 32 rush atts 79 yards 0 tds

Justin Herbert meanwhile has exceeded expectations with a strong first half of the season but the draft media continues to try to find warts on him. Herbert is superior to Love in every way including level of competition. Herbert has also been dealing with an injury riddled WR corps and just recently lost his TE.

Justin Herbert's 2019 season: 68.1% 1882 yards 21 tds 1 int 20 rush 4 yards 0 tds

In the MWC I would argue Cole McDonald is a better pro prospect than Jordan Love.

Turns out Dalton Keene was a star RB in high school! He was used as the backup RB Saturday due to injuries to the other backups. I’d love for them to continue to give him carries, not something you see every day in college football.

And yeah I agree with you guys on Jordan Love, had a good season last year but is getting exposed this year and has 2 more INT’s than TD’s. I hope he gets drafted high so whichever team is dumb enough to pick him can suck for the next 5 years.

In a tight window so rushing here. Thanks Twenty Two and everyone else for the keen insights.

Poor Shea Patterson. Leonardfan mentioned it that last drop for a tying TD was brutal. In fact Michigan receivers have been dropping passes all season long including several in this game. Patterson was heroic in their comeback and that last 4th down play where he escaped and quickly got rid of the ball was tremendous but alas the bum dropped the easy pass.

What a scene though. That "White Out" at night at Penn State is quite a site. Too bad that in a couple of years HC Franklin will have turned his team into a complete caste ridden"Black Out."

I mentioned in the preseason that Iowa will likely be the favorite here at CF and why the hell not? They are trending in the opposite direction of Penn State in their recruiting practices. You could see the potential all over the field Saturday. The rare Big 5 team that starts a freshman WR in Nico Ragaini who has been solid thus far.

And there was A Great White Hope sighting as CB Riley Moss, as mentioned above, was sensational. I thought he deserved two interceptions but as usual when in doubt the refs turned against a honky. Moss smothered Purdue's young black hope WR in a key end zone stand. I was wondering where the hell Moss was all season but he was huge Saturday and hopefully this athletic CB gets to see the field now.

I couldn't even find a Jack Campbell on Iowa's yearbooks but there he was on defense number 31. Number 19 Max Cooper fielded a punt and he is a junior WR. And S Jack Koerner continues to be immense. And then number 92 DE John Waggoner. Remember the name. Just a red shirt freshman he was all over the back field in his minutes. At Iowa they keep them coming which is why I respect them the most.

Princeton WR Jacob Birmelin ( junior) is a small quicksilver WR and if he played the whole game might have had over 300 yards receiving. Brown's WR Jakob Prall had a 5-112-1 stat line. Princeton has a nice RB too in Ryan Quigley. Powerhouse team with a plethora of white skill players on offense. Watching them live they are impressive.

Yale had a huge come from behind win where they scored two TDs in the last 90 seconds. Once again flash WR JP Shofti played a key role and ended up with a 4-65-1 stat line scoring the winning TD and recovering the on side kick. He has been spectacular on special teams this year. Take note NFL. Yep sure.

One other note form the Yale win against Richmond a team with MAC like talent. Speedster freshman Joey Felton is returning kicks now and had a 5-131 return stat line.

I was watching the Clemson game and didn't realize Louisville safety Jack Fagot was white and perhaps he was mentioned here at CF a while back? But thanks for the heads up and he is one of the fastest players on the team and sports a 40 inch vertical. Only a sophomore so someone to watch.

that one hurt, I ain’t gonna lie to you. The Badgers were the great white hope of the power conferences. They will probably get spanked by the Ohio Blackeyes to.

Yup if they handled business as everyone expected against Illinois I would have felt pretty confident heading to Columbus.. So much for that. Pretty sure Chryst will have them ready to play but all the momentum built prior to this went down the drain.

Well Slade was recruited as a APB so ideally I'd want him to continue being used from the back-field but with way more usage. I hope he never moves exclusively into the "slot" at Alabama, because I want to see him apart of the RB rotation next year. At the very least he'll provide alabama with a "change of pace" to there slowish overweight affletes and be a legit weapon as pass catcher out of the back-field.

If Nick Saban gives Bolden a real shot at meaningful carries and it just doesn't work out, I'll be fine with a move exclusively to slot WR. My point is that a white ball-carrier as talented as Bolden (Borghi, Mcgrew, Carney, Epstein etc.) Is very rare, so it would be a waste of talent for him to be just another slot receiver...

On the topic of Alabama it's nice to see (So) QB Mac Jones 6'2 205 starting with Tua Tagosomething (who has to be mixed black as he's the darkest Hawaiian person I've ever seen). It's been awhile since alabama started a white QB, as Jalen Hurts started 3 seasons before Tua took over at the start of last season. Mac Jones is more of a pure pocket passer, good mechanics, accuracy, and a nice swagger. Jones doesn't run that much, but he's looked fast enough to make a nice gain on the run when needed.....
