I'm surprised this is the first mention of it (assuming it is). That was really cool. It seems like there's a concerted, try-hard effort to mention the athleticism of a few white players this year. I suspect a tiny attempt to win back some fans. Maybe I'm just tuning in at the right time, and it's a small sample. Switzer is the real deal. He could end up being as good as Edelman.

This whole game is an informercial for Mahomes.
We'll see how he does in crunch time. Announcers have been very supportive of Kelce, Witten says he's the best TE in football.

Witten is, however, one of the most annoying color commentors in broadcasting.

The relentless, effusive praise for Helium Troll Mahomes before, during, and after tonight's game was truly revolting !!!!

He is your typical system qb with dat wrist flick. He was in shotgun around 95% of the time the entire game yet we are fed he is a pro nfl qb not some college gadget qb. I cannot wait for this freakshow to fall flat on his face.

"It's" Pat! Mahomes with a 9 yard td scramble. Where is La France Blanche's commentary when you need it??

LOL, didn't watch this one. After last Thursday's great game I knew this one could never measure up.

I'll make a prediction here and now - five years from today, "It's" Pat! Mahomes will either be some journeyman second or third-stringer, or out of the league completely.

I’ll be the first to give Mahomes some credit. He’s got some serious arm talent. He’s not a typical black, tuck and run or dink and dunk QB. However, more than half of his yards are coming from outside the pocket, which is not sustainable. It’s nice to have playground skills, when necessary (Aaron Rodgers, Big Ben), but not as a matter of routine.

For this season at least, I think we are going to have to suffer with It’s Pat! and Fat Bastard having good years. The AFC West is a very weak division that the Chiefs should runaway with.

Denver as we just saw, is lead by an inept AA coach. The Chargers have once again given a talentless team to Rivers to try to work a miracle with. And the Raiders, well there is not much to say. Cucky Gruden has a black mess on his hands that couldn’t stop the Browns from putting up over 40 points.

We’ll have to hope that the Chiefs have an early playoff exit.

Hopefully Chad Kelly will get to start at some point for Denver. I like Keenum but he's not the type of QB that can carry a team. If the Broncos had a White receiver they'd be an easy team to root for what with nine White starters. Jordan Taylor is on IR, don't know if he's designated to return this season but I can't see him ever getting a fair opportunity in Denver and likely not anywhere else either, especially with the new coaching regime.

I hate to pile on since the media is giving Jason Witten terrible marks but he is unlistenable or close to it at least from my perspective. I like Witten as a person, he seems congenial, but ESPN forced this through and are reaping what they sow.

Is it me or is he pretty damn bad? Over caffeinated and the combination of his pitch and the way he rushes through words I just can't take it. He lacks the necessary polish.

I can live with Tessitore even though he isn't ideal but with all the complaints ESPN is up against the wall with the Witten situation.

Everyone agreed last night that Kelce is the best TE in the league and I concur. I thought he passed Gronkowski a few years ago actually although a healthy Greg Olsen was in the mix back then too. You take the exciting and dynamic Kelce out of the Chiefs line up and you are left with a caste team on steroids. All black defenses make me ill. Unacceptable.

I also agree that Witten is annoying as the MNF announcer. When RB Royce Freeman scored on a 14-yard run, Witten was orgasmic and started talking like a wigger...yelling things like “give me dat rock! I got game!” [talking from Freeman’s perspective].

It’ll be a good litmus test when Witten calls a game featuring a white RB or WR. Will he compare Adam Thielen to Jordy? Will he compare McCaffrey to Woodhead? Will he compare Kupp to Edelman?

To be fair to Jason I have heard him praise certain white player's athletic abilities on a consistent basis. He actually passes for me the "caste test."

I just can't deal with his delivery and scattershot approach.

he is a TE adjusting to television broadcasting, he has not had years of training so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I like Romo alot as he is relaxed and extremely knowledgeable. How many years did it take Crissy to start giving white players their dues. Many times in past seasons when he commenting on a negro player he sounded like he was a high pitched parrot getting off. Mahomnes will end up like Wilson, a barely adequate NFL QB. I would like to see how he handles getting his teeth rattled on a hit.

The Dolphins cut megabust DT Jordan Phillips today. I'm sorry but I have never understood using a high draft pick on players who have a questionable work ethic in college (usually this applies to blacks) far too often this is how they end up. You wanna use a 5th round pick on a guy who takes plays off thinking you can mold them? That's fine. But a 2nd? Thanks, but I'll pass. I remember when he was drafted and how pissed I was when the Dolphins passed on Jake Fisher to take this bum. We needed offensive line help at the time, but instead opted for "dat upside" What added insult to injury was how Fisher was taken with the very next pick by Cincinnati. With Miami's depleted O-line with the rash of injuries, he would sure look nice in a Fins uniform right about now.
