2018 NFL Week 2

What's going on with Luke Willson? I don't have the Lions game and I don't see him on the stat sheet. Is he even playing?

You know Detroit's bad when even Seattle gave him a better chance.
 
Bortels looking All-World against the NE defense. NE looks like crap on offense as well. Its going to take some serious BB magic to get control of this slipping from them.
 
Huge Bortles fan - glad to see him stablize his career - the Pats have pretty much been reduced to just another run of the mill NFL team. That defense is beyond pathetic. Hard for me to have any sort of sympathy or emotional attachment to a team that forgets the core of their success over the past decade.

Agree about Bortles. And the Pats defense -- simply pathetic.
 
No NE pass rush whatsoever, and then Jenkins wide open in the endzone for the TD.

Patriots D looks like they are playing nine guys.

This D is a joke, and is reason they lost the SB. The Philly punter never saw the field the entire SB. These pathetic jokes let teams drive all the way downfield and score with ease. They totally sucked in the SB and they'll be the reason they'll probably lose today. Brady, Gronk and Co cannot fix stupid, lazy, overpaid, worthless idiots on D that have them down 21-3 now...

Google manipulates the results now and won't put castefootball in the top results, so probably new posters find this site only by word of mouth. Which is unfortunate because it would probably be more popular than ever over the last couple of years.

I wouldn't call the Pats defenders lazy - I will say they are overmatched and not that talented but due to skin color they have been gifted starting jobs.

Kyle Van Noy sucked prior to his stint in New England as well as during his time in NE and they gave him a contract extension last year.

It's been that way for a for a while now with Google and other search engines. That's why the number of new posters has noticeably slowed.

That's exactly what I was thinking. The Patriots sure could use Hubbard's pass rush. But that would mean having a white man on defense...

So, out of all the adjectives I used only "lazy" is inaccurate? I think playing 15 yards off opposing receivers is a bit "lethargic" to say the least. They suck plain and simple.
 
Sam Hubbard with 5 tackles and a sack today. A pretty good game.
 
Through six quarters Chris Hogan has 2 catches for 17 yards. And Brady isn't getting enough time today to hit him downfield.
 
Regarding the Pats pitiful defense, look at the bright side. At least the camera doesn't have a white man to point to everytime the Jags score.

I believe Rex is out with a concussion, certainly living up to his reputation as being injury-prone.

RB's for me. After I searched for the last white starting RB 5 or 6 years ago, but I've been aware since my playing days in HS.
