I guess no one is watching the game? I tuned in for a bit but Kelce is having a weak game and Joey Bosa had only one tackle so far (3 mins left in 3rd quarter).

I think I spotted Sorensen for the Chiefs as well.

Rooting for the Chargers, flipping channels. Very few bright spots...

Waiting for 2 college running back games on tv Saturday....
Eastern Michigan with Ian Eriksen .
Eastern Washington with Sam McPherson.

Kelce came alive, up to 7 catches for 61 yards. Had 2 15 yarders on the last drive.

Rivers is the man! Love seeing the face of defeat on fat bastard and his helium troll.

This game was completely predictable. Rivers has been playing lights-out all season long and he was up against the Chiefs defense which may have the worst secondary in the league, even with Sorenson out there. Fat Bastard is always predictably conservative late in important games with leads, which invariably leads to big comebacks by whoever his teams are playing against.

It's tough to root for either of these teams, the Chargers have Rivers on offense and Bosa on defense and that's it, plus an AA head coach. Chiefs have Kelce and the 4/5 O-line and Sorenson on defense and that's it for the most part as Sherman was rarely on the field with the offense and I don't remember seeing Zombo on the field. Ben Niemann is WSTD only. Gehreg Dieter was inactive.

Well put FD.

I was let down because neither Kelce or Bosa had a big time performance.

And Sorensen played quite a bit in the second half but he wasn't involved in any of the key passes that killed KC down the stretch. I have been hearing about the "greatness" of S Eric Berry for ages now. The main theory being he will take them over the top. He played poorly last night getting completely turned around on one pass. One has to ask the obvious question? When Berry was a full go all of those years the Chiefs were a middling team so in my mind he is not anywhere near being a difference maker.

And yes FD the rest of the KC DBs were clueless last night. Must say the refs were bad throughout the night as well.

The Chargers who play in their temporary band box this season are a complete surprise to me. Are they this year's version of last year's Eagles. Kind of hang around games without looking spectacular but manage to keep winning?

QB Rivers is having a banner season but watching the team as a whole I don't think wow this is a stand out team. Just a steady team that plugs away for sixty minutes.

Is it me or is some of the shine wearing off Mahomes? I thought his early roll out scramble pass was tremendous but his early season magic seems to have taken a dip. The other issue is his sloppiness which is becoming a worrisome trend with him. Can't blame not having RB Hunt because the fill in played well last night.

Yeah but I would love to see Rivers finally win a championship. He deserves it considering his 2 draft mates Eli and Ben have already won. We know that Rivers is the actual coach of that team just like Peyton Manning was once when he won the SB with the Colts. Anthony Lynn, like Tony Dungy are just there for the ride.

The Chargers started to figure out towards the end how to neutralize Mahomes. Make him step up in pocket and collapse it. More often than not he will go into fetal position and take sack. Once he gets out of the pocket he is dangerous because he can throw the ball like a shortstop. Next week KC goes to Seattle. I never in my life thought I'd be rooting for Seattle to help out Rivers and Chargers.

In the AFC the teams from the West are actually the least support-worthy. Heck, the former Crawfords play more whites than either the Chiefs or the Chargers, maybe as many as both combined.

For me in the AFC it is the Patriots and the Steelers first and foremost to root for even though they aren't anywhere near the type of caste free type of teams I want to see. For the rest of the bunch it is a slice and dice affair where it all depends on how prominent a role certain white players play as the playoffs get underway. None of the rest are inspiring though that is for sure.

The NFC it is the Panthers and the Vikings yet sadly neither team especially the Panthers are assured a playoff spot. I could live with the Cowboys in the next man up role. The Saints are truly a mixed bag. Certain things I like about them ( especially Taysom Hill) and certain things I don't like at all. At the bottom of the ocean for both leagues is Seattle. I think we are all in agreement on that score.

JJ Watt with Houston's only sack so far this afternoon...a little Saturday football today.

Henry Anderson with a sack and a TFL for Jets. Watt also had a big forced fumble, he's playing well this season, after two years marred by injuries.

Henry Anderson, who was accused of having "tight hips and boring feet" by some DWF "sportswriter," somehow managed to get 3 sacks today.

2 sacks and 6 tackles for J.J. Watt.

Baker Mayfield with a perfect strike to Perriman for a 30 yard TD on the Brown’s opening drive........all the announcers talk about is Perriman.......

Gotsis also very impressive on the DL on Saturday. 6 tackles (5 solo), a strip sack (recovered by Wolfe), a PD, and two TFL (one on a fourth quarter 4th down).

The Jets are 1 or 2 White receivers and 1 or 2 White defensive starters away from being very a good team. Any coach coming in will know this and want to coach the Jets. The only fly in the ointment is it's the Jets. The Jet front office will work diligently against the success of any coach they hire.

The 1:00 games being shown in the DC market may be the least compelling combo of the whole season. Fox is showing the hapless Redskins, starting Josh Johnson (!), vs. Jacksonville. CBS is showing the black quarterback bowl of Baltimore vs. Tampa Bay.

At least they make up for it somewhat with the 4:30 CBS game which is the very compelling Patriots vs. Steelers.

For the amount of money that is on the table with the American public for the NFL, this is a really lousy product. One can't help but think of the billions of dollars the NFL is losing as more fans tune out.

At least Tampa has Humphries and white TEs, maybe even a sighting of Justin Watson.

J.J. Watt is playing as well as anyone in the NFL of late. If teams don't double team him they will pay. Forget about blocking him with a TE. He throws them aside like a rag doll.

Packers started 4 whites on D make it 5

I missed both games yesterday. I did see the highlights though and the Texans got another phantom favorable call that led to them getting the ball in the red zone late in the 4th quarter. Never have I seen a team benefit from so many BS calls.
