Ravens increase for the second straight year, from 8 starters in 2017 to 9 in 2018 (including FB Patrick Ricard), with 17 on the 53-man roster. This number could definitely be higher as the Ravens only keep three reserve OL (1/3 white), but more than make up for it with 4 white TEs, including two highly-rated rookies in Hurst and Andrews. Unfortunately they could be on the downturn by drafting Jackson and getting rid of Campanaro, but for 2018 and as long as Flacco starts they're okay. They have one of the best linemen in the league in Marshal Yanda and the best safety on the last decade in Eric Weddle who both should be Pro Bowl players, while Justin Tucker will be after his first-team all-pro spot back from Greg Zuerlein.

QB: Joe Flacco
FB: Patrick Ricard (also a back-up DT)
TE: Nick Boyle, Maxx Williams, Hayden Hurst, Mark Andrews
OL: Alex Lewis, Matt Skura, Marshal Yanda, James Hurst, Bradley Bozeman

DE: Brent Urban, Zach Sieler
S: Eric Weddle

K: Justin Tucker
P: Sam Koch
LS: Morgan Cox

Starters: 9
On 53-man roster: 17

IR: OL Steven Moore
Practice Squad: OL Randin Crecelius, OL Nico Siragusa, and DT Christian LaCouture

Four White starters on the o-line is a first for Baltimore. Don't think they've even had three before except maybe temporarily because of injuries. I'm expecting Joe Flacco to have a big year, thanks to the improved line, better receivers, plus he knows the DWFs and media will be screeching for Lamar Jackson every time he doesn't have a good game.

It's also great to see Brent Urban persevere through a string of season-ending injuries to finally become healthy.

Flacco comes strong out of the gate with a good first game. He's been falsely accused of being overrated so many times.

Jackson is nothing more than DeShone Kizer 2.0 - a black quarterback who wasn't even good in college.

Eric Weddle is the smartest player in the NFL. He is obviously covering up every bit of white skin. There is no way this is not deliberate. Brilliant, even if it doesn't help the greater good. If he keeps this up, he could develop hip swivel and/or burst before he retires.

I was thinking Weddle knows the score, upsider CB or S gets burned on their side of the field producer in the van is screaming for a shot of the white DB, so in Weddle's case he is not giving an easy target.

It should be noted that Weddle frequently wore full sleeves while at Utah. With the Chargers, he usually wore half arm sleeves that covered about 70% of his arms, but sometimes he was sleeveless. Since he came to Baltimore, he exclusively covers his entire body, including his face with a dark visor.
