My Top 3 Wide Receivers for 2017:
1. Cody Thompson-Toledo. 6-2, 205-210 range. Biggest big play threat in all of football.
2. Hunter Renfrow- Clemson. 5-11, 180. Tore Alabama up twice, and is still highly overlooked. (Cause of the caste system obviously)
3. Trenton Irwin-Stanford. 6-2, 203. If this guy was in a spread offense, he would lead the country in receptions (in my opinion). His head coach when recruiting him, said "he's the best route runner I've ever seen and no one else is even close. "

Welcome to the forum! For articles you can just copy and paste them or use the link button which is one of the options above the text box where you type. Judging from your first few posts it looks like you have the gist of it though.

I think Texas Tech WR Dylan Cantrell may be a candidate for a breakout season.

Thanks Zak...Almost started 2017 WR earlier last week! Thompson is a threat to score anywhere on the field! Renfrow an ex-Walk-on owned Alabama twice + catching game winning TD in NCG w 1 second left! Looking for Irwin to have a break out season!

The 2017' NFL Draft produced talents like Kupp; Hansen; Switzer & Taylor.....Undrafted rookie Free-agents Tanner Gentry, Jordan Westerkamp, Drew Morgan & Thomas Sperbeck could also land on 53-man roster come Opening Day! Who will step up for 2018 Draft??

Cody Thompson (Sr.) 6'-2" 205...Toledo...Biletnikoff Award Watch List...64 receptions for school-record 1,269 yards...11 TD receptions his Jr. season

Some more of our guys to watch:

Scotty Miller (JR) - Bowling Green - 5'10" speedster had 74 receptions for 968 yards and 10 touchdowns as a true soph. He's looking to become an elite receiver in the conference and have a better season than last year's breakout.

Braxton Berrios (SR) - Miami - 5'9" speedster and former 4 star recruit looks to finally start in his final year. Made a dumb decision to go to Thug U but if he can have a big season and show elite skill, he'd certainly have the measurables to play in the NFL. He also is an excellent kick and punt return-man so a Ryan Switzer comparison is not a bad one.

Trey Quinn (rsJR) - SMU - 6'1" transfer (refugee) from LSU left HS as the national all time leader in receiving yards. Like Berrios, he made a brain-dead decision to play at an extreme Caste-school that operates a run-heavy offense featuring scatter-armed negro quarterbacks. Quinn has reportedly looked good in the spring and should step in and play right away. He has the most "upside" out of all of our receivers. Will he finally get a chance to show it?

TwentyTwo - our newest member Zak Anthony actually started up this thread so we should all give him credit and welcome him aboard.

Nice write-ups from both TwentyTwo and Freethinker by the way! Should be an interesting year for white WRs.

Yes indeed..thanks again Zak for starting this WR thread......Thanks Leonardfan!

Excellent post Freethinker! Read my mind...those would have been my next players posted....Nice pics too ! Speedster Miller emerged as an electric playmaker! TRUE Trey Quinn has some serious upside & NFL potential! He was LSU's 2nd Leading Receiver as "true freshman" w 17 catches in run-heavy offense + putrid QB play. He's an under rated Deep threat(46 yd catch in Texas Bowl as soph.) Could have easily landed at Clemson....Caught TD in SMU Spring game. Barrios is primed for big Senior season.

Matt Vandeberg
(Sr.) 6'-1" 195 ....Iowa.... 19 catches for 284 yards & 3 TD's in just four games in 2016 before breaking his foot(missed Spring re-injuring foot) ....106 career receptions, 1,302 yards & 8 TD's
602242300.0.jpg

Justin Watson
(Sr.) 6'-3" 210...Penn....NFL-caliber WR...Finalist for Walter Payton Award as FCS Offensive Player of The Year... Led the Ivy League in receiving yards (1,115) ; 89 receptions & 8 TD's... Career 2,694 yds...205 Receptions...19 TD's...33 rushing attempts for 287 yards & TD from 79 yards

I am going to sound like the troll as I have been called in other venues. Silly bigots. :) But Hunter Renfrow has no chance of making the NFl. Prove me wrong kid if you are reading this as he has talent and went through the obligatory caste wringers but he will not make it. I like Irwin but I am a huge McCaffrey fan to say the least and in at least 3 videos of watching CM I have noticed Irwin drops a lot of easy catches. This happens with every college receiver let alone the NFL but he was known is high school as being the guy to make the tough catch. At the best he is probably a 5th round pick next year but in a non-caste world probably late third. I still can't wait to see Cooper Kupp tear it up this year and show why he should have been the first wr off the board as opposed as to his caste third prediction.

Whoa Nelly, slow down and smell the roses. The Prince of Darkness here and even I think Renfrow has a chance to make the NFL. His name has popped up on multiple NFL Draft lists as a slot receiver. Certainly it is a massive hill for white WR's when it comes to making an NFL roster and we here at caste are constantly disappointed when it comes to white WR's not making it in the NFL. Sure Renfrow like so many others might come up short but all indications I have seen is he is on the NFL radar and if he has a good season this year I see no reason for the NFL to suddenly remove him from their radar.

McCaffrey Dude...Nobody gave ex-Clemson WR Adam Humphries much of a chance either in 15' ..NFL Draft Scout ranked him #144th Best WR..... .surprised the Tampa Bay Bucs even allowed him into Summer Camp as an undrafted rookie free agent....Check out what he did last season in just his 2nd NFL season! 55 receptions for 622 yards & 3 TD's

Renfrow is better than Humphries at this same stage of his career..just a lil' lighter in weight department

I gave Humphries a chance when he played in Syracuse and scored 2 long tds. Renfrow is not that good. Look at how good Thomas Sperbeck is or was and he will not be on an NFl roster either.

I like Humphries, but you value him scoring 2 long TDs against a bottom dweller opponent in Syracuse over the show Renfrow put on against Blue Chip prospects 2 years in a row on the biggest stage of College Football?!And ya a lot of our productive WRs don't make the NFL because of unfair anti white attitude so many cucked scouts, coaches, and GMs have.

Like Celticdb said...Renfrow scored 4 TD's in Two National Championship Games against some 5-Star athletes & owning the Top Defense (Alabama) in the Nation.....

We all have our opinions; we can agree to disagree..saying "No chance" is laughable...maybe he does not make it in the NFL; but maybe he does....stay tuned...lets have this conversation in a few years when you are another alias...what name will it be by then?? Care to talk about Cody Thompson or Jake Weineke or Trey Quinn??

Don't worry Renfrow is used to the disrespect ... Charles Davis had a nice Tweet to intervene
sportingnews.com/ncaa-football/news/hunter-renfrow-white-guy-clemson-vs-alabama-national-championship-stats-marlon-humphrey/gieddldz9ktj16rarceawk66r

"Every time he makes a play, I just go like, 'white guy.' I guess he's got some serious talent," Alabama defensive back Marlon Humphrey said, via CBS Sports. "I'm not sure [how he got open so much]."

Sports fans are used to hearing undersized, white receivers labeled as having deceptive speed, as hardworking with tons of grit and so on and so on. The tired narrative just fuels the stereotype, and it's disrespectful to the athlete.

I will go with Renfrow won't make it. I hope he does but I am not blinded by emotionalisms. These are the same 5 star athletes we make in fun of because they do not deserve anywhere near that rating

He has tremendous hands and most black receivers don't but Thomas Sperbeck and Matt Miller had great hands. Utah's Brian Rowley ( way back when ) was the best deep threat in the country and he didin't get drafted. If you are not black and lack so called speed and athleticism then the Nfl is not going to take a bite on you. I am amazed how many magazines say Chad hansen is slow and an Erik Decker clone. Hansen was fast as hell and not a Decker clone and Decker is a pretty good intermediate target in his own right. As long as the caste system stays status quo Renfrow has no chance.

Renfrow still has two years of football left at Clemson - so much could happen in those two years, looks like he'll be their starting slot receiver for 2017 so definitely has the chance to go produce and make a name for himself outside of the championship game touchdowns.

Bryan Reimers - Nebraska (JR)
Tall receiver at 6'5" 210lbs has a little experience with 5 rec 75 yds 1 TD. Nebraska is replacing 3 receiver and Reimers looks like one of the guys that'll be asked to help step up.

Sorry but I can't help posting about anyone no matter how obscure, since white WR's are still a rare specie. So UCONN just signed a Robert Morris transfer Kyle Buss. The two bits of bad news is I believe he is from the class of 2014. The second is he will probably have to sit out this season unless he gets a waiver which is unlikely. He is 5'10 about 190 Lbs. So the good news apart from the fact he is a WR is he has been timed in the 40 as fast as 4.34 seconds. He had a terrific freshman season for Robert Morris back in 2015.
