Week 9 starts with a dud: Bills at Jets. Not much to root for on either team. I guess a win for the Jets will help New England. Rooting against Tyrod Taylor ever since his whining about discrimination against black quarterbacks; even though the Bills openly stockpiled a "blacks only" quarterback depth chart. Definitely unwatchable.

Jets WR Jeremy Kerley is suspended for some undisclosed reason. Will Chad Hansen finally get some balls thrown his way as the 3rd, or at worst, 4th receiver?

I am just like the all blacks that want all whites to fail or get injured. I sleep peaceful at night!!!

Good news for Trent Taylor and George Kittle:

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting San Francisco 49ers WR Pierre Garcon (neck) is out for the season with a neck injury. Analysis: Garcon, who injured his neck in last week's loss to the Eagles, was placed on the injured reserve list Thursday as a result. In his absence, Marquise Goodwin and Trent Taylor are expected to see an uptick in targets as well TE George Kittle, who is emerging as one of the team's most reliable pass-catchers. Taylor should be viewed as an upside ROS stash in deeper PPR leagues.

Quiet week for us with the Pats and Vikings with byes. The Rams are the White team of the week, they face the lowly Giants.

I ignored the entire first half of last night's Jets-Bills game but managed to sneak a peek towards the end and lo and behold there was a WR CHAD HANSEN SIGHTING--#16. That's the good news. The bad news is he didn't catch a pass but one step at a time I guess. Hopefully he starts getting more reps and suddenly the Jets will be watchable. Forget the Bills I can't stand that team and I am glad they lost.

Maybe Tom Savage will get a chance now.

Chad played 32 snaps last night, or 47.8% of the Jets' offensive plays, by far his highest usage this season. Unfortunately he was used as a decoy, much like Jordan Taylor was last week, as I don't think McCown looked his way the entire game.

My fantasy team is 4-4 - all white btw. Just need some advice - should I start Wentz vs. a good Bronco defense or Goff vs. the Giants terrible secondary (I believe they are down two starting CBs - Jenkins and Cromartie (sp?))?

Ertz is inactive today with a hamstring injury. Too bad, as he’s currently ranks 10th in the NFL receiving yards and is easily on pace for 1,000 yards.

I believe today could be the breakout performance of Christian McCaffrey’s rookie season. I think about what how James White dominated the Falcons in the Superbowl (as a pass-catcher) and think CM could also be more heavily involved in the game plan due to Kelvin Benjamin being traded earlier this week. I’d love to see him finally get loose for a long TD as well.

But, but, but, he ran a 4.2 at the Combine. His upside is through the roof!!!

John Ross is a healthy scratch for Week 9 against the Jaguars. Ross returned from a five-game absence last week, but played only six snaps. It's shaping up as a developmental rookie year for him.

Ravens wide receiver Breshad Perriman can't hold onto deep ball after getting hit by Titans cornerback Logan Ryan. This came after Perriman made his first catch since Oct. 8. It continues a disappointing season for Perriman, who has five catches in eight games this season.

I still don't understand why Paxton Lynch isn't in there. We know Osweiler stinks. How the hell is Lynch supposed to get a feel for the NFL game if he never plays?

I think they are giving him another week for his shoulder to heal up.
