2017 NFL Week 1

Does anyone know if Worrilow started for the Lions? I noticed in the box score that he didn't have any tackles; when he plays, he usually racks up 10-12 tackles.

It doesn't appear he got the start, but the box score is not clear who did. He played 12 plays out of about 75 defensive snaps and had one pass defended. Amazing he did not get any tackles, but I think they were in pass defense mode alot.

Anzalone and Klein flying around for New Orleans! Teo is their other LB, probably only starting unit without an upsider, though we all know preferential treatment polys get.

Ramczyk is holding is own at LT for New Orleans.

Nice catch by Fleener in traffic from a perfect throw from Brees.

Perfect throw, really good coverage by Sendejo and Gedeon.

Sendejo is a thumper! Just railed Ted Ginn garbage ass.

Te'o - I remember him. He was the one with the imaginary girlfriend who died.

Vikings are using a heavy running black offense but Thielen had a nice 35-yard reception.

A simple look at the WRs tonight show how little the scouts actually know about football. Diggs was a 5th rounder and Adam T was undrafted (wonder why) but they are tearing up the Saints D along with a nice catch by late drafted Wright. Only 1 of those guys are cheered for here but just goes to show what a joke the draft can be.

Nice to hear the announcers praising Thielen and talking about the hurdles he had to overcome, although of course they're not allowed to say why.
Earlier Gruden was saying that Thielen had 4.45 speed to go with his size. I think Adam is too talented that they can no longer ignore him or downplay his ability.

Thielen up to 8 for 151!

Bradford is having a great game and is truly an underrated quarterback. Yet some DWFs still want Bridgewater to be handed the starting job back when he returns from injury.

This Saints secondary STINKS! Really can't believe Sunseri couldn't make their roster past couple years..

They ought to bring in Kenny Buyers,or Musso, or Sunseri(again). Slim to no chance, I know.

Vikings are right up there with the Patriots to root for this year!

Notice how McDonough and Gruden aren't whining about the touches rookie RB Dalvin Cook is getting, whereas yesterday Brenneman and Spielman kept talking about McCaffrey's touches, even though J. Stewart ended up with more touches than Christian. And I don't think McDonough and Gruden would say anything if they were calling a Panthers game. Gruden is a much better analyst than he was a head coach, and McDonough is a straightforward play by play man who rarely lapses into caste-speak.
