Raiders head coach “Black” Jack Del Rio doesn’t bother messing with the racial politics of the NFL’s Caste System – he just purges White players entirely from his rosters. He proudly set the record for the fewest White players on a team when he coached Jacksonville – 9 – and has outdone himself the past two years as the 2016 Oakland Raiders match last year’s all-time record low of just 7 Whites.

Here are the “lucky seven”: quarterbacks Derek Carr, Matt McGloin and rookie Connor Cook from Michigan State; blocking tight end Lee Smith, middle linebacker Ben Heeney; long snapper Jon Condo; and veteran kicker Sebastian Janikowski.

There’s not a single White offensive lineman; Jon Feliciano comes closest but is clearly a mestizo.

Tight end Ryan O’Malley from Penn somehow made the practice squad.

Is Del Rio still a trailblazer, leading the NFL to ever blacker teams, or will there ever come a time when the Caste System overdoes it to the point where there’s resistance from fans and maybe even some White players and their friends and families? What’s clear is that if there is ever going to be any pushback it hasn’t started yet, other than from a single website that has been chronicling the injustices of the Caste System since 2004.

TE Lee Smith (only a matter of time until Clive Walford becomes the official starter)
MLB Ben Heeney (has star qualities and will be a tackling machine if he stays healthy)

About 4-5 years ago, there were times throughout the season in which the Pittsburgh Steelers (Crawfords) equaled the Raiders "Caste Record" and had 7 white players on their active roster. That was never to open the season, though, and always a result of injuries to the precious few white players who made the opening day roster.

I loathe everything about the Raiders and wish the very worst for them this season...

After just one game, Black Jack Del Rio and the team's media suck-ups are already setting the stage for Ben Heeney to be demoted. I guess Black Jack can't stand any White players having a role other than Derek Carr. Or maybe the "locker room" resents a cracka given the role of play caller on defense:

Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio made this decision before the team's Week 1 matchup with the New Orleans Saints, but it wasn't reported until Thursday. He said he made the switch because Smith was projected to be on the field for more plays than Heeney, according to the report, but Smith and Heeney both played all 69 defensive snaps in Oakland's 35-34 win over the Saints.

This could be a sign that sixth-round rookie Cory James is in position to start cutting into Heeney's snaps. Heeney has struggled as the team's starting middle linebacker and appears to be the team's weak point on defense. If James comes along as a viable option, he could replace Heeney in the starting lineup and make Oakland's defense stronger overall.

I was watching the Raiders-Saints game and when Oakland decided to go for the 2-point conversion, the announcers referred to Del Rio as Black Jack. Of course they were talking about gambling but I couldn't help thinking of the other reason.

Not surprising considering what they did to Miles Burris, they played Burris injured and out of position on a coal black awful bad d and he was scapegoated, Burris wasnt great, but he was a solid player, Heeney is next up as sacrificial lamb. You have to be a world class LB if you want to be white and start, cannot just be ordinary or all defences problems will be heaped on your shoulders.

I still maintain those white players also bear some culpability, not nasty enough, not tough enough.

As for black jack del rio - i saw his son get hit low in the game last week and i couldn't feel bad for the kid because of who is father is. Don't forget the black GM that is running the ship either - Reggie McKenzie.

Its not enough to be tough, you need to be visibly tough, hurt guys. You need to be cracking skulls and taking out TE's, RB's. I think Heeneys plenty tough. He's a white boy from Kansas who starred on a pathetically dark KU team. They're questioning his toughness because he's not a black thug from crime ridden inner city. I do agree white athletes in NFL have play above and beyond average in order to not be purged from the league and become another forgotten statistic.

Athletically he's an NFL caliber player. Tested out in top 5 LB in pretty much every category the combine has to offer, highlighted by a 4.6 40 and great production and tape on a sorry Kansas team.

Again, not doubting his toughness, Im saying if he took someones head off he would get the respect he deserves. He hasnt done that. Compare it to that uber bust Clowney from the Texans who made one unblocked play three and half years ago and monstered an rb/qb parleyed it into a first round pick and starting position(whenever he gets on the field) and talk of "potential" and "athleticism" even though he had done nothing before or since.

Heeney is in a dire defence, he's white, and they are looking to give his job away to deflect from the dire black defenders. He needs to take some cunts head off, break some fingers, take someones knee out. Otherwise he'll just be another good white player who is blamed for being on a terrible coal black defence. The coaches will sacrifice him to appease the DWF's

Ben Heeney suffered a serious ankle injury Sunday and may be put on IR. Blocking TE Lee Smith broke his leg and is lost for the season. So if Black Jack replaces those two with "his people," the Raiders will be down to 5 Whites on their 53 man roster with every single offensive and defensive player being black other than the quarterback position -- QBs Derek Carr, Matt McGloin and Connor Cook, long snapper Jon Condo, and kicker Sebastian Janikowski.

With Carr's injury, the Raiders enter the playoffs with 4 whites on their 53-man roster. Two QB's (McGloin and Cook), a long-snapper (Condo), and a kicker (Janikowski). McGloin isn't practicing, therefore, there are really only 3 healthy white players...that's a 95% black roster. This is inconceivable, even in today's Caste NFL.

It's official, "Black" Jack Del NegRio is the most Casteon coach in NFL history...

Came here to ask what the darkest roster in NFL history was?? but it looks like someone already answered it above.
Scanning Oakland's preseason depth chart released yesterday. Of 12 OL ZERO are white. One Puerto Rican third year C Jon Feliciano.

Of 90 players on the roster, just 13 whites or 14.4%; QBs Derek Carr and Connor Cook, TEs Lee Smith, Ryan O'Malley, Cooper Helfet, DE Justin Cowser, DT Eddie Vanderdoes (believe he has some maternal polynesian blood), LB Ben Heeney, SS Anthony Cioffi, Ks Sebastian Janikowski and Giorgio Tavecchio, and LSs Jon Condo and Andrew East.

I would predict final roster will feature only QBs Carr and Cook, TE Lee, DE Cowser, DT Eddie Vanderdoes, K Janikowski, and LS Jon Condo...Ben Heeney a former starter has completely fallen out of contention.
