I figured I'd get the thread started for one of the best sporting events of the year (in my opinion).

Looking at the bracket, there is some good news: not a lot of white teams playing each other the first couple of rounds! At least our guys won't be knocking each other off as much this year, which will be nice.

Jack, do you think we have enough manpower here these days to preview the four bracket regions before Thursday? I'll volunteer to write up any one region.

I'm in for one region as well!

With you guys both helping, I think we should be good! Sounds great guys! Thanks for the help! I messaged Jimmy about helping as well, but he hasn't gotten back to me on that yet. What regions do you guys want to do? Do you mind if I take the East and Midwest?

1. Oregon Ducks
Coach Dana Altman has quietly done a great job at Oregon, winning his first Pac 12 Championship in his sixth straight 20+ win season. Starting sophomore guard Casey Benson is the lone white player in a narrow rotation. The Ducks are consistent, spread the ball around nicely rather than relying on their stars, and have won eight straight. Despite this, they haven't knocked off anyone impressive out of conference and should be considered a pretty soft top seed.

16. Holy Cross Crusaders / Southern Jaguars
The Holy Cross Saracens start only guard Robert Champion and play two other whites in their ten-deep. They face HBCU Southern University and their all-black squad. Don't look for the winner to make history.

8. St. Joseph's Hawks
St. Joes splits their team directly by race: eight black guys play, four white guys do not play. Foreign freshman forward Pierfrancesco Oliva sneaks in though at #9 as a contributor off the bench and may ruin the Hawks' simple system in future years.

9. Cincinnati Bearcats
The Bearcats are even worse racially, keeping their lone white boy on the tail end of the bench. Cincinnati has beaten a few middling tournament teams this year but really hasn't shown proof they are superior to any NIT home team.

5. Baylor Bears
Baylor has lost 7 of their last 12 games in an admittedly brutal schedule. They have an NBA player in Taurean Prince that could carry them to a couple of wins, or not. The only white contributor is freshman guard Jake Lindsey, who is the ninth and final man in the rotation. There are two tokens at the end of the bench that stay in their warmups.

12. Yale Bulldogs
Yale starts a pair of whites and plays up to four more in their deep rotation. The Ivy League champs rebound well and have a very experienced roster of juniors and seniors. You might hear the announcers mention embattled ex-captain Jack Montague, who was kicked out of school in February for a year-old "regret rape" accusation from an erstwhile girlfriend. (the narrative would be different/non-existent if Montague was black). The Bulldogs are playing only about 90 minutes from their home court. While they weren't particularly competitive in their non-conference slate, they will be a fairly popular upset pick, at least for one game.

4. Duke Blue Devils
All college ball fans here will be familiar with Duke already. The defending NCAA champs feature explosive superstar and media villain Grayson Allen, who can penetrate the lane and shoot the deep ball with equal proficiency. On the block, the youngest Plumlee brother is a physical specimen at 7'1, 250 lbs. He averages 8 points and 8 rebounds, but can easily double those totals on any given night. Freshman wing Luke Kennard has shown progress all year off the bench; he is already third in team scoring at over 11 per contest and has a 30-point night under his belt. Duke's shortcoming is its paper-thin depth, going only 7-deep because of injury and early entry NBA attrition. The White Devils should be a rooting interest here until they lose, as no other viable contender matches their white star power.

13. UNC Wilmington Seahawks
The Seahawks had a nice season in the Colonial Athletic Association, tying for first place and defeating co-champion Hofstra in the conference tournament rubber match. They start no whites but have four contributors off their deep bench, and we'll probably see their 7'0 center C.J. Gettys play a lot in attempt to slow Plumlee from dominating the boards. No reason to expect an upset against their in-state "rivals."

6.Texas Longhorns
New coach Shaka Smart, who never played a white player during his stepping-stone stint at VCU, inherited another very black roster in Texas. Senior big man Connor Lammert starts and puts in 7 and 5. Two of the three white benchwarmers will join him in graduating, leaving Shaka with his Zulus. Texas has knocked off North Carolina, West Virginia, and Oklahoma earlier this season, and may get a boost from returning big Cam Ridley. However, the media narrative of a young black coach is guaranteed to be grating on the ears.

13. Northern Iowa Panthers
The Panthers start 3 whites and play another 4. They may struggle a bit inside with the Longhorns' size. Shooting guard Matt Bohannon and swingman Paul Jespersen are the most reliable deep threats should they find themselves chasing the game. Like Texas, they boast wins over UNC and Iowa State as well as Wichita State and Stephen F. Austin, and certainly won't lack confidence in the opening round. The Panthers finished hot, winning 13 of 14 en route to the Mountain Valley Conference tourney championship after a lackluster middle of the season. This is the whitest team in the region and also not a shabby sleeper for Sweet Sixteen consideration.

3. Texas A&M Aggies
The Aggies tied for first in the never-impressive Southeastern Conference, notching a few solid wins along the way. Senior point guard Alex Caruso leads the team in assists and averages a pair of steals per game, while freshman forward DJ Hogg fills in off the bench at the 3 or 4 and can shoot from range. A&M starts three seniors overall, crashes the boards, and run an efficient offense with a very high assist rate. However, the team is not particularly tall or adept from 3-pt. range. They are the nominal favorite for the Sweet Sixteen but could lose to either opponent in the next round.

14. Green Bay Phoenix
Green Bay lost twice to Valparaiso in the regular season but knocked them out in the conference tourney en route to the auto bid from the Horizon Conference. Junior wing Tyler Botz is the only white player on the roster, averaging just under 20 minutes, 6 points, and 3 boards per game. The Phoenix have a scoring backcourt and a shot-blocking front court that could stay competitive for awhile if hot, but they are 13 point underdogs to the Aggies and do not have the Cinderella profile.

7. Oregon State Beavers
The Beavers finished 9-9 in the Pac 12 and only beat one ranked team all season. Home wins against Oregon, Cal, Utah, and then-#21 USC comprise the whole of their resume. This is actually a fairly miraculous turnaround from second-year head coach Wayne Tinkle. Gary Payton II is a legit star and the big name on this team, but freshman forward Tres Tinkle (the coach's son) often enough been the offensive catalyst. In addition to Tingle, Oregon State starts Dutch senior center Olaf Schaftenaar and freshman forward Drew Eubanks, and freshman big Gligorije Rakovevic from Montenegro takes a turn spelling them. This is a team to cheer for and should be going forward as well.

10. VCU Rams
New head coach/cuckold Will Wade takes over the reins for Shaka Smart and fields an all-black roster. This racist institution is still living large on the reputation of its Final Four run in 2011. They finished in a three-way tie atop the Atlantic 10 Conference but failed to beat anyone notable out of conference. They are slight Vegas favorites in the first round but don't have the talent for any big surprises.

2. Oklahoma Sooners
The Sooners start senior power forward Ryan Spangler, who has put up Rodman-esque rebounding performances his entire career. Other than Spangler, there are three white cheerleaders at the end of the bench. The team is led by Buddy Hield, who is neck and neck with MSU's Valentine for NCAA Player of the Year honors. Oklahoma is athletic, drives strong, pushes the pace, and rebounds very well. They have the superstar to take over games and the depth to match up with any team. They are the odds-on favorites in the region and a viable tourney contender, but have lost to six different teams since January and are far from unbeatable.

15. Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners
CSU-Bakersfield won the WAC autobid and runs its offense through sophomore point guard Brent Wrapp. They have an Egyptian starting center but no other palefaces. The prognosis for this team is pain.

This is a pretty terrible region, with only 16 total white starters between 17 teams. Our friendly favorites are Duke, Oregon State, Northern Iowa, and Yale... and no one else. I think Duke can overcome Oregon in the Sweet Sixteen, but Oklahoma will be too strong for their thin rotation.

Here's my first region, the East. I'll put my other one up today or tomorrow morning.

East Region

#1 North Carolina – Again, I think I’ll just use Jimmy Chitwood’s old quote from two years ago to describe this ball club: “the Tar babies are very aptly named. Oh, how head coach Roy Williams has fallen since his days of Kansas and Tyler Hansbrough! The only White athlete who occasionally sees the floor is power forward [Luke Maye], and that only happens when the magical negroes on the roster get in foul trouble.” The one change is that Luke Maye is now the white power forward who comes in when the super athletes get in foul trouble. This team is talented though, and has a chance to cut down the nets.

#16 Florida Gulf Coast/Farleigh Dickinson – If you’ll recall, FGCU (aka Dunk City) made their Sweet 16 run with a white friendly team, featuring white guys making plays all over the place. New coach Joe Dooley (a former Kansas assistant…) has really blackened up Dunk City, and now only two white athletes even see the floor for them. Christian Terrell is a dynamic guard that can score, while forward Filip Cvjeticanin provides a boost off the bench, and has been playing 20+ MPG the last couple of games for them. Farleigh Dickinson only has two white players on the whole team, and only one sees any time off the bench. Go Dunk City.

#8 USC Trojans – USC is back in the Big Dance with former Dunk City coach Andy Enfield at the helm. The Trojans feature two white athletes, with one of them starting as of late. Power forward Nikola Jovanovic is a key cog for USC, averaging 12 PPG. He also leads the team in rebounding with 7 per game. UNLV transfer Katin Reinhardt (who’s started about half of their games) plays starters minutes off the bench for the Trojans, and gives them a scoring spark.

#9 Providence Friars – The Friars have two good players in Ben Bentil and Kris Dunn, but besides that, there’s no reason to watch these guys. Ed Cooley has never been a friend of white athletes, and that doesn’t change this year. The only white athlete who sees any time is 3 point sniper Ryan Fazekas, and he’s barely seen the floor as of late. Providence is a very loathsome team, and I’m hoping they have an early exit.

#5 Indiana Hoosiers – Tom Crean’s Hoosiers surprised many this year by winning the Big Ten regular season title. Although not the teams of a couple seasons ago, this Indiana team is still more white-friendly than last year’s version. Forward Collin Hartman starts for the Hoosiers; he’s pretty much a glue guy in for defense and rebounds; he doesn’t seem to score too much. Part time starter Nick Zeisloft usually plays a lot of minutes at the two guard spot; he’s one of the team’s best three point shooters, hitting nearly 43% of his shots behind the arc. Off the bench, senior forward Max Bielfeldt has been one of the Hoosiers’ better posts down low; he provides instant offense. Walk-on freshman point guard Harrison Niego sees a few minutes behind Yogi Ferrell here and there. Overall, this team shoots the three really well and can run; I think they could be a sleeper team.

#12 Chattanooga – The autobid out of the Southern Conference is one of those racist teams who deem that no white athlete is worthy of regular playing time. The white players at the end of the bench are purely there for team GPA reasons. Hopefully, Indiana knocks them out.

#4 Kentucky – The Wildcats are surging at the right team, storming through the SEC tournament before knocking off Texas A&M in overtime. Normally filled with high-upside talent, with no room for white players, Kentucky actually plays two this year. One of them, stretch forward Derek Willis, was actually allowed to start a few games. Not surprisingly, Willis took this opportunity and ran with it, having some great games and becoming a key cog, leading the team in 3 point field goal percentage. However, he was hurt for a few games, and he’s back on the bench, but still plays 20+ minutes per game. The other white athlete who sees a few minutes per game is 7’0 foot Aussie freshman Isaac Humphries. He had his choice of elite programs, but decided to attend Kentucky for reasons unknown to sit on the bench behind one Calipari’s prized recruits. He’ll be a good player one day if Calipari doesn’t over-recruit him. Other than those two, not much to see with this team.

#13 Stony Brook – Stony Brook is dancing for the first time in their history after beating Vermont in the America East title game. They are led by forward Jameel Werney, who is actually really good, and is fun to watch. In terms of white players, junior Lucas Woodhouse is the starting point guard. He’s a great distributor of the ball, and a 3 assist to turnover ratio, easily the best on the team. Backup combo guard Kameron Mitchell is the only other white player who sees the floor for the Sea Wolves. They would’ve had one more, but starting forward Bryan Sekunda was ruled out for the season in February. As usual, I’m hoping Calipari and his high-upside team loses in the first round.

#6 Notre Dame – A year removed from their impressive Elite Eight run, Mike Brey has the Irish back in the tournament. They have one regular white starter in combo guard Steve Vasturia, who’s been a very good player for them this year. He does everything for the Irish, defends well, is able to score in a variety of ways, and can dish out some nice assists. Vasturia is 3rd on the team in scoring at 12 PPG and basically plays the entire game. Freshman sharpshooter Matt Ryan has started a few games this year, but will get a nice run off the bench. He’s been a deadly weapon for them this year, and will only get better. Another freshman, bouncy shooting guard Rex Pflueger, and sophomore point guard Matt Farrell also come off the bench for decent minutes. Overall, a good team to support, as they’ll have 2-3 white guys on the floor for some stretches of the game.

#11 Michigan/Tulsa – Tulsa is probably the most undeserving team that’s been in the NCAA Tournament in a long time. They’re coached by racist Frank Haith, who’s never been a fan of white athletes. Only one white player sees any time. This team should be going home early, as I don’t think they’re that good. Michigan is a much better alternative. Under Jon Beilien, the Wolverines have always been fairly white friendly, and this year is no different. Michigan features two white starters, forward Mark Donnal, who’s made some strides in his game this year, and Duncan Robinson, one of the best three point shooters in the country. Robinson transferred in from a Division III school, and after sitting out a year, took hold of a starting job, and has ran with it. He’s expanded his game inside a bit, and can make some nice cuts around the basket. Off the bench, forwards Ricky Doyle, and Moritiz Wagner (who I think will be a player in a year or two) come off the bench, mostly in a rotation with Donnal. Walk-on point guard Andrew Dakich also comes in at the end of the rotation sometimes. The Wolverines shouldn’t have a problem in the play-in game.

#3 West Virginia – The Mountaineers are a squad the loves to run. They’ll press you and play a very physical game. Of course, under Bob Huggins, they’re nearly all black, with just one white starter. If a white-friendly team like Davidson or BYU decided to play this physical, pressing style, half the team would foul out in the first 10 minutes. Junior forward Nathan Adrian is that white starter. He’s rather unremarkable. He’s not that athletic, and barely gets to touch the ball in his 10-15 minutes per game. However, if a team is able to slow the tempo down and avoid turnovers, West Virginia is likely done.

#14 Stephen F. Austin – The Lumberjacks are dancing again for the 3rd time in three years. Like the last couple of years, their best player is a white man. That would be 2 time Southland Conference player of the year Thomas Walkup. He is the engine that makes the Lumberjacks go. He’s a great athlete that leads the team in scoring (18 PPG), rebounding (7 per game), FG percentage (60%), and steals (2.1 per game). As you can see, Walkup is literally the complete package of offense and defense. You’d think the success of Walkup would lead the team to recruit more players like him right? Wrong. Walkup is now the only white player who sees significant minutes. I hope Brad Underwood enjoys mediocrity again after Walkup is done carrying the team after this season.

#7 Wisconsin – A perennial CF favorite, the Badgers aren’t as good as last year, but are still a dangerous team. New coach Greg Gard has done a remarkable job turning the Badgers’ season around after Bo Ryan retired mid-year. They start 3 white players, the most established of which is point guard Bronson Koenig. Koenig is a good point guard who’s 2nd on the team in scoring, and can really shoot it from behind the arc. He’s also a good defender as well. Starting at the 2 is junior Zak Showalter, who’s taken over from Josh Gasser as the guy who does the dirty work. He’s a good athlete; his numbers don’t pop out at you, but he does everything very well. Perhaps the next big star on the team is freshman center Ethan Happ. Happ is great on the blocks, and if he can stay out of foul trouble, he’ll be a handful for any team in the tournament. He’s 3rd on the team in scoring at over 12 PPG and 1st on the team in rebounding at 8 per game. The only white player who gets burn off the bench is freshman forward Alex Illikainen. With Nigel Hayes, this is a very dangerous team, and could potentially make a run.

#10 Pittsburgh – Jamie Dixon is back in the Dance, and in an upset, his normally all-black Pitt team actually has a white starter this year in Brown transfer Rafael Maia. In another upset, forward Collin Luther even comes in off the bench! Neither does too much in terms of scoring. A controversial bubble team pick, their only noteworthy wins are against Notre Dame and Duke. Don’t expect them to last very long.

#2 Xavier – The nearly all-black Musketeers have had a pretty good year under Chris Mack. Xavier plays two white players in their nine man rotation. Part-time starter JP Macura has played great this year, and usually plays between 20-30 minutes per game. Big man Sean O’Mara doesn’t play much, but he’ll get in for a few minutes each game. I despise this team of cocky, showboating thugs; even DWFs can see how bad they are. I sincerely hope Wisconsin upsets them.

#15 Weber State – Once again, we have a case of a team that used to play white guys playing next to 0 this year. The only white starter is freshman guard McKay Cannon, and he’s not in for more than 15 minutes. Dusty Baker gets in at the back end of the rotation sometimes. They won’t trouble Xavier.

As with Phall's region, this one isn't much better. At least most teams in the East have at least one white starter/big contributor. Teams to cheer for: Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Michigan, SFA (with Walkup), and maybe Indiana. I think North Carolina will be a tough out in this region, as long as they can keep their focus. I do think Wisconsin may be able to make a Sweet 16/Elite Eight run.

Pretty good stuff in the play-in game. Wichita State and Vanderbilt both are playing a few white guys.

Also, in the NIT tournament, all-white St. Mary's is taking on perhaps one of the most odious squads in America, New Mexico State, on ESPN2.

Good caste matchup between Belmont and Georgia in the NIT Belmont has 4 white guys, doesn't look like Georgia has any besides on the bench.

Here's my last region!!

Midwest Region

#1 Virginia – Once again, Tony Bennett has had a great year with Virginia. They play a very physical pack-line defense, and are one of the slowest teams in the country on offense. The Cavaliers are very much a grind out team. Bennett is a fair coach when it comes to white players, usually featuring at least a couple. Not so much this year, unfortunately. Senior forward Mike Tobey is one of the first guys off the bench, and is a key contributor down low; he’s second on the team in rebounding. I thought he’d be playing more than he did this year. Senior sharpshooter Evan Nolte has played his way back into the rotation as of late, and usually gets some time as well. Besides these two, no other white players see the floor.

#16 Hampton – A racist HBCU that cares nary about recruiting any white players. Despite that all-black roster, they suck, and the Cavaliers will likely have them heading home at halftime.

#8 Texas Tech – The Red Raiders are a Tubby Smith coached team, and that should tell you all you need to know about how many white players they play. If Tubby’s feeling generous, he’ll give a few minutes to one of his two white big men: 6’11 sophomore Rokas Ulvydas or 6’10 junior Matthew Temple. However, like the white walk-ons, these two will be cheering for the “real” players more often than not.

#9 Butler – The Bulldogs have been inconsistent at times this year, but come into the tournament having won 7 out of 10. Unlike most Butler teams, these Bulldogs live by offense. In fact, they have one of the top offenses in the country this year. Leading Butler is senior guard Kellen Dunham. He’s been a great player since his freshman year, and he’s only gotten better. He’s the got the complete package when it comes to offense. He’s able to create his own shot and drive to the basket, and he’s been shooting near 50% from behind the arc in conference play. Junior power forward Andrew Chrabascz is undersized, but he’s very crafty around the basket, using a variety of moves to score. He can also shoot it from deep. Off the bench comes senior forward Austin Etherington, who’s been playing great at the end of his career. Point guard Tyler Lewis also comes off the bench to provide that offensive spark to the Bulldogs when they need it. He almost never turns it over, and is an excellent passer. If Dunham, Roosevelt Jones, and Kelan Martin are able to get the offense going, and if the team plays decent defense, they could make a run this year.

#5 Purdue – The Boilermakers have been playing some good basketball this year. They have an all-black starting 5, but three whites come in for some extended minutes. Sophomore guard Dakota Mathias usually plays the most; he’s Purdue’s version of Josh Gasser, meaning he does a bit of everything, including most of the “dirty work.” I think he can be a decent scorer if given a shot, but usually doesn’t get many looks. 7’0 sophomore Isaac Haas should be getting more time, as he’s a great player. When he does manage to play a lot, he always responds with a good game. Haas is a very efficient scorer down low, shooting nearly 60% from the field. Unfortunately, he’s been used as motivation for “star” black C AJ Hammons to help him reach his “potential.” 3 point specialist Ryan Cline also will see around 10 minutes per game.

#12 Arkansas Little Rock – I could care less about this team. I haven’t watched a game, nor do I care to. The winners of the Sun Belt are all black. Nothing to see here.

#5 Iowa State – The Cyclones do have a talented team this year, but a very thin rotation and injury have taken their toll on Iowa State this season. Two guard Matt Thomas is the team’s only white starter, and averages around 30 minutes per game. He’s a great shooter, hitting 41% of his looks from beyond the arc. Thomas is the end of any white contributors for Iowa State, other than the cheerleaders (walk-ons) sitting at the end of the bench waving towels. The only reason to watch this game would be to see if a team can hit 100 points.

#13 Iona – Their game against Iowa State will feature a lot of scoring, as the Gaels love to get out and run. Defense is optional for Iona, as they rank 227th in the country in that category. Despite being a mid-major, Iona and Coach Tim Clu(el)ess don’t see it fit to recruit any white athletes, other than of course, the walk-ons. I mean, the “real athletes” need someone to beat up in practice, right? Of course, Cluess wouldn’t dare let a white athlete see the floor in an actual game.

#6 Seton Hall – The all-black Pirates are quite possibly the most odious team in America. Having watched them, they’re nothing but a bunch of cocky thugs who love to showboat. Of course, their “coach” Kevin Willard, doesn’t really do much to stop this. That said, this team can be good, and could make a run in the tournament.

#11 Gonzaga – The Bulldogs are dancing for the 18th consecutive year under Mark Few. These Zags might be a bit under the radar, but they are every bit as dangerous as previous teams. Gonzaga features 3 white starters and two future NBA players in their scoring machine, 6’10 senior forward Kyle Wiltjer, and 6’11 sophomore forward Domantas Sabonis. Wiltjer has had an outstanding senior campaign, averaging over 20 PPG, as well as 7 rebounds per game. Wiltjer is so much fun to watch, as he can score in a variety of ways. Right behind him, Sabonis is the Zags’ low post presence, and is just as important as Wiltjer. Sabonis is a great athlete who’s 2nd on the team at 17 PPG, and first on the team in rebounding at nearly 12 per game! It’s good that Wiljter and Sabonis are so good, because the Zags’ guards have left something to be desired this year, even though they have been playing better as of late. Senior wing Kyle Dranginis is a “glue guy” for the Bulldogs; he can do a bit of everything, including creating for his teammates. Dranginis has a 3.66 assist to TO ratio!! He’s a stat sheet stuffer that also plays very good defense, and makes the key hustle plays. Backup big man Ryan Edwards will get into the game to give Wiltjer and Sabonis breathers. In order for Gonzaga to make a deep run, their “real athletes” at guard are going to need to step up. Of course, I’m hoping they blow out Seton Hall.

#3 Utah – The Utes revolve around their center, 7’0 Austrian Jakob Poeltl. Poeltl is an absolute monster who will be NBA bound after this season. He’s an amazing player, and he alone makes Utah worth watching. He leads the team in both scoring and rebounding, averaging nearly 18 PPG and 9 rebounds per game. Poeltl does have some help, as Jordan Loveridge, Lorenzo Bonam, and Brandon Taylor have all had good campaigns as well. Poeltl is the only white athlete who sees time, however.

#14 Fresno State – The MWC autobid is all black, and rather unremarkable. I hope these racists get blown out. There’s absolutely zero reason to care about this team.

#7 Dayton – The Flyers are again a nearly all-black squad. Three whites in forwards Sam Miller, Ryan Mikesell, and Bobby Wehrli get in some games at the back end of the rotation. I could care less about how they do in the Tourney.

Something is preventing me from posting the rest of my region. It's some server error. I've been trying to post it, to no avail. I've even tried putting it into a new post, and it doesn't work.

The South Region is being dubbed the “region of doom” as it’s loaded with ranked teams and teams that ranked highly using “advanced metrics”. There are honestly about 8 teams that could make a run to the Final 4. Kansas will be the popular choice and possibly the best team in the country. However, they likely have the toughest road to get there. Let’s look closer.

#1 Kansas Jayhawks

The Jayhawks start an all black squad at the moment. For periods of the season, PF Hunter Mickelson started but never played big minutes. The Arkansas transfer is mostly a defensive guy excelling at blocking shots and rebounding. The highly athletic senior was once a promising freshman but his career never took off due to playing in 2 Caste programs. He’s a good example of why White athletes need to choose programs that will give them more opportunity. The only other White who gets minutes is Ukrainian Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk. The 18 year old, athletic SG is very highly touted but raw. I think it was a mistake that he did not red shirt. He’s already burned 2 years of eligibility and has not gotten the minutes one would need to properly develop. Coach Self’s son is on the team too but he never plays. Kansas has a balanced attack with 4 talented starters but Perry Ellis is their leader. Ellis is 22 but he looks like he is going on 43.

#16 Austin Peay Governors

The Ohio Valley winners are a very black squad. They do have a backup freshman PG, Zach Glotta. White PGs are rare so at least they have that going for them. They also have a Lithuanian but he rarely plays. The Govs will not be the 16 seed to make history.

#8 Colorado Buffaloes

Colorado has fielded some White friendly teams in the past. This is not one of them. The only pale face that sees the court is a freshman Belgian SG. Thomas Akyazili averages 16 minutes per game but that’s hardly a reason to cheer for this squad.

#9 University of Connecticut Huskies

UConn always seems to get hot around tournament time. They had a very lackluster year but seem to be peaking. Recently the Huskies have seemed to always have a token White guy. Well the mustachioed Kevin Ollie has put a nix to that. No honkies allowed here!

#5 Maryland Terripans

Maryland has a bunch of NBA talents so they could go far or they could bust early. They are hard to predict mostly because of their streaky and greedy “star”; Melo Tremble. 4 year starter, Jake Layman, is the only White starter. I think Layman is terribly underrated and does not shoot as often as he should. He’s got an NBA build at a long 6’-9” SF. He does everything really well but nothing exceptionally yet. I see a lot of Chandler Parsons in his game and could have a similar breakout in the NBA. 7’-1” Slovakian Michal Cekovsky is the only other rotational guy. He’s still raw as a sophomore. The Terps have funny walk-on Varun Ram. He’s like an Indian Rudy. He gets occasional minutes and at a very scrawny 5’-9”, its fun watching him buzz around like an annoying gnat.

#12 South Dakota State Jackrabbits

A perennial CF favorite during the days of Nate Wolters, the Jackrabbits are back in the dance. They are once again a solid choice to root for. Strangely, their leading scorer Mike Daum (White) comes off of the bench. Averaging a little over 15 ppg the redshirt freshman has only started 3 games this season. Weird. Anyway the Jackrabbits still start 3 other White guys: SR forward Jake Bittle, SO g/f Reed Tellinghuisen and SO forward Ian Theisen. Reed does some scoring and Ian seems to be an efficient 3 point shooter. Keaton Moffitt, Lane Severyn and Connor Devine are also in the rotation. 7 White athletes typically see the court! Let’s hope SDST has a few upsets up their sleeves.

#4 California Golden Bears

The Bears have a lot of hyped up underclassmen affletes. They could make a run or crash out early. We shall see. Only backup guard Sam Singer gets any minutes for our guys. This liberal hellhole of a college preaches diversity and in true form they have almost eliminated all the Whites from the basketball team.

#13 Hawaii Warriors

Hawaii is interesting as their 1st year head coach is a former assistant from St Mary’s. Maybe he’ll recruit a lot of underachievers and build a consistently good program? The best player on the Warriors is senior Stefan Jankovic. Jankovic began his career at the very Marxist, anti-White University of Missouri. After 2 years of barely playing, his career has blossomed at Hawaii. Smart move. Strangely, the backup center is Stefan Jovanovic whose name is remarkably similar to the man he subs for. Niko Filipovich gets some minutes sometimes. In angering news, they have some “Swedish” negro who is dark as night. Must be one of the ever growing “asylum seekers” who the Swedes are hell-bent on letting in. Well guess he’s America’s problem now.

#6 Arizona Wildcats

Arizona is slightly down this year but is still a potentially dangerous 6 seed. They start senior Kaleb Tarczewski who’s had a solid 4 years in college. Hopefully he gets a shot at the NBA. Off the bench, transfer Mark Tollefsen provides some scoring. Backup center Dusan Ristic is an improving young 7 footer with some solid upside. Elliot Pitts was another rotational player but he left the team for personal reasons. Arizona will have a tough time with a very under seeded Wichita State.

#11 Wichita State Shockers

The Shockers made short work of Vanderbilt in the play-in game. Lead by talented and savvy seniors Fred Van Vleet and Ron Baker (White), the Shock are a very dangerous double digit seed. SG Baker, who leads the team in scoring, has been a keen shooter and clutch performer for 4 years. He seems likely to make the NBA. Starting SF Evan Wessel is the glue guy who plays tough defense and does all the little things. Kansas transfer and Wichita native Connor Frankamp is the backup point guard and heir apparent who hopefully leads the team in the next few seasons. He mostly provides a shooting touch off the bench. Estonian big man Rauno Nurger rounds out the rotation.

#3 Miami Hurricanes

Miami has some good wins and some bad loses (Northeastern). Some experts really like this Caste squad’s chances of advancing to the Elite 8. I hope not. The only White is 24 year old Spaniard Ivan Cruz Uceda off the bench. Even though he’s entirely European, DWFs will probably assume he is a “Hispanic”. This team is no beuno for CF followers.

#14 Buffalo Bulls

The Bulls made the tourney last year but coach Bobby Hurley jumped ship. What he left is a coal black team. A freshman from Serbia is the only White who may, or most likely not, see the court. Next.

#7 Iowa Hawkeyes

I’ve commented on this core of Hawkeyes many times over the last few years and this is their last shot to make a memorable run. Earlier in the season, Iowa was a top 10 team and the Big 10 front runner. I even commented that Jared Uthoff could win National Player of the Year if they kept up the top play. Well they nose dived the final month and now have to battle out of a 7 seed in a difficult region. Hopefully the team that beat Michigan State twice shows up and not the one that crapped out to Illinois in the Big 10 tourney. Everyone’s probably familiar with Uthoff. The senior, who started his college ball at Wisconsin, leads the way in scoring and blocked shots. He’s a long athlete who can shoot or get to the rim and dunk over people. NBA for sure. 4 year starters Mike Gesell and Adam Woodbury round out the lineup. Gesell leads the team in assists and is a very underrated athlete. Check out his dunks on youtube. Woodbury leads the team in rebounds. Both guys never really matched their 4 star recruit status but maybe they can play out of their mind for a few games. Nicholas Baer is mostly a distance shooter off the bench. Brady Ellingson also gets some burn. This will probably be the last year this team will be of interest to us.

#10 Temple Owls

I’m not familiar with this team at all and now I realized why. All black. Hopefully Iowa beats the snot out of them.

#2 Villanova Wildcats

Ryan Arcidiacono is the reason to watch the Wildcats. The 2015 co-Big East player of the year has had a great 4 year run with the team. He leads the team in minutes, assists and steals. His numbers are actually slightly better this year than his acclaimed 2015 season. I wonder if the NBA will give him a shot? Maybe he can make it the Matthew Dellavadova or Mike McConnell route. The only other rotational player was freshman Donte DiVincenzo but he fractured his foot and took a redshirt. For the record, he won Villanova’s dunk contest at the beginning of the season at 6’-5”. He could be fun to watch in the future.

#15 UNC-Asheville Bulldogs

The Bulldogs are lead by floor general Kevin Vannatta who rarely leaves the court. A seemingly rare White PG is always nice to see. Alec Wnuk, Giacomo Zilli and John Cannon seem to occasionally get minutes. Beating Villanova will be unlikely.

My sleeper is Wichita State to keep an eye on. It’s not impossible that they could meet Kansas again if they both advance to the Elite 8. However, if I had to bet, I’d say Kansas is the most likely to win the region as boring as that pick may be.

EDIT TO ADD: I should note that South Dakota State, Iowa and Wichita State are the best rooting options for anyone who is just skimming the post.

Nice writeups, Phall and Freethinker!! Thank you again for helping out. On a side note, my last region is done, but it's not letting me edit it into my post. I'll keep trying.

Anyway, Duke and their 3 white starters start off the day for us! They're on CBS.

Great results for our first two games!! Grayson Allen and Marshall Plumlee led Duke with 23 points each, while they had 10 and 8 boards, respectively. Duke beats UNC Willmington 93-85!!

Kellen Dunham scores a game-high 23 points while Andrew Chrabascz chipped in 13 as Butler advances past Texas Tech 71-61!!

Mason finishes with 30 points as Yale holds on for the upset!! Go Bulldogs!! Knocking off the perennially over-hyped Baylor Bears.. another great win for our guys!

Great win for the Yale Bullies over the Baylor Blacks. Mason finishes with 31 points - incredible game from him.

Cal's leading scorer is out for the tourney as of today with a broken hand. (Cal also just fired their goofy jew assistant coach for pressuring a beat reporter into sex) This bodes well for Hawaii and also the winner of the Maryland-South Dakota State game.

Great results for our teams so far! While it's hard to root for Yale as they are the home of Skull and Bones, an exception can be made for this particular team. Looking forward to watching Gonzaga, Wichita State and Indiana tonight!

Here's an unexpected bonus: Ukrainian sophomore guard Sviatoslav Mykhauliuk led the Jayhawks against overmatched Austin Peay with 23 points today. Great first day thus far.

Also, it appears Little Rock does have a white guy who comes in off the bench; he's been pretty integral to their come back.

Agreed I've enjoyed watching some of these white guards I haven't seen play yet. Mason was lights out! FGCU Christian Terrell is best on team IMO. They were hanging with UNC but started getting blown out. Looking forward to seeing Jake Bittle play from SDSU he has a nice all around game. AZ vs Wichita St. Is about to start!

Nice to the young Ukrainian find his stroke! I think Kansas wins it all.

The white for Little Rock Lis Shoshi(Native of Kosovo) dropped 14!
