Watching Stanford vs Washington St. McCaffrey has over 160 yards rushing in the 4th quarter of a 1 score game. Ryan
Nall also has almost 100 yards rushing as he had a 70 yard run showing off some incredible speed. Took a few hard hits to the head and he might have a concussion. Hope he is ok. Fun game to watch.

Josh Allen just threw a great long ball to Gentry for another TD. Allen has been quietly impressive this season at QB.

Apart from the above players I thought once again an underwhelming week. Hate to be gloomy but some of our key wide outs are either disappearing (see Nebraska) or tailing off (Switzer). Our favorite wide receivers for the most part are NOT putting up big numbers and this will cause mayhem come draft day. Hell even Trent Taylor had measly stats Saturday. I even caught some of Penn's Justin Watson on TV Saturday and even he had a subpar game. I see a mediocre future for Nebraska with this current coach. All those feisty hungry white farm boys from past years are nowhere to be seen. Anthony Warrum is intriguing but he has no buzz, at least not yet.
One outside the box bit of good news in a grasping at straws kind of way was back up Clemson safety Tanner Muse had a spectacular interception TD return. He is a redshirt freshman and might get into the rotation next year. Serious athlete was considered a five tool baseball prospect but stuck with football. He has the size and the speed to make some big noise. In high school he ran a 4.32 40 yard dash and you can see that speed on his nifty return.

I wouldn't get to upset about it. There looks to be a decent number of our guys that should hit 1000 yds receiving and with all things considered that is pretty remarkable.

Carolina Speed is correct to point out listed 40 yard dash high school speeds have to be taken with a huge grain of salt. But once in a while the times jibe. I remember WR Ryan Swope had a 4.3 plus time listed out of high school but like Muse the talking heads completely ignored it once they started playing in college. If they were black it would have been the main talking point. I also should add it is a rarity to see white players listed with 4.3 speed coming out of high school. Even 4.4 listings are often hard to come by for whites. For black players you see quite a lot of 4.3 and 4.4 listings. And often those times are inflated.

I remember that 4.32 being listed when Tanner committed to Clemson which is one reason I followed his career like a hawk. Fellow CF member booth alluded to his 4.3 listed time as well yesterday.

What is not unusual is the CF scouting "reports" being way ahead of the curve when it comes to promising white players which is why I couldn't resist posting this. Ha. By the way I am sure I am not the only member who remembers that Muse return which I believe was posted here back then. It was spectacular!

Yea the times are usually inflated. I remember reading about Cooper Manning trying to get a college to notice him and he only got Ole Miss because of his dad. He had listed he ran a 4.5 or 4.6 (can't remember it's been a long time) and the Ole Miss coach figured he was slow as hell because those numbers are always fudged by a few tenths of a second.

Even the Nike sparq combines which are supposed to be accurate, many of those players tend to time slower years later at the NFL combine
