So Cal
Gronk needs 17 more yards for his 3rd 1,000-yard season.

Great to see the big guy score his 10th TD of the season tonight!
Gronk with 1000 yds and 10 TDs.

Like clockwork, completely predictable, when Brady has targets that can catch the ball the Patriots will win. With few games left the Patriots should be getting other receivers work as insurance against potential injuries in playoff games.

Bad news as Andy Dalton may be lost for the year. Hopefully McCarron can pick up the slack in the next few weeks.

AJ McCarron came in to relieve an injured Dalton yesterday. For a back-up, coming in cold, against a stout rival.. I thought McCarron played well (280 yards, 2 TDS & 2 picks).
Always thought McCarron's contributions were undervalued at Alabama, and believe he can be a big-time NFL QB. I'm looking forward to seeing how he plays in relief.

There is an ominous potential tho,.. if the Bengals slide, & subsequently fail in a first round playoff game.. Marvis Lewis, the most visible benefactor of caste privilege, will escape any responsibility. And his streak of 12+ seasons of zero playoff wins will continue un-scrutinized, and McCarron will be the new fall guy for Ohio DWFs..

Great post AA. McCarron did play well in his first extended action. I also loved his confidence after
the loss - he said something along the lines of Tom Brady being in a similar situation.

I hope he plays well for the balance of the season. He was roundly criticized prior to the 2014 draft
as nothing but a weak armed game manager.

Stats update…

Gronk over 1,000 yards.

Olsen needs 31 more yards for 1,000.

Barnidge needs 99 more yards for 1,000.

Unless Kelce has multiple 90+ yard games, he won’t reach 1,000.

For WR’s, only Decker should eclipse 1,000 yards. He’s 125 yards away with 3 games left. Too bad Jordy and Julian were injury, or we’d probably have 6 whites do it 2015.

-Pats Dline abused Hoyer and Texans sumo OL in particular RT Derek Newton.

-Ninkovich recorded another sack. 6.5 on year. Solid performer year after year!

-Matthews recorded 2 sacks he has 5.5 playing MLB most of year.

-Khalil Mack recorded5 sacks and unfortunately 3 were against RT Ty Sambrailo.. Don't be surprised if Sambrailo is kicked inside to guard..

-JJ Watt has 13.5 sacks on year. .5 behind Mack let's hope he finishes season as sack leader!

Watt showed how indestructible he is by playing just a few days after breaking a hand. He had a big cast on it, basically a club, which will make it more difficult for him to make tackles, including sacks. If he can still manage to be the sacks leader again that may be his most impressive accomplishment yet.

It is really maddening to see Welker basically rot away in St Louis. His numbers might indicate he is done as a receiver in this league, but I think he still has some mileage left. Hopefully he gets another shot next season with another team. What the hell happened to Foles?

I've gotten a very bad feeling about the way things are looking in the NFC. The worst scenario I can think of may indeed happen if Carolina and Seattle stay playing the way they are. The media hype and fawning over the two overhyped qbs will be absolutely UNBEARABLE if they meet somehow in the NFC title game.

On the same lines of afflete worship, I heard Rande (sp?) Barber say last week in a Fox Gamebreak highlight regarding highlights of sCam and Jamis (sp?...these ebonics first names are killing me...) pretty much verbatim: "You're looking at the future of the League with those two right there!" The blatant racial partiality and "superiority" lie and bias was shamelessly in our face as viewers. Anybody else catch that? It was sickening. For any of you guys liking the Panthers because they have a good amount of talented Whites, you have to know in your heart of hearts that it will be all about sCam if they do win it all. It could be the worst thing to ever happen to Amerikas favorite pastime; The beginning of the end by the way the drafts to come are looking. Somebody prove me wrong, please.

All we can hope for is the Pats all the way.

That's because overhyped Landon Collins has missed about 4-5 tackles so far... Dahl has played significant snaps for much of the season.

Cooper Taylor made a nice couple plays. Dahl has played really well all season. Also - Ed Reynolds made the final int for the Eagles yesterday. He's been on the field a lot the past couple games.

You may be right about that. Both black quarterbacks are playing well and have great defenses too. Maybe the one white guy Cardinals can stop them (whoopie).

ESPN lead article:
[h=1]Are Cam and Russell the new Peyton and Tom?[/h]http://espn.go.com/blog/statsinfo/post/_/id/112505/are-cam-and-russell-the-new-peyton-and-tom

Geez, would all you white guys get out of the NFL already!!

Yes there is a danger of a Scam Wilson media love orgy heading our way. OTOH, last year there were a grand total of zero white QB's in college football's first playoff (well, half of one if we count Mariota). This year, instead we have three of four, quite an improvement. Also, there has been a tremendous amount of QB's getting injured or replaced, in SF, Cincy, Pitts, Indy, Cleve, Baltimore,Denver, etc. and in each case we have white backups taking over, and next years draft should have another wave of good white QB's heading our way.

Newton has played the Seahawks 5 times in his career and played like absolute dog**** in each of those games, he's literally the reason they lost 3/5 of those games. The one game they won he played like **** aswell.

Newton's recent success is lighting in a bottle, Cunninghamesque if you will. He'll go back to being his usual self shortly.

This is a good assessment. I'll give sCam credit though, he's taken full advantage of a good situation and played well within his skills.

With all of the media slobbering and calls for a Newton MVP award, I found this article in the ultra-left Rolling Stone to be rather shocking in that they point out the true MVP of the Panthers....

Have to give scam some credit - the panthers offensive output has been impressive the past few weeks.

lets also take note that he has been in the league 5
years now - totally protected and coddled by the media, always the unquestioned starter, had a very long leash, never had to worry about job security.

Cant think of many current white qbs that were afforded those privileges - they have all had to succeed early or the cord was cut on them.

I think back to Manziel, this year and last. After a mere 5 games, heck maybe even 2 games, the MSM idiots were wanting him out of the league and telling everyone to write him off. The MSM are agenda-driven fools of fools.
