True, but they got even blacker after Tomlin was hired. And no doubt the Rooneys are thrilled with the team now annually being among the league's blackest.
 
Bruton and Mayo drafted. I didn't think either of them would...pleasant surprise.
 
Still can't believe Hager, Hull and Chickillo are available. These guys are plug and play starters.
 
Titans draft David Cobb, a running back with 4.81 speed and a history of fumbling.

There's no way he's a better prospect than Zach Zenner.

If anyone wants proof that the NFL gives opportunities to less deserving black players over white players here it is.

Boyle another TE to the Ravens. They drafted Crockett Gilmore last year and Wiliams in the 2nd round this year.
 
David Mayo a linebacker from Texas State goes to the Panthers, dont know much about him anyone have any details on his career.

Nick Boyle good athletic tight end to the Ravens now white numbers slowly picking up.

Mayo was an under-recruited tackling machine at Texas St. I posted an article on him awhile back, it was a pretty good read. He's an absolute tackling machine, I want to see he may have led the NCAA in tackles last year.

Are there actually any white guards? I've seen a couple, but they mostly seem to be obese guys who'll be out of the league in a few years.


On Don's comment last page about how the few white players are described as "athletic and fast," I was watching the draft with a few friends who also noticed what they were saying about some of the black guys drafted in even the 1st/2nd round being projects or not contributors. This is ridiculous. There doesn't seem to be as much interest in the draft from a lot of my friends this year. I "wonder" why?
 
If his name was Deiontrez "Blunt blowin" Zenner...he'd be long gone by now...the Cowboyz would have got their RB!
 
Mayock describing Burton as an old school fullback and will fill an immediate need on special teams.
 
Also, a pick I didn't see mentioned here... Nose Tackle David Parry from Stanford joins his teammate Henry Anderson on the Colts.
 
NFL.com describes WR Jordan Taylor as having "slow burn speed for his height." Yet another weird way of describing a white athlete.

Taylor is 6-5 and has 4.5 speed. 4.5 speed is decent for a wide receiver of any height.

Another scouting report described a white player as having "boring feet." I'm waiting for a scouting report that describes a white player as having slow burn speed, boring feet and deceptive quickness.
 
i'm not surprised there are so many black prospects. with names like these i'm pretty sure they don't have any solid familial background or opportunities other than athletics
 
Here come the no name blacks out of the woodwork all with tons of upside and potential.
 
Minnesota with a coal black draft to this point. Their is going to be quite a white purge in Minnesota this year.
